TATTOO’S, GODLY OR UNGODLY

Some tattoos are nice, while others are just simply ridiculous. But the truth is, putting marks on your skin is like practicing to receive the mark of the beast (Revelation 14:11), the mark of the beast is the number 666 which is the mark of all anti-christ, which is the denial of the eternal son of God. Musicians, athletes, singers, and others practice to become perfect. So practicing putting marks on your skin makes you a perfect candidate for things you don’t want, like the mark of the beast.

Ok, you put the cross, and the name of Jesus on your body as a tattoo which is great in your eyes but people, He (Jesus) should be residing in your hearts. If you need a mark to remind you of your love or you feel that it should be displayed for the public, then you do not know who or for who you are. I have to quote from Matthew 15:7-9 saying this;

“Hypocrites! Well did Isaiah prophesy about you, saying: These people draw near to me with their mouth, and honor me with their lips, but their heart is far from me, and in vain they worship me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.”

Children of God remember that everything is not for us. In Leviticus 19:28 it reads,”You shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead nor tattoo any marks on you.” Tattoos, my friends, are pagan customs used to honor the dead. The people who have the mark of the beast will be spiritually and physically dead with no chance of eternal life.

“You are the children of the Lord your God; you shall not cut yourselves nor shave the front of your head for the dead. Why? because you are Holy people to the Lord your God and the Lord has chosen you to be a peculiar people for Himself, a special treasure, above all the people who are on the face of the earth.” – Deuteronomy 14:1-2 We are a cut above the rest.

1 Peter 2:9 confirms our status by saying;

“But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him (Jesus) who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.”

Because of Jesus Christ we have direct access to God which makes us royalty, special, adopted children and a whole lot more. My friend are you in or out?

Another confirmation about who we are is found in Titus 2 :11-14 which reads: “For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that through denying ungodliness and worldly lusts we should live soberly, righteously  and Godly in the present age. Looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and savior, Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for us that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works.”

Today is your chance to be in the royal family of heaven, to be peculiar, to be Godly. Just go to the top of this blog, click on to the salvation page and follow the instructions. It will be the best thing you have ever done. Welcome, friends, to God’s family. All praises, glory, honor and thanks go to God. Thank you for using me to distribute Your message, to Your people.

WHO DO YOU RUN TO

Some people look to friends, family, bosses, banks and a whole lot of other people, places and things when troubles, trials and tribulations hit. We have a tendency to look to people who can’t help us out of the dramas and traumas of life, and if they do help us it’s a temporary fix. It’s like putting a band-aid over a wound that requires surgery or stitches.

However, Psalm 121 gives us the solution to all our problems. It recommends that we lift our eyes to the hills from whence cometh our true help, help that is only from the Lord who made heaven and earth. Unlike others who will allow you to be uprooted before they try to help. God will not suffer your foot to be moved, stumble, slip or let you fall. Why? Because, He does not get any glory, praise or thanks when we are unhappy and miserable; and His eyes are always on the righteous.

The phenomenal thing about our God is that he never slumbers or sleep, as Psalm 121:4 points out. Therefore, we don’t have to worry about anything happening that He will not see or hear. Psalm 46:1 reminds us that He is our present help in times of trouble. Philippians 4:19 reminds us that He is the supplier of all our needs according to His riches in glory through Christ Jesus. We’ll go back to Psalm 121:5-8, here He reminds us that He is our keeper, He is the shade upon our right hand. The sun or moon does not affect us, He makes sure of that. Just imagine if He didn’t control the sun or moon – we would burn up.

(Psalm 121:7) He preserves us from all evil and He shall preserve our souls. That’s why He also reminds us in Isaiah 54:17 that no weapon formed against us shall prosper and every tongue that rises against us we condemn because this is the right of His children. In Psalm 37:1 He tells us not to fret about evil doers because they will be cut down as the grass.

In Psalm 121:8 He said, He will preserve your going out and coming in, from when you were born until He takes you home to glory. So no matter what happens from now on look to God, trust God, rely on God, depend on God – He never fails.

God never slumbers or sleep, so why should we have sleepless nights because of stress or worry. Since He preserves our going out and coming in at all times why aren’t we trusting Him more?

FORMULA FOR VICTORY

FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION, IT’S A CHOICE.
God already give us the victory as 1Corinthians 15:57 tells us, “But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ”. So why do people choose not to exercise their victory.
1 John 5:4-5.
“For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith. Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?
To confirm the victory, 2 Corinthians 2:14-16 says, “Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place. For we are to God the fragrance of Christ among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing. To the one we are the aroma of death leading to death, and to the other the aroma of life leading to life. And who is sufficient for these things?
In life we all have the same choices, and opportunities given to us: which God to serve, which church, or school to attend, who we marry.etc. So when things don’t go as you planned don’t blame no one but yourself.

What irritates me the most is when so-called Christians blame God,instead if themselves.
Some folks walk around defeated, as if Jesus didn’t come and give us the victory and power over: serpents, scorpions, the enemy, death, depression, lack, sickness, diseases, and the list goes on(Luke 10:19).

We choose to live a defeated life, because we don’t want to live righteous and holy, that’s the bottom line folks. God don’t work with dirty things or people. You must be holy, as He is holy.

Your prayers will be answered, when you live righteously.(James 5:16) “THE EFFECTUAL FERVENT PRAYERS OF THE RIGHTEOUS AVAILETH MUCH.”

1 Peter 3:12 “FOR THE EYES OF THE LORD ARE OVER THE RIGHTEOUS AND HIS EARS ARE OPEN UNTO THEIR PRAYERS.”

Righteousness gives you the formula for victory and breakthrough and the time to use it. here it is…

PRAYER+PRAISE AT MIDNIGHT  = VICTORY AND BREAKTHROUGH. (Acts 16: 25-26) gives you the formula, the time, the results and witnesses to confirm it.

So operate in righteousness, apply the formula and see how many doors open and bondage loose its grip off of you.
If you don’t know God,nor His only begotten Son,then take this opportunity to do so,by going to the salvation page at the top of this blog, and follow the instructions. To God be the glory for His word which is quick ,powerful, and sharper than a double edge sword, and above all, when it goes out it accomplished what He sent it out for.

POWER AND COMFORT IN THE WORD

Two things for certain are :
Psalms 119:105.
“Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path”.
Psalms 119:130.
“The entrance of Your words gives light; It gives understanding to the simple”.
One of the most difficult things for some believers is remembering the word and promises of God in difficult times. They fail to realize that, as Hebrews 4:12 says, God’s word is quick and powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword…(and a whole lot more). The majority of Psalm 119 is about God’s word and its use. Starting from verse 9, it says if we take heed to it, it will cleanse our ways. Verse 11 says, if you hide it in your heart then you will not sin against God. Then verse 16 says, if you delight in God’s statutes then you will not forget His word. Verse 98 says, the word makes you wiser. Verse 101 tells us if we refrain from evil, then we can keep His word. Verse 103 tells us God’s word is sweeter than the honeycomb while another verse in Psalm 34 tells us to taste and see that the Lord is good; those who trust in Him are blessed. Verse 105 tells us that God’s word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path. Verse 133 tells us to allow God to direct our steps through His word, so that sin will have no dominion over us.

However, today’s emphasis  is on verses 33-40; which is a personal prayer to God asking Him to teach us His ways, statutes, decrees or principles so that we can keep them to the end. In 2 Timothy 2:15, He advises us to study to study to show ourselves approved,  so that we may be a workman that need not be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. Verse 34 asks God to give us understanding to keep His word and observe it with all our hearts. This leads to what is said in James 1:5, if any man lacks wisdom let him ask of God who gives it freely. Verse 35 of the prayer asks God to lets us walk in the path of His commandment for we delight in them. Then verse 36 asks Him to incline our hearts to His testimonies and not to covet things. However, verse 37 is the key, because of the lust of the eyes… we should ask God to turn our eyes away from looking at worthless things and quicken us in His way. Verse 38 asks Him to establish His word in us, who are devoted to fearing Him. Verse 39 asks Him to turn away our reproach or things that bring shame to us because His judgments are good. And finally we who long to obey His commandments without interference, distractions, or obstacles, can now pray for God to revive us in His righteousness.

If you have not received the gift of salvation from God through Jesus, do so now by going to the Salvation Prayer Page above.

POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE ADVISE

In life you must be very careful who you listen to because the wrong advice can ruin your life, marriage, family, friendship and even your relationship with God. You must learn to adapt a principle that, if the story will edify, encourage or exhort you then listen and it will uplift your spirit. However, if it is not encouraging you then it will leave you discouraged and defeated. Always remember what Proverbs 12 : 25 says,
“Anxiety in the heart of man causes depression, But a good word makes it glad”.

There are two types of people in the world: you have the positive person and then you have the negative person. The negative person always has advise for every situation, which is never good mind you, yet they never see the good in anything. These people are never happy and they love to have company with them. As the saying goes misery loves company. The positive person, on the other hand, looks for the good or lesson for  every situation or problem. If they are Christian they will tell you that Romans 8: 28 tells us this, “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”

Who you choose to advise you on matters of importance is totally up to you but you should realize that most people give advise based on insufficient knowledge or personal information that has not been revealed to them. Some give advise based on their own personal experiences which half the time is unrelated to your problem. For instance: If you are married how can you get advice from a person who has NEVER been married. Would you ask a butcher to perform heart surgery on you if they have never practiced medicine?

As Christians when we seek God’s advice we can never go wrong. We don’t look at the problems we face, instead we look to the hills from whence cometh our help, our help comes from the God who made the heavens and the earth. the supreme being who will not let you stumble or fall. He who will keep and preserve you from evil… (Psalm 121 :1-8). We can not afford to look at the obstacles, ogres or giants we have to face instead we have to look to the promises God has given us in the Bible. Read and meditate on his words and his promises and remember that God’s advise is always better than advise from people.

Stop listening to negative advise or it will leave you defeated and miserable like the children of Israel in Numbers 13:25-14:9 whom, because of  negative reports, became afraid and missed their blessings.  Don’t allow people who do not believe in the mighty God you serve to block your blessings or poison your mind and thoughts. If you don not believe in God just try Him and you will see the wonderful blessings that salvation can bring. Go to the top of this blog, click on to the salvation page and follow the instructions.

SICK & TIRED OF IT

Aren’t you sick and tired of the enemy bombarding you with all types of issues. Then do something about it. God got sick and tired of the enemy using us as target practice to get back at Him, so He sent His Son Jesus, to defeat the enemy and restore our power and authority over the enemy. The problem is when are we going to really get sick and tired of his antics, tactics, and tricks, and trample all over him? Aren’t you tired of being a borrower and not a lender, the tail instead of the head, beneath instead of above? Well it’s time to turn the odds in your favor, time to stop the enemy, and stomp all over him.

To do so, if you are not a believer who accepted Jesus Christ, you have to do so first. So go to the top of this blog, find the salvation page and follow the instructions, but if you are a believer you need to acknowledge who you are and whose you are. 1 John 4:4 says, “Ye are of God little children, and have overcome them, because, Greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world.”
Then we move to establish your strength, by being strong in the Lord, and in the power if His might [Ephesians 6 :10-18], by suiting up with the whole Armor of God. Remember now that the battle is not ours it belongs to God, who already give us the victory through Our Lord Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 15:57). Jesus is the head of all principality and power, and we are complete in Him (Colossians 2:10). Jesus has given unto us the power to tread on serpents, and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy,(sickness, diseases, lack, doubts, fears, unbelief, disobedience, etc.),and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Just remember we have to be connected to Jesus, because, we can do nothing without Him, as John 15:5 tells us.We could go on and on with many scriptures, but that’s a start, you research the rest, and start to walk in your victory, and delete the victim mentality, cast it down as 2 Corinthians 10:3-6 tells us to do. Receive it, believe it, and go act on it, God promises never to leave nor forsake you [Hebrew 13:5, 6 ].

FAITH or luck,GOD or self

Faith is the substance of things hope for, because you know that God is your supplier of all needs. Luck is when you depend on yourself. However,God tells us to trust Him,and not self,in Proverbs 3:5. So who will you obey? God or self. Who do you trust? God or self. Who do you rely on? God or self. The New York lottery has a commercial that says, “A little bit a luck is all you need,” but  the Bible says a little bit of faith is all you need. Now whose words are you going to believe, the God who makes, owns, and controls everything or someone getting paid to tell you about something that’s not real .Knowledge says God is able, faith says God will. You can prove that God is true to His word, but who or what is luck? Just a figment of our imagination. However faith is belief in a God that makes the sun shines, that wakes you up, that lends you breath, that gives us fresh air to breath, that’s not luck that’s reality and truth. Faith and luck are from two different worlds, faith is from God, luck is from the devil, who comes only to steal, kill and destroy. Your belief and trust in a God he(the devil) despises.

Jesus’s words still echo amongst us today that calls us a faithless and perverse generation…and unbelief is the main reason why. When we pray and ask Him for things we don’t get it; and all we need is faith the size of a mustard seed to move a mountain, read it and believe it in Matthew 17:17-20. Then throw your luck and everything that you think brings you luck out, and put all your trust in God,then your odds of success will be greater than your failures, or better yet, you will not see failure. Did you know that without faith it is impossible to please to please God (Hebrews 11:6)?  As a matter of fact if you read all of Hebrews 11:1-39, your faith will increase, because of all the testimonies of those people, and they didn’t mention luck in God they say faith in God.

Remember faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God (Romans 10:17), therefore if you are not reading God’s word ( the Bible), then what kind of faith will you have or develop. How are you walking by faith or by sight? 2 Corinthians 5:7 tells us to walk by faith and not by sight. However, if you don’t believe in God you can’t walk by God like faith that will move mountains. And God does not answer prayers unless you go through His only begotten son Jesus Christ. How can you? All you need to do is what Romans 10:9-14 says, “That if you confess with you mouth, the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation; for the scripture says, ‘Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.'” So there is no reason to be ashamed to put your trust in the God of the universe, instead of luck.

Now unto Him who is able to keep us from falling, and to present us faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy. To the only wise God, our Savior, be glory, honor, praise, and thanks for using me His humble servant to relay this message to His children. To Him be dominion and power, both now and forever, in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

WHO ARE YOU FOLLOWING

Why do people always choose to follow those who are rich and famous like they don’t make mistakes, like they are perfect, like they have all the answers, or like they will never die? Society promotes and commercialize these people WAY higher than biblical role models. As a result you see the decrease of positive role models that our children need to emulate.

Society has moved from being proud of a person going to college to a person going to prison. From looking up to a person who goes to work and works hard for what they have, to looking up to a person who sells drugs on a corner and gets that fast meaningless cash. People have moved from fearing God ,to fearing man, who has no power in the entire scheme of things. Parents do NOT have control over their children and children do NOT have any respect for their parents which means they do NOT have any respect or reverence for God. Realize that if parents have no form of Godliness then they are reaping what they sow.

However, the best role model that ever lived was and will always be Jesus Christ. Yes Abraham was good, but Jesus is better. David was a man after God’s own heart, but Jesus is Gods heart. Who you choose to influence you or have an impact on your life will determine the outcome of your life. Jesus Christ is the only role model that can lead us to God, the only one who came to redeem us of our sins, the only one who can show us the right way, the only one that can reveal the truth about God, and the only one that can give us eternal life.

Listen to me when I tell you that your Pastor or Bishop are good role models but keep in mind that no one is better than Jesus. Your Pastor or Bishop may mess up or fall short but Jesus Christ never has and  never will. Why would you want to follow people who are prone to error or destined to mess up? The Bible says that all have sin and fall short of the glory of God. Why don’t you allow Jesus Christ to be your role model? Please go to the top of this blog, click on to the salvation page and follow the instructions. For more instructions, information and teachings go to the Bible.

All glory, praise, honor, and thanks go to God who uses me to deliver His message to His people.

FIGHTING THE GOOD FIGHT OF FAITH.

We are in a fight, and We have to fight,we got to fight. The most effective way to fight is to do as 2 Corinthians 10:3-6 says,
“For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.
Faith is a fight, in which we already have the victory through Jesus Christ”. If you don’t think it’s a daily fight then you will be defeated. If it is not a fight, why would 1 Timothy 6:12 tell us to, “Fight the good fight of faith.” Which also means that,if it’s not a fight for you then you are lacking in the faith department. As Christians we all have fights with the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes and the pride of life. Romans 3:23 tells us that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Therefore, to be successful in your fight ,there are some things you must do, to fight doubts, fears, unbelief, impatience, complaining, murmuring which are some of the main things that war against our faith.

Before you start the fight you must first confess as 1 John 1:9 says, “If we confess our sins He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” Confessing leads to forgiveness which paves the way for us to act on Romans 12:1-2 to present our bodies holy and acceptable to God and to renew our minds so that we can do as Hebrews 12:2 says to keep your eyes on Jesus the author and finisher of our faith. Our perfect example of how to fight is 1 Peter 2:21. Jesus warns us that as long as we are in this world we will have tribulation, but don’t (worry, fret, lose hope, or lose trust or confidence, don’t doubt, murmur or complain) instead be of good cheer because He overcame the world (John 16:33) and because of Jesus’ victory Romans 8:37 says no matter what, we are more than conquerors. DON’T QUIT or give up, FIGHT. As 2 Corinthians 10:3-5 says cast down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God and bring it under the obedience of Christ. He gives us the power in Luke 10:19 to fight by treading upon serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy and nothing shall by any means hurt you. So fight back, the devil can’t hurt you. 1 John 4:4 says, “Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world. FIGHT. And say 1 Corinthians 15:57, “But thanks be to God for giving us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”
Fight so that we can say like Paul in:
2 Timothy 4:7-8
I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing.

All glory, honor, praise and thanks go to God for using me to deliver this message. I pray that He will give all who read this message the spiritual gifts necessary to comprehend and act upon His word. I exercise my power and authority in the name of Jesus to bind every tactic of the enemy that will try to stop, hinder, or prevent this word from reaching its intended people. I ask God, the Father of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, to loose the Holy Spirit and the Heavenly angels to secure this word so that it reaches its intended people, according to Matthew 16:19 and Luke 10:19 in the Omnipotent name of Jesus, Amen.

OBEDIENCE BRINGS BLESSINGS

Deuteronomy 28:1-20
“Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the Lord your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the Lord your God will set you high above all nations of the earth. And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the Lord your God: “Blessed shall you be in the city, and blessed shall you be  in the country. “Blessed shall  be  the fruit of your body, the produce of your ground and the increase of your herds, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flocks. “Blessed shall  be your basket and your kneading bowl. “Blessed shall you be when you come in, and blessed shall you be when you go out. “The Lord  will cause your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before your face; they shall come out against you one way and flee before you seven ways. “The Lord will command the blessing on you in your storehouses and in all to which you set your hand, and He will bless you in the land which the Lord your God is giving you. “The Lord will establish you as a holy people to Himself, just as He has sworn to you, if you keep the commandments of the Lord your God and walk in His ways. Then all peoples of the earth shall see that you are called by the name of the Lord , and they shall be afraid of you. And the Lord will grant you plenty of goods, in the fruit of your body, in the increase of your livestock, and in the produce of your ground, in the land of which the Lord swore to your fathers to give you. The Lord will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand. You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow. And the Lord will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath, if you heed the commandments of the Lord your God, which I command you today, and are careful to observe them.  So you shall not turn aside from any of the words which I command you this day, to the right or the left, to go after other gods to serve them. “But it shall come to pass, if you do not obey the voice of the Lord your God, to observe carefully all His commandments and His statutes which I command you today, that all these curses will come upon you and overtake you: “Cursed shall you be in the city, and cursed shall you be in the country. “Cursed shall  be your basket and your kneading bowl. “Cursed shall  be the fruit of your body and the produce of your land, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flocks. “Cursed shall you be when you come in, and cursed shall you be when you go out. “The Lord will send on you cursing, confusion, and rebuke in all that you set your hand to do, until you are destroyed and until you perish quickly, because of the wickedness of your doings in which you have forsaken Me.
