A RENEWED MIND

Romans 12:2 

And be not CONFORMED to this world: but be TRANSFORMED by the RENEWING of your MIND, that you may prove what is that GOOD, and ACCEPTABLE, and PERFECT, will of God. 

HOW DO YOU RENEW YOUR ? I am glad  you asked,

“For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled”. (2 Corinthians 10:3‭-‬6)

HOW DO YOU KNOW YOUR MIND IS RENEWED? Glad  you asked . This is what a renewed  mind does:

“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are  noble, whatever things are  just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are  lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there  is any virtue and if there  is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things. The things which you learned and received and heard and saw in me, these do, and the God of peace will be with you”; (Philippians 4:6‭-‬9).

A renewed mind will completely trust  God.

 “Trust in  the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths. Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the Lord and depart from evil. It will be health to your flesh, And strength to your bones”; {Proverbs 3:5‭-‬8}

REMEMBER  

“You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on  You, Because he trusts in You. Trust in the Lord forever, For in YAH, the Lord , is everlasting strength”.{Isaiah 26:3‭-‬4}.

LISTEN  :

1 Corinthians 2:16 says,
…But we have the MIND of Christ. 

+When we got born again, we received a New Mind (The Mind of Christ). 

+The old information from the old mind is now on the New Mind. +The New Mind does not support the old information from the old mind. 

+So the old info must be replaced by renewing of the Mind with New Info which is the Word of God. 

+The Word of God REFRESHES the Mind. 

+Through the New Info which is the Word of God we learn what is the GOOD, and ACCEPTABLE, and PERFECT WILL of God. 

•Continue to let the WORD of God be the standard for our lives. Always LOVING others like Christ Jesus loves us while keeping our Faith, Trust and Confidence in Him. 

•BLESSED we are and BLESSED we will always be and to God be all the GLORY. Amen!!!

HIS  PROMISES ARE TRUE

Growing  up,we used to say,”A promise  is a comfort to a fool”.  However ,as I get older,I realize  that  for a promise to become  a reality,rest solely  on the validity  or integrity  of the individual  who is making  the promise . The only  person  I know  who never negates  on His promises  is God.

AS A MATTER  OF  FACT  :

“For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us. Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and has anointed us is God, who also has sealed us and given us the Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee”; {2 Corinthians 1:20‭-‬22}. 

Furthermore , “The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.”(2 Peter 3:9).

“Now I say that Jesus Christ has become a servant to the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made to the fathers, and that the Gentiles might glorify God for His mercy, as it is written: “For this reason I will confess to You among the Gentiles, And sing to Your name.”(Romans 15:8‭-‬9)

THEREFORE  :

“Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful. Therefore do not cast away your confidence, which has great reward. For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise”.(Hebrews 10:23‭, ‬35‭-‬36)

“Your mercy, O Lord , is in the heavens; Your faithfulness reaches to the clouds. Your righteousness is like the great mountains; Your judgments are a great deep; O Lord , You preserve man and beast. How precious is Your lovingkindness, O God! Therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of Your wings. They are abundantly satisfied with the fullness of Your house, And You give them drink from the river of Your pleasures. For with You is the fountain of life; In Your light we see light. Oh, continue Your lovingkindness to those who know You, And Your righteousness to the upright in heart. Let not the foot of pride come against me, And let not the hand of the wicked drive me away. There the workers of iniquity have fallen; They have been cast down and are not able to rise.”[Psalms 36:5‭-‬12]

“Great is the Lord , and greatly to be praised; And His greatness is unsearchable. One generation shall praise Your works to another, And shall declare Your mighty acts. I will meditate on the glorious splendor of Your majesty, And on Your wondrous works. Men shall speak of the might of Your awesome acts, And I will declare Your greatness. They shall utter the memory of Your great goodness, And shall sing of Your righteousness. The Lord  is gracious and full of compassion, Slow to anger and great in mercy. The Lord  is good to all, And His tender mercies are over all His works. All Your works shall praise You, O Lord , And Your saints shall bless You. They shall speak of the glory of Your kingdom, And talk of Your power, To make known to the sons of men His mighty acts, And the glorious majesty of His kingdom. Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, And Your dominion endures throughout all generations. The Lord upholds all who fall, And raises up all who  are bowed down. The eyes of all look expectantly to You, And You give them their food in due season. You open Your hand And satisfy the desire of every living thing. The Lord  is righteous in all His ways, Gracious in all His works. The Lord  is near to all who call upon Him, To all who call upon Him in truth. He will fulfill the desire of those who fear Him; He also will hear their cry and save them. The Lord preserves all who love Him, But all the wicked He will destroy. My mouth shall speak the praise of the Lord , And all flesh shall bless His holy name Forever and ever.”[Psalms 145:3‭-‬21]

Biblical Guidelines to Greater Finances 

Proverb 10:4

He becomes poor that deals with a slack hand: but the hand of the diligent makes rich. 

•wasteful spending is financial cancer. It eats your finances away. •A good steward is diligent and wise in handling finances. 

•The spending of a good steward is an investment. 

•In all that a good steward buys, he receives equal benefits for his spending or greater, but never less for his spendings. 

Proverb 10:22 

The blessing of the LORD, it makes rich, and he adds no sorrow with it. 

2 Corinthians 9:10 

Now he that ministers seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;) 

1. God provides seeds (unlimited and various resources) for us to sow. 

2. God provides all of our foods. 

3. God multiplies the return on the seeds we sow. 

4. God increases the fruits of our righteousness. 

•Whatever we give to others as unto the Lord, He takes notice and rewards us with abundance in return. 

•God provides the seeds. We plant the seeds, and God multiplies the return (the abundant blessings) on the planted seeds. 

•What an awesome God we serve. 

•If what you have doesn’t meet your need, maybe what you have is a seed. Plant it (Bless someone with it).

•Plant your seeds before you have needs, and in your times of needs you will reap your abundant harvest from your planted seeds. 

2 Corinthians 9:6-7

But this I say, He which sows sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which sows bountifully shall reap also bountifully. Every man according as he purposes in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loves a cheerful giver. 

•As you sow your seeds by blessing others remember:

1. You determine the amount you receive by the amount you sow. 

2. Your attitude of giving must be cheerful and not a painful, hurtful, or sad attitude. 

3. God loves a cheerful giver. This kind of giving is well pleasing unto to Lord. 

•You cannot beat God’s giving no matter how hard you try. The more you give the more He gives back to you.

A TIME  FOR  EVERYTHING  

There  is a timetable  or a limit  for everything , be it good  or bad.

LISTEN  

“To everything there  is a season, A time for every purpose under heaven: A time to be born, And a time to die; A time to plant, And a time to pluck what  is planted; A time to kill, And a time to heal; A time to break down, And a time to build up; A time to weep, And a time to laugh; A time to mourn, And a time to dance; A time to cast away stones, And a time to gather stones; A time to embrace, And a time to refrain from embracing; A time to gain, And a time to lose; A time to keep, And a time to throw away; A time to tear, And a time to sew; A time to keep silence, And a time to speak; A time to love, And a time to hate; A time of war, And a time of peace. What profit has the worker from that in which he labors? I have seen the God-given task with which the sons of men are to be occupied. He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also He has put eternity in their hearts, except that no one can find out the work that God does from beginning to end. I know that nothing is  better for them than to rejoice, and to do good in their lives, and also that every man should eat and drink and enjoy the good of all his labor—it is the gift of God. I know that whatever God does, It shall be forever. Nothing can be added to it, And nothing taken from it. God does it, that men should fear before Him. That which is has already been, And what is to be has already been; And God requires an account of what is past. Moreover I saw under the sun: In the place of judgment, Wickedness was there; And in the place of righteousness, Iniquity was there. I said in my heart, “God shall judge the righteous and the wicked, For there  is a time there for every purpose and for every work.” I said in my heart, “Concerning the condition of the sons of men, God tests them, that they may see that they themselves are like animals.” For what happens to the sons of men also happens to animals; one thing befalls them: as one dies, so dies the other. Surely, they all have one breath; man has no advantage over animals, for all is vanity. All go to one place: all are from the dust, and all return to dust. Who knows the spirit of the sons of men, which goes upward, and the spirit of the animal, which goes down to the earth? So I perceived that nothing is better than that a man should rejoice in his own works, for that is his heritage. For who can bring him to see what will happen after him?”(Ecclesiastes 3:1‭-‬22 ).

GOD WILL NOT LET US SUFFER FOREVER  :

“For His anger is  but  for a moment, His favor is  for life; Weeping may endure for a night, But joy comes in the morning. Now in my prosperity I said, “I shall never be moved.” Lord , by Your favor You have made my mountain stand strong; You hid Your face, and I was troubled. I cried out to You, O Lord ; And to the Lord I made supplication: “What profit is  there in my blood, When I go down to the pit? Will the dust praise You? Will it declare Your truth? Hear, O Lord , and have mercy on me; Lord , be my helper!” You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; You have put off my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness, To the end that my glory may sing praise to You and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give thanks to You forever”. (Psalms 30:5‭-‬12).

God wants us to help or encourage  others when you have recovered  from your test  or mess.

“And the Lord said, “Simon, Simon! Indeed, Satan has asked for you, that he may sift you as wheat.  But I have prayed for you, that your faith should not fail; and when you have returned to Me,  strengthen your brethren.”[Luke 22:31‭-‬32]

JUST  DO IT

​His mother said to the servants, “Whatever He says to you, do it.”(John 2:5). 

Just imagine if we just do,whatever Jesus tells us To do, how victorious we could be,should be,and would be. 

“Therefore lay aside all filthiness and overflow of wickedness, and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls. But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror; for he observes himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in  it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does”. {James 1:21‭-‬25}

He said, don’t be afraid, because He didn’t  give us a spirit of fear,but power ,love,and a sound mind. 

Like  Jesus,our desire,and aspirations   should  be , to do the will of our Heavenly  Father.

Jesus said to them, “My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me, and to finish His work.(John 4:34)

Bless the Lord , you His angels, Who excel in strength, who do His word, Heeding the voice of His word. Bless the Lord , all you His hosts, You ministers of His, who do His pleasure.(Psalms 103:20‭-‬21)

OUT OF THE ABUNDANCE  OF  THE  HEART  THE MOUTH SPEAKS.

​YOUR THOUGHTS DICTATES,how you function and operate in life. Simply put, What you think, believe ,and say has a lot to do with how your life is situated. 

Proverb 23:7 

For as he thinks in his heart, so is he…

Mark 11:23

For verily I say unto you, that whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be you removed, and be you cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he says shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he says. 

-Negative speaking and believing brings about negative things. 

-Bad speaking and believing brings about bad things.

-Doubting and speak unbelief brings you nothing, and causes no change to your situation. 

-Positive speaking and believing brings about positive things. 

-Good speaking and good believing brings about good things. 

-Think positive beliefs and speak positive words (God’s Words). This gives God what He needs from you to work in your life and change things for the better. 

-Blessed you are and bless you will always be and to God be all the glory. Amen!

TEMPTATION 

1 Corinthians 10:13 

There has no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that all of you are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that all of you may be able to bear it. 

+All things that come against you are all common to mankind. 

+God doesn’t give you temptations or trials, but He always provides a means for you escape. 

Romans 8:18 

18. For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.

28. And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. 

-Everything thing that come your way may not be God sent, but God works them all for our good. 

-Don’t give up your good and victorious fight of faith. You are a Victor and not a Victim. 

-Blessed you are and blessed you will always be and to God be all the glory. Amen! Have a blessed day.

LOVE

1 Corinthians 13:7

…LOVE believes all things…

+The all things that LOVE believes are all that pertain to God, His Word and His Kingdom. 

+However some do not believe all the things that pertain to God, His Word and His Kingdom. Why is this so?

+It we do not LOVE God according to His standards, with all our Hearts, Souls, Minds and Strengths we will struggle in Believing and Trusting in God. 

+Remember the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Spirit Who is given unto us, Romans 5:5. 

+The issue is NOT that we do not have Love in our hearts for God. The issue is the lack of demonstration of that LOVE towards God. 

+The more we demonstrate LOVE for God, the easier it will be for us to Believe, Trust and exercise Faith in God. 

THE QUESTION IS?

How Much do we Really Love the Lord?

+When we love the Lord we give Him our BEST and we give Him our ALL by His Standards. 

+WE have not given God our BEST until we have given a Him our ALL. 

+Our ALL is to love the Lord our God with ALL our hearts, souls, minds and strengths, and to trust in Him with all our hearts. (Mark 12:30; Proverb 3:5).

+This Love for the Lord and our Trust in Him should be to the MAXIMUM CAPACITY of our entire BEINGS. 

+This means that we have no room left over within us NOT TO LOVE HIM. 

+This also means that we have no room left over within us for us NOT TO TRUST HIM, or (FOR DOUBT OR UNBELIEF).

+Praise the Lord!!!

•Continue to let the WORD of God be the standard for our lives. Always LOVING others like Christ Jesus loves us while keeping our Faith, Trust and Confidence in Him. 

•BLESSED we are and BLESSED we will always be and to God be all the GLORY. Amen!!!

ANGER IGNITES  HATE AND BITTERNESS  

“Do not hasten in your spirit to be angry, For anger rests in the bosom of fools”. {Ecclesiastes 7:9}.

 SO, Stay away from Anger.. 

 It hurts ..Only You! 
-If you are right then there is no need to get angry, 

-And if you are wrong then you don’t have any right to get angry. 

“The simple believes every word, But the prudent considers well his steps. A wise man fears and departs from evil, But a fool rages and is self-confident. A quick-tempered man acts foolishly, And a man of wicked intentions is hated”.(Proverbs 14:15‭-‬17).

“So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath; for the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God. Therefore lay aside all filthiness and overflow of wickedness, and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls”.(James 1:19-21).

LISTEN  :

“Be angry, and do not sin”: do not let the sun go down on your wrath, nor give place to the devil. Let him who stole steal no longer, but rather let him labor, working with his hands what is good, that he may have something to give him who has need. Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers. And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you”. [Ephesians 4:26‭-‬32]

-Patience with family is love,

-Patience with others is respect. 

 -Patience with self is confidence and Patience with GOD is faith. 

-Never Think Hard about the PAST, It brings Tears…

-Never worry about the FUTURE, It brings Fears… 

-Live this Moment with a Smile, It brings Cheers.

-Every test in our life makes us better,

-Every problems that come to make us and not break us, 

-The choice is ours whether we become victims or victorious.

Chose Victory.

-Beautiful things are not always good but good things are always beautiful.

-Do you know why God created gaps between fingers? 

-So that someone special to you can fill those gaps by holding your hand forever.

-Happiness keeps You Sweet..But being sweet brings happiness to others

-You are greatly blessed, highly favored, and deeply loved.

MORE  THAN  A  CONQUEROR  

KNOW  WHO YOU ARE, WHO IS FOR YOU,AND WHO GOT YOUR BACK . 

Sickness  is a weapon , lack is a weapon,hate is a weapon,fear and doubts are weapons .  But God said,”No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord , And their righteousness is from Me,” Says the Lord “. 《Isaiah 54:17》

“But now, thus says the Lord , who created you, _______, And He who formed you, O ——-: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are Mine. When you pass through the waters, I will  be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame scorch you. For I am the Lord your God, The Holy One of Israel, your Savior……”.{Isaiah 43:1‭-‬3 }.

” And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose……What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can  be against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It  is God who justifies. Who is he who condemns? It  is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written: “For Your sake we are killed all day long; We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.” Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord”. (Romans 8:28‭, ‬31‭-‬39)

“But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us. We  are  hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we  are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed— always carrying about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our body. For we who live are always delivered to death for Jesus’ sake, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our mortal flesh. So then death is working in us, but life in you. And since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, “I believed and therefore I spoke,” we also believe and therefore speak, knowing that He who raised up the Lord Jesus will also raise us up with Jesus, and will present us with you. For all things are for your sakes, that grace, having spread through the many, may cause thanksgiving to abound to the glory of God”{ 2 Corinthians 4:7‭-‬15}
