RENEW YOUR  MIND

Why do people choose to dwell,and live in the negative ,things of their past, that hurt ,destroy , and scar them. Why don’t we do as the Apostle Paul said,

“Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus”.(Philippians 3:13‭-‬14 NKJV).

“For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled. Do you look at things according to the outward appearance? If anyone is convinced in himself that he is Christ’s, let him again consider this in himself, that just as he is Christ’s, even so we are Christ’s”. (2 Corinthians 10:3‭-‬7 NKJV).

“And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God”. (Romans 12:2 NKJV).

King David ,puts it like this:

“But then I recall all you have done, O Lord; I remember your wonderful deeds of long ago. They are constantly in my thoughts. I cannot stop thinking about your mighty works.”(Psalm 77:11-12 NLT).

“Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are  noble, whatever things are  just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are  lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there  is any virtue and if there  is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things”. (Philippians 4:8 NKJV).

LISTEN  
Everyone has difficult days when things don’t go according to plan. These days can be frustrating and sometimes overwhelming. It’s during times like these that we have to be especially careful about what we think and say. The scripture tells us that our lives will go in the direction of our thoughts. Do you need to change your thoughts today?
I love what the psalmist wrote here in Psalm 77. He was facing immense challenges when he cried out to God and said, “You know what? I’m going to focus on what God has done for me. I’m going to dwell on His goodness. I will recall His deeds to mind.”
Today, don’t dwell on negative, self-defeating thoughts. Instead, recall His deeds to mind. Focus on what He’s done for you. Thank Him for the gift of life and salvation.

Make a list of all God’s wonderful blessings. Let your thoughts turn toward Him today and recall His wonderful deeds!

“Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit”.(Proverbs 18:21 NKJV). Just as how death, and life are in the power of the tongue ; death and life are in the power of your thoughts as well . The Bible  says ,  so as a man thinks  so is he.”For as he thinks in his heart, so is he…..”(Proverbs 23:7a NKJV).

Let’s pray:
“Almighty Father God in the name of Jesus through the Holy Spirit, Hallowed be your name, Your Kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as is in Heaven, I bless Your holy name today! Thank You for the gift of life both now and in eternity. Thank You for loving me and setting me free. Help me to keep my mind on Your good deeds in Jesus’ name I do pray and declare it all. Blessed are we and blessed we will always be and to our Lord Jesus Christ be all the Glory. Amen”

Luke 21:36 Jesus said:
WATCH therefore, and PRAY ALWAYS…
+Also See Ephesians 6:18.
+Jesus never said to watch and talk about the problems and make criticisms.
+Pray for the faults and problems of others instead of talking about them and criticizing them.
+To criticize the faults and problems is to magnify them and to give the enemy more of an entrance to make matters worse.
+When we pray for the problems and faults of others it is called Intercessory Prayers.
+Through our Intercessory Prayers God divinely intervenes and make things better, and on the same token we are slamming the door shut in the enemy’s face.
+PRAYERS SOLVE PROBLEMS!!!
•Continue to let the WORD of God be the standard for our lives. Always LOVING others like Christ Jesus loves us while keeping our Faith, Trust and Confidence in Him.

GUARANTEED  SATISFACTION  

If it leaves you miserable,and frustrated afterwards then why even bother . Are those addictions a stronghold , a idol ,or a god that controls your life.

“Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, For they shall be filled”. (Matthew 5:6 NKJV).

“I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law. Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit”. (Galatians 5:1-19 ).

•When you are angry your peace can be interrupted. Release the anger and keep your peace.
•Peace is the fruit of the Spirit, Galatians 5:22-23. This means your peace is of God.
Matt 5:9
Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
•Peacemakers are blessed children of God.
•Peacemakers are not angry people. Neither do they get angry easily and if they get angry they do not get violently out of control and sin.
•When anger comes your way remember Your Heavenly Father is your Jehovah Shalom and Jesus is your Prince of Peace.

DON’T LET SIN HOLD YOU AS HOSTAGE  

“DO  YOU  NOT  KNOW  THAT  THE  UNRIGHTEOUS  WILL  NOT  INHERIT  THE  KINGDOM  OF  GOD?  Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God. All things are lawful for me, but all things are not helpful. All things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any. Foods for the stomach and the stomach for foods, but God will destroy both it and them. Now the body is not for sexual immorality but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body. And God both raised up the Lord and will also raise us up by His power. Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ and make them members of a harlot? Certainly not! Or do you not know that he who is joined to a harlot is one body with her? For “the two,” He says, “shall become one flesh.” But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with Him. Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s”(1  Corinthians 6:9‭-‬20 NKJV)

“What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it? Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. For if we have been united together in the likeness of His death, certainly we also shall be in  the  likeness of His resurrection, knowing this, that our old man was crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves of sin. For he who has died has been freed from sin. Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with Him, knowing that Christ, having been raised from the dead, dies no more. Death no longer has dominion over Him. For the death that He died, He died to sin once for all; but the life that He lives, He lives to God. THEREFORE  DO  NOT  LET  SIN  REIGN  IN  YOUR  MORTAL  BODY, THAT  YOU  SHOULD  OBEY  IN  IT’S  LUST. And do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God. For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace. What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? Certainly not! Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one’s slaves whom you obey, whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness? But God be thanked that though you were slaves of sin, yet you obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine to which you were delivered. And having been set free from sin, you became slaves of righteousness. I speak in human terms because of the weakness of your flesh. For just as you presented your members as slaves of uncleanness, and of lawlessness leading to more lawlessness, so now present your members as slaves of righteousness for holiness. FOR  THE  WAGES  OF  SIN  IS  DEATH, BUT  THE  GIFT  OF  GOD  IS  ETERNAL  LIFE  IN  CHRIST  JESUS  OUR  LORD.” (Romans 6:1‭-‬23 NKJV)

NEVER GIVE UP

There comes a time in your life, when you have to know that God never fails. Know what He can do, and know what He will do. Know that He keeps  His promises, especially when you’re obedient. Have you ever experienced  His Grace and Mercies? Has He ever come through for you?  THEN IT’S TIME TO KNOW  WITHOUT A SHADOW OF DOUBT THAT HE NEVER FAILS. 

GOD SAYS  :

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.” (Jeremiah 29:11‭-‬13 NKJV)

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths. Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the Lord and depart from evil. It will be health to your flesh, And strength to your bones.” (Proverbs 3:5‭-‬8 NKJV)

“The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, And His ears are open to their cry. The face of the Lord is against those who do evil, To cut off the remembrance of them from the earth. The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears, And delivers them out of all their troubles. The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, And saves such as have a contrite spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the Lord delivers him out of them all.” (Psalms 34:15‭-‬19 NKJV)

“Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’(Isaiah 41:10 NKJV)

“But now, thus says the Lord, who created you, … “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are Mine. When you pass through the waters, I will  be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame scorch you. For I am the Lord your God, The Holy One of Israel, your Savior”…(Isaiah 43:1‭-‬3 NKJV)

“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.  Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints—”. (Ephesians 6:10‭-‬18 NKJV)

“let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful. And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching. Therefore do not cast away your confidence, which has great reward. For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise: “For yet a little while, And He who is coming will come and will not tarry. Now the just shall live by faith; But if anyone draws back, My soul has no pleasure in him.” But we are not of those who draw back to perdition, but of those who believe to the saving of the soul.”(Hebrews 10:22‭-‬25‭, ‬35‭-‬39 NKJV)

BELIEVE  IT OR NOT

“Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. WHEN GOD IS IN IT, THERE IS NO LIMIT

Put God first and you will never be last.

“One man of you shall chase a thousand, for the Lord your God is He who fights for you, as He promised you. Therefore take careful heed to yourselves, that you love the Lord your God.” (Joshua 23:10‭-‬11 NKJV).

Little is MUCH With God
+Little is much when GOD is in it.
+Little is much when your HEART is in it.
+Little is much when LOVE is in it.
+Little is much when TRUTH is in it.
+Little is much when HOLINESS is in it.
+Little is much when RIGHTEOUSNESS is in it.
+Little is much when FAITH is in it.
+Little is much when your ALL is in it.
+Little is much with SACRIFICE in it.
+And MUCH will be LITTLE without these things in it.
1 Corinthians 10:31
Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.

HOWEVER, In Mark 12:41-44 it says, the poor widow’s two mites were little, but Jesus said she gave more than all the others. +The poor widow gave ALL she had SACRIFICIALLY from her HEART in LOVE, TRUTH, HOLINESS, RIGHTEOUSNESS and FAITH.
+Giving with these qualities adds Great Value to our giving, and it’s a giving heart that gets God’s attention.
+The widow’s giving was little in Quantity, but Much In Quality because God was in it.
+Remember Little is Much when God is in it, but Much is little without God in it.
•Continue to let the WORD of God be the standard for your life. Always LOVING others like Christ Jesus loves us while keeping our faith, trust and confidence in Him.

DON’T LEAN ON YOUR UNDERSTANDING  

Do you have trust issues? Who do you really trust? Can you truly trust anyone? What does God say about trust:

“He who trusts in his own heart is a fool, but whoever walks wisely will be delivered.” (Proverbs 28:26 NKJV)

“It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man. It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in princes.” (Psalm 118:8‭-‬9 NKJV)

“He who heeds the word wisely will find good, and whoever trusts in the Lord, happy is he.” (Proverbs 16:20 NKJV)

“Thus says the Lord: “Cursed is the man who trusts in man and makes flesh his strength; Whose heart departs from the Lord. For he shall be like a shrub in the desert, and shall not see when good comes, but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land which is not inhabited. “Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, and whose hope is the Lord. For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters, which spreads out its roots by the river, and will not fear when heat comes; but its leaf will be green, and will not be anxious in the year of drought, Nor will cease from yielding fruit. “The heart is deceitful above all things, And desperately wicked; Who can know it? I, the Lord, search the heart, I test the mind, Even to give every man according to his ways, According to the fruit of his doings,” (Jeremiah 17:5‭-‬10 NKJV)

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths. Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the Lord and depart from evil. It will be health to your flesh, And strength to your bones.” (Proverbs 3:5‭-‬8 NKJV)

YES. “Some trust in chariots, and some in horses; But we will remember the name of the Lord our God.”(Psalms 20:7 NKJV)

“Our fathers trusted in You; They trusted, and You delivered them. They cried to You, and were delivered; They trusted in You, and were not ashamed.” (Psalms 22:4‭-‬5 NKJV)

GOD INSTRUCTION IS:

“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” (Romans 12:1‭-‬2 NKJV)

Psalm 34:10, 15, 17 and 19 says,
The young lions lack and suffer hunger; But those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing. The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, And His ears are open to their cry. The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears, And delivers them out of all their troubles. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the Lord delivers him out of them all.

“Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” (Romans 15:13 NKJV)

ENJOY TODAY, TOMORROW IS PROMISED TO NO ONE

God Gives All Things Freely
Romans 8:32
He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also FREELY GIVEN US ALL THINGS?
1 Corinthians 2:12
Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been FREELY GIVEN to us by God.
2 Peter 1:3
His divine power has GIVEN TO US ALL THINGS that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue,
+Be careful NOT to buy the things that are FREELY GIVEN to us by God.
+The things that are FREELY GIVEN to us by God are only obtain by walking in Love, Truth, Holiness, Righteousness and Faith.
•Continue to let the WORD of God be the standard for our lives. Always LOVING others like Christ Jesus loves us while keeping our Faith, Trust and Confidence in Him.
•BLESSED we are and BLESSED we will always be and to God be all the GLORY. Amen!!!

Happy Mother’s Day

Mother’s are like glue. Even when you can’t see them they’re still holding the family together. May the Favor of God Rest Upon every Great Grandmother, Grandmother,Godmother,
Mother, Aunt, Niece, And Sister. The worth of a virtuous woman is immeasurable. Proverbs 31:10-12(AB)-“A capable, intelligent, and virtuous woman-who is he who can find her? She is far more precious than jewels 💎 and her value is far above rubies or pearls. The heart ❤️ of her husband trusts in her confidentiality and relies on and believes in her securely, so that he has no lack of (honest) gain or need of (dishonest) spoil. She comforts, encourages, and does him only good as long as there is life within her.”
