SUPERNATURAL  FAITH  

WHAT IS FAITH?

“Now FAITH IS THE SUBSTANCE OF THINGS HOPED FOR, THE EVIDENCE OF THINGS NOT SEEN. For by it the elders obtained a good testimony. BY FAITH we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible. BY FAITH Abel offered to God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, through which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts; and through it he being dead still speaks. BY FAITH Enoch was taken away so that he did not see death, “and was not found, because God had taken him”; for before he was taken he had this testimony, that he pleased God. BUT WITHOUT FAITH IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO PLEASE HIM, FOR HE WHO COMES TO GOD MUST BELIEVE THAT HE IS, AND THAT HE IS A REWARDER OF THOSE WHO DILIGENTLY SEEK HIM.

BY FAITH Noah, being divinely warned of things not yet seen, moved with godly fear, prepared an ark for the saving of his household, by which he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness which is according to faith. BY FAITH Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out to the place which he would receive as an inheritance. And he went out, not knowing where he was going. BY FAITH he dwelt in the land of promise as in a foreign country, dwelling in tents with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise; for he waited for the city which has foundations, whose builder and maker is God. By faith Sarah herself also received strength to conceive seed, and she bore a child when she was past the age, because she judged Him faithful who had promised. Therefore from one man, and him as good as dead, were born as many as the stars of the sky in multitude—innumerable as the sand which is by the seashore. These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off were assured of them, embraced them and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth. For those who say such things declare plainly that they seek a homeland. And truly if they had called to mind that country from which they had come out, they would have had opportunity to return. But now they desire a better, that is, a heavenly country. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for He has prepared a city for them. BY FAITH Abraham, when he was tested, offered up Isaac, and he who had received the promises offered up his only begotten son, of whom it was said, “In Isaac your seed shall be called,” concluding that God was able to raise him up, even from the dead, from which he also received him in a figurative sense. BY FAITH Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau concerning things to come. By faith Jacob, when he was dying, blessed each of the sons of Joseph, and worshiped, leaning on the top of his staff. BY FAITH Joseph, when he was dying, made mention of the departure of the children of Israel, and gave instructions concerning his bones. BY FAITH Moses, when he was born, was hidden three months by his parents, because they saw he was a beautiful child; and they were not afraid of the king’s command. BY FAITH Moses, when he became of age, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter, choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God than to enjoy the passing pleasures of sin, esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt; for he looked to the reward. BY FAITH he forsook Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king; for he endured as seeing Him who is invisible. BY FAITH he kept the Passover and the sprinkling of blood, lest he who destroyed the firstborn should touch them. BY FAITH they passed through the Red Sea as by dry land, whereas the Egyptians, attempting to do so, were drowned. BY FAITH the walls of Jericho fell down after they were encircled for seven days. By faith the harlot Rahab did not perish with those who did not believe, when she had received the spies with peace. And what more shall I say? For the time would fail me to tell of Gideon and Barak and Samson and Jephthah, also of David and Samuel and the prophets: who through faith subdued kingdoms, worked righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions, quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, became valiant in battle, turned to flight the armies of the aliens. Women received their dead raised to life again. Others were tortured, not accepting deliverance, that they might obtain a better resurrection. Still others had trial of mockings and scourgings, yes, and of chains and imprisonment. They were stoned, they were sawn in two, were tempted, were slain with the sword. They wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins, being destitute, afflicted, tormented— of whom the world was not worthy. They wandered in deserts and mountains, in dens and caves of the earth. And all these, having obtained a good testimony through faith, did not receive the promise, God having provided something better for us, that they should not be made perfect apart from us”. (Hebrews 11:1‭-‬40 NKJV).

1 John 5:14-15
14 And this is the CONFIDENCE that we have in him, that, if we ask anything ACCORDING TO HIS WILL, HE hears us:
15 And if we know that HE hears us, whatsoever we ask (ACCORDING TO HIS WILL), we know that we have the requests (or petitions) that we desired of him.
+All things ACCORDING TO GOD’S WILL are ALL His promises that are written in His Word.
+Remember God’s WILL for us is Salvation, Deliverance, Healing, Prosperity of our souls, Good Success, Protection, Provision and the list goes on.

+Find God’s promises that meet your needs and proclaim and declare those promises of God in your life.
+You shall have what you say and it shall be unto you according to your faith. Amen! And Hallelujah!!!

POWER OF LIFE and DEATH IS IN YOUR TONGUE

Start talking to the mountain about your God.
Say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there’ and it will move. — Matthew 17:20

There comes a moment when you must quit talking to God about the mountain in your life and start talking to the mountain about your God. You proclaim His power. You declare His sovereignty. You affirm His faithfulness. You stand on His Word. You cling to His promises.

Goliath held an entire army captive through fear. His weapon was intimidation. And that is how our enemy operates. He prowls around like a roaring lion. (1 Peter 5:88)

But the important word is like He’s an imposter Jesus is the Lion of the tribe of Judah. (Revelation 5:5) And when he roars, everything is shaken. All authority under heaven and on earth is His. And we are His children. Why don’t we live like it, love like it, give like it, serve like it, and pray like it?

If God is for us, who can be against us? (Romans 8:31)

The One who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world. (1 John 4:4)

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. (Philippians 4:13 NKJV)

In all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose. (Romans 8:28)

What did Jesus do when Satan tempted Him in the wilderness? He fell back on the Word of God He used it like a skilled swordsman. And He wasn’t just defending Himself; He was delivering blows by citing chapter and verse!

Maybe we need to quit playing defense and start playing offense. Maybe we need to quit letting our circumstances get between us and God and let God get between us and our circumstances.

Maybe we need to stop talking to God about our problem and start talking to our problem about God.

More Than Conquerors

It’s time to claim the victory that has already been won at Calvary We are not conquerors; we are more than conquerors through Christ.

Jesus proclaimed the victory when He said,

I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it. (Matthew 16:18 NKJV)

Let me make two observations First, notice the pronouns He did not say, “You will build My church”; He said, “I will build My church ” The key pronouns are I and My The church belongs to Jesus Christ. So does the battle. So does the victory.

Second, it says that the gates of Hades will not prevail Gates are defensive measures, which means, by definition, that the Church is on the offense. It’s high time for an all-out attack on the enemy! The battlefield is the prayer closet. And secret prayer is our secret weapon.

When we hit our knees, we pick a fight with the enemy. We are immediately transported to the front lines of the Kingdom, where we wage war with principalities and powers. That is where the battle is won or lost — on our knees! And when we hit our knees, God fights our battles for us.

NO WEAPON CAN PROSPER

No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord , And their righteousness is from Me,” Says the Lord “.(Isaiah 54:17 NKJV).

“For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled”.(2 Corinthians 10:3-6).

“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints; And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel, For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak”.(Ephesians 6:10-20).

JESUS  IS THE ONLY WAY

“For this is  good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. For there  is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus, who gave Himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time,”. ( 1  Timothy 2:3‭-‬6 NKJV).

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me”. (John 14:6 NKJV).

“Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live.  And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?”(John 11:25‭-‬26 NKJV).

THEORY TRUTH  IS:

“And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up,  that whoever believes in Him should not perish but  have eternal life.  For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.  For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.  And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.  For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed.  But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.” He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.”(John 3:14‭-‬21‭, ‬36 NKJV).

“..that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.” For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him. For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, Who bring glad tidings of good things!” But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah says, “ Lord , who has believed our report?” So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God”. (Romans 10:9‭-‬17 NKJV).

THE ENEMY  IN YOUR HEAD

To be successful in life,the first enemy you must defeat is the one that plants negative thoughts in your mind.

LISTEN :

“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which  is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of  himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith. For as we have many members in one body, but all the members do not have the same function, so we, being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another. Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let  us  use  them: if prophecy, let  us  prophesy in proportion to our faith; or ministry, let  us  use  it in our ministering; he who teaches, in teaching; he who exhorts, in exhortation; he who gives, with liberality; he who leads, with diligence; he who shows mercy, with cheerfulness. Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil. Cling to what is good. Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another; not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer; distributing to the needs of the saints, given to hospitality. Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse. Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep. Be of the same mind toward one another. Do not set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble. Do not be wise in your own opinion. Repay no one evil for evil. Have regard for good things in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men. Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord. Therefore “If your enemy is hungry, feed him; If he is thirsty, give him a drink; For in so doing you will heap coals of fire on his head.” Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good”. (Romans 12:1‭-‬21 NKJV).

FINALLY

Experiencing the REST of our Lord in your Souls
Jeremiah 6:16
Thus says the LORD, Stand you in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where the GOOD WAY is, and walk in it, and YOU SHALL FIND REST FOR YOUR SOULS…
+REST for the SOUL is found in the way of good, or in the (Good Way).
+Two areas in our Souls that need GOOD REST:
1. Our Minds
2. Our Emotions.
+The Mind can be overwhelmed and stressed, and our Emotions can be abused and hurt.
+Go in the GOOD WAY which is the WAY of the LORD and you will find rest for your Soul.
+The Lord Loves us. He is our Comforter, our Peace, our Joy, our Strength, and all that we need that pertain to Life and Godliness. Hallelujah!
Acts 3:19
The times of REFRESHING come from the PRESENCE of the Lord. Hallelujah!

CORRECTION  

“For whom the Lord loves He corrects, Just as a father the son in  whom he delights”.(Proverbs 3:12 NKJV).

“And you have forgotten the exhortation which speaks to you as to sons: “My son, do not despise the chastening of the Lord , Nor be discouraged when you are rebuked by Him; For whom the Lord loves He chastens, And scourges every son whom He receives.” If you endure chastening, God deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom a father does not chasten? But if you are without chastening, of which all have become partakers, then you are illegitimate and not sons. Furthermore, we have had human fathers who corrected us, and we paid them respect. Shall we not much more readily be in subjection to the Father of spirits and live? For they indeed for a few days chastened us as seemed best to them, but He for our profit, that we may be partakers of His holiness. Now no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it”. (Hebrews 12:5‭-‬11 NKJV).

“He who spares his rod hates his son, But he who loves him disciplines him promptly”. (Proverbs 13:24 NKJV).

REMEMBER  

“All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work”. ( 2 Timothy 3:16‭-‬17 NKJV).

“For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that we through the patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope”. (Romans 15:4 NKJV).

“My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he  is  a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways”. (James 1:2‭-‬8 NKJV).

FINALLY

“You should know in your heart that as a man chastens his son, so the Lord your God chastens you. “Therefore you shall keep the commandments of the Lord your God, to walk in His ways and to fear Him”.(Deuteronomy 8:5‭-‬6 NKJV).

“And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose”. (Romans 8:28 NKJV).

IN BETWEEN ,PRAYER AND FULFILLMENT  

Waiting upon the Lord is a Blessing
Isaiah 40:31
But they that WAIT upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
+In your time of waiting upon the Lord your strength is renewed.
+Mount up with wings of Eagles is God lifting us above the situation. This is for us to look down on the situation and see things from God’s Point of View.
+Run and not be weary is the new strength God gave you to complete your journey. Psalm 27:1 …the Lord is the Strength of my Life…
+Now we are back to walking again and this time we will not faint. All because we have waited upon the Lord.

It’s  in the waiting  period , that we are attacked  the most . The enemy  will try to steal your confidence ,joy ,peace,trust and faith. By replacing  it,with doubts,fear,and unbelief .  But you have  to stand on God’s  word and as it says . God says :

“For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled”. ( 2 Corinthians 10:4‭-‬6 NKJV). HAVE  YOU DONE IT? 

ARE YOU STANDING  ON FAITH OR DOUBT? ARE YOU DOUBLE  MINDED,OR JUST GOD MINDED ?

LISTEN,everything  that is contrary  to  the word of God is a lie,everything  that goes  against  God’s  word cast it down.

From the Promise to the Fulfillment

+How do manage or govern ourselves from the moment we pray to God until the answer of our prayers are manifested?

+We must maintain expectancy with Faith, Confidence and Patience, and the Promises and our Prayers will come to pass.

+I encouraged you and continued to stand on the Promises of God knowing that 2 Corinthians 1:20 says all the Promises of God in Christ Jesus are Yes and Amen.

Ephesians 6:13

…having done all to stand.

1 Corinthians 15:58

Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, since you know that your labor (includes your prayers) are not in vain in the Lord. Amen!

ENCOURAGE YOURSELF

VICTORY IS YOURS

Galatians 6:9 

And let us not be weary in WELL-DOING: for in due season we shall REAP, if we faint not. 

Well-Doing: all that is done in Love, Truth, Holiness, Righteousness, and Faith for the glory of God. 

+Sometimes in Well-Doing we see immediate results. Other times we see gradual results, and there will be times when the results will take a longer time than we anticipated. 

+Rest assured. Our God is Faithful. Your harvest may be delayed, but it is not denied. 

+Don’t look at what your situation and get discouraged, but instead look at the Word of God and be encouraged.  

+Our Hope is in the Lord and not in the Situation. 

2 Corinthians 5:7 

For we walk by Faith, not by sight. 

Habakkuk 2:3 

For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarries, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not delay. 

+Be steadfast and immovable with Trust, Confidence and Faith in the Lord. For God is not a man that He should lie. Our God is faithful. Hallelujah!!!

WORD SHARP

“As iron sharpens iron, So a man sharpens the countenance of his friend.”

Proverbs 27:17 NKJV

One of the best things I’ve learned is that God does not bring people into our lives so that we can make them just like us. God loves variety and He wants us to be different from each other. He’s given us different personalities, different strengths, different interests and different looks. He’s made us all uniquely so that we can sharpen one another and cause each other to rise up higher in life. 

If you’re going to be happy and enjoy your relationships, you’ve got to learn how to appreciate the differences and learn from the people in your life. If you don’t focus on the right things, you’ll end up allowing the little irritations to cause you to become resentful. Remember, nobody is perfect. If you’re going to grow, you’ve got to be willing to overlook some things. Our assignment is not to fix people. Our assignment is to love people. Our assignment is to sharpen one another so we can move forward in the good plan God has prepared!

Let’s pray:

“Almighty Father God in the name of Jesus through the Holy Spirit, Hallowed be your name, Your Kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as is in Heaven, thank You for the people You have placed in my life. Help me to see them the way You see them. Help me to appreciate the ways we sharpen one another so that we can help each other fulfill Your plan for our lives. In Jesus’ Name I do pray and declare it all. Blessed  are we and blessed we will always be and to our Lord Jesus Christ be all the Glory. Amen.”

Praise the Lord as we pray for one another.

WHICH COMES FIRST ?

“Now godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and clothing, with these we shall be content. But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts which drown men in destruction and perdition. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows”. (I Timothy 6:6‭-‬10 NKJV).

“Then He spoke a parable to them, saying: “The ground of a certain rich man yielded plentifully. And he thought within himself, saying, ‘What shall I do, since I have no room to store my crops?’ So he said, ‘I will do this: I will pull down my barns and build greater, and there I will store all my crops and my goods. And I will say to my soul, “Soul, you have many goods laid up for many years; take your ease; eat, drink, and be merry.” ’ But God said to him, ‘Fool! This night your soul will be required of you; then whose will those things be which you have provided?’ “So is he who lays up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God.” Then He said to His disciples, “Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; nor about the body, what you will put on. Life is more than food, and the body is more than clothing. Consider the ravens, for they neither sow nor reap, which have neither storehouse nor barn; and God feeds them. Of how much more value are you than the birds? And which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature? If you then are not able to do the least, why are you anxious for the rest? Consider the lilies, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. If then God so clothes the grass, which today is in the field and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, how much more will He clothe you, O you of little faith? “And do not seek what you should eat or what you should drink, nor have an anxious mind. For all these things the nations of the world seek after, and your Father knows that you need these things. But seek the kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added to you. “Do not fear, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom. Sell what you have and give alms; provide yourselves money bags which do not grow old, a treasure in the heavens that does not fail, where no thief approaches nor moth destroys. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also”. (Luke 12:16‭-‬34 NKJV).

Our Lives are Filled with the FULLNESS of God.
2 Peter 1:3
According as his divine power has given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who has called us to glory and virtue:

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:
Ephesians 3:19
And to know the love of Christ, which passes knowledge, THAT YOU MIGHT BE FULLED WITH ALL THE FULLNESS OF GOD.
+When our lives are filled with the Fullness of God there is no room left over to accommodate things that are not of God.
+We are filled with the fullness of God in Christ Jesus, by the Holy Spirit and the Word of God.
+Many of us don’t realize this and therefore we do not fellowship with the Lord in the Spirit, and utilize the Word of God like we should.
+Remember we can do everything the Word of God says we can do because we have everything the Word says that we have.
•Continue to let the WORD of God be the standard for your life. Always LOVING others like Christ Jesus loves us while keeping our Faith, Trust and Confidence in Him.
