” Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and that does not fade away, reserved in heaven for you,  who are kept by the power of God through faith for salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.”( 1 Peter 1:3-5 NKJV).

” Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.  For if we have been united together in the likeness of His death, certainly we also shall be in the likeness of His resurrection,  knowing this, that our old man was crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves of sin.  For he who has died has been freed from sin. Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with Him, knowing that Christ, having been raised from the dead, dies no more. Death no longer has dominion over Him.

  For the death that He died, He died to sin once for all; but the life that He lives, He lives to God. Likewise you also, reckon yourselves to be dead indeed to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord. Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts.  And do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God. For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace.”(Romans 6:4-14 NKJV).

Our loving Heavenly Father,
On this glorious Resurrection Sunday, our hearts full of gratitude and reverence as we come before You. We celebrate the miraculous resurrection of Your Son, Jesus Christ, who conquered death and sin, bringing forth the promise of eternal life.

Lord, we reflect on the profound sacrifice that Jesus made for us on the cross. His willingness to bear our sins and suffer in our place shows the depth of Your love for humanity. Through His anguish, He offered us redemption and forgiveness, breaking the chains of bondage that held us captive.

As we observe this day, let us remember that Easter is not just a moment in time, but a powerful reminder of hope and renewal. Just as Christ rose from the grave, we too are called to rise above our trials and tribulations. We seek to embrace the new life offered through faith in Him, shedding our old selves and stepping boldly into the future You have planned for us.

May the resurrection inspire us to live in a way that reflects Your glory. Help us to embody Christ’s love, compassion, and grace, sharing the good news of His resurrection with the world. Let us be instruments of Your peace, ambassadors of hope, and seekers of justice.

This Easter, we ask for a renewed spirit within us. Fill our hearts with joy and our minds with understanding of the magnitude of this day. May the celebration of the empty tomb remind us that no matter how dark our circumstances may seem, Your light shines through, bringing healing and restoration.

We pray for those who are lost, those who are suffering, and those who feel abandoned. May they find solace in the knowledge that Christ died for them and that His resurrection offers redemption and new beginnings.

As we gather in worship and fellowship, let our praises rise like incense to You. May our lives be a testimony to the transformative power of the resurrection, encouraging all to seek Your presence and experience the fullness of life in You.

Studying  God’s Word,will make you wise.

” Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.  But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness. And their word will eat as doth a canker: of whom is Hymenæus and Philetus;  who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some. Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.”(2 Timothy 2 :15-19 KJV).

” But evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived.  But you must continue in the things which you have learned and been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them, and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.  All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.”(2 Timothy 3:13-17 NKJV).

SOME PEOPLE CLAIM THAT THEY ARE CHRISTIANS FOR YEARS YET,THEY DON’T KNOW THE WORD, BUT THE BIBLE SAYS: “Concerning this we have much to say, and it is hard to explain, since you have become dull and sluggish in [your spiritual] hearing and disinclined to listen. For though by this time you ought to be teachers [because of the time you have had to learn these truths], you actually need someone to teach you again the elementary principles of God’s word [from the beginning], and you have come to be continually in need of milk, not solid food.  For everyone who lives on milk is [doctrinally inexperienced and] unskilled in the word of righteousness, since he is a spiritual infant.  But solid food is for the [spiritually] mature, whose senses are trained by practice to distinguish between what is morally good and what is evil.” ( Hebrews 5: 11-14 AMP ).

• Ignorance to God’s Word is a liability and disadvantageous.
• The Word of God is the manual to live the life of God. As food is to your physical body so is the Word of God to your life, spirit, soul and mind.
• Make God’s Word your daily study.

” Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,  to the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.” [Jude 1: 24-25 KJV].

” Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.”(John 8:36 NKJV).

” There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.  For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.”(Romans 8:1-2 NKJV).

” Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.”( Galatians 5:1 NKJV) .

The Amplified version, simplified it this way:
IN [this] freedom Christ has made us free [and completely liberated us]; stand fast then, and do not be hampered and held ensnared and submit again to a yoke of slavery [which you have once put off].

LISTEN
•  In Christ Jesus we are totally free spirit, soul, mind and body, past, present and future.

•  In Christ Jesus we are free from the world and the devil. There is absolutely nothing in this world that should keep up down.

•  You may have gotten knock down with sickness, disease, financial hardship or bad relationships but you don’t have to stay down.

•  I command you in The Name of Jesus! Get up! and stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ has made us free. For who the the Son set free is free indeed.

Christ in you is always greater than all that you will ever go through.

” You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.”( 1 John 4:4 NKJV).

” What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?  Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies. Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?

Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written: “For Your sake we are killed all day long; We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.”  Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”(Romans 8: 31-39 NKJV).

The devil will try but he has no power to condemn you. Only God does and God will never condemn you. No one can, but the devil is dumb enough The devil will often try to test you in many different ways to see where he can enter into your life. The devil is all about lying, stealing, killing and destroying.

But thanks be unto God that Jesus came into our lives that we might have the good life and have it more abundantly.

The devil is defeated and he can never come out of his defeat.Yes! Through the redemptive work of Christ the devil is permanently defeated

Personality is who we are as a person.
Character are the things we do out of the person we are.

” Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.” (Genesis 1: 26-27 NKJV).

Let’s focus on what ,Genesis 1:26 AMP – Then God said, “Let Us (Father, Son, Holy Spirit) make man in Our image, according to Our likeness [not physical, but a spiritual personality and moral likeness]…

+The Image of God has to do with who God is in His Infinite Totality in His Triune Being (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) with His Personality and Character.

+Likeness is to function like God in His Personality, Character and Ways.
Ephesians 5:1 AMP
Therefore become imitators of God [copy Him and follow His example], as well-beloved children [imitate their father]…
+We are Blessed to be called Children of God.

Continue to let the WORD of God be the standard for your life. Always LOVING others like Christ Jesus loves us while keeping our Faith, Trust and Confidence in Him.

LET THE HOLY SPIRIT SPEAK,THROUGH YOU.

“Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents and harmless as doves. But beware of men, for they will deliver you up to councils and scourge you in their synagogues. You will be brought before governors and kings for My sake, as a testimony to them and to the Gentiles. But when they deliver you up, do not worry about how or what you should speak. For it will be given to you in that hour what you should speak; for it is not you who speak, but the Spirit of your Father who speaks in you.” (Matthew 10:16-20 NKJV).

” Therefore settle it in your hearts not to meditate beforehand on what you will answer; for I will give you a mouth and wisdom which all your adversaries will not be able to contradict or resist.” ( Luke 21:14-15 NKJV).

” And I, brethren, when I came to you, did not come with excellence of speech or of wisdom declaring to you the testimony of God. For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified. I was with you in weakness, in fear, and in much trembling. And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power,  that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God. However, we speak wisdom among those who are mature, yet not the wisdom of this age, nor of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing.  But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God ordained before the ages for our glory,  which none of the rulers of this age knew; for had they known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit.

For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God.  These things we also speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. But he who is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is rightly judged by no one. For “who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him?” But we have the mind of Christ.” (1 Corinthians 2:1-16 NKJV).

” If anyone speaks, let him speak as the oracles of God. If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the ability which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.”(1 Peter 4: 11 NKJV).

•  Remember this. God by His Holy Spirit works in you, through you and for you.

God would never tell you to be something, that you are not already,  or that you can’t be. Because He created you with it. When He was creating the world, He said, ” let there be light, and there was light “.

” For I am the Lord your God. You shall therefore consecrate yourselves, and you shall be holy; for I am holy. Neither shall you defile yourselves with any creeping thing that creeps on the earth.  For I am the Lord who brings you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your God. You shall therefore be holy, for I am holy. “( Leviticus 11:44-45 NKJV).

” Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.” ( Matthew 5:48 NKJV).

” Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.” ( Ephesians 6:10 NKJV).

“… as obedient children, not conforming yourselves to the former lusts, as in your ignorance; but as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct,  because it is written, “Be holy, for I am holy.” ( 1 Peter 1: 14-16 NKJV).

”  My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials,  knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.”(James 1:2-4 NKJV).

” Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content:…” (Philippians 4 :11 NKJV).

” For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are being sanctified.”( Hebrews 10:14 NKJV).

•Our strength is always in the Lord.
•Anyone that is strong in their own strength is dangerous to them self , and to others.

• When we realized that the Lord is our strength, and the strength of our lives, and the strength by which we live, we will live life without fears ,and  doubts.

” Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.” ( Matthew 26:41 NKJV ).

The spirit is willing: You are predisposed (always ready) in your spirit by the Holy Spirit to obey God. You are strong in your spirit by the Holy Spirit.

The flesh is weak: The weakness of the flesh is it’s susceptibility to sin and it’s inability to obey God.

” For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be. So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God.

But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His. And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.” (Romans 8:5-11 NKJV).

” I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law. Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness,  idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies,  envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. 

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.  AND THEY THAT ARE CHRIST’S HAVE CRUCIFIED THE FLESH WITH THE AFFECTIONS AND LUSTS. IF WE LIVE IN THE SPIRIT,LET US ALSO WALK IN THE SPIRIT” (Galatians 5: 16-25 NKJV).

” Now to Him Who is able to keep you without stumbling or slipping or falling, and to present [you] unblemished (blameless and faultless) before the presence of His glory in triumphant joy and exultation [with unspeakable, ecstatic delight]– To the one only God, our Savior through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory (splendor), majesty, might and dominion, and power and authority, before all time and now and forever (unto all the ages of eternity). Amen (so be it).” [ Jude 1 :24-25 AMPC].

Experiencing the Power of God
+The Power of God always goes in the direction where God’s Will is carried out.

+The Word of God is the written Will of God.

+We live in the Power of God by living by every Word of God, and while being led by the Holy Spirit, and also by utilizing the Authority and Power that is in the Almighty Name of Jesus.

Hebrews 4:13
The word of God is Living and Powerful.

Acts 1:8
You shall receive Power after the Holy Spirit comes upon you.

John 14:14 KJVS
Jesus said, If you shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

+Again we live the Word, we are led by the Spirit, and we use the Name of Jesus, and we will experience the Power, Presence and Divine Intervention of God.

But thanks be to God, Who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

•In Christ Jesus you are never without victory. You have the victory all the time. When challenges come your way you should not be looking for to get the victory. All you have to do is to exercise the victory you already have through Christ Jesus. Amen!

” What then shall we say to these things? • you are more than a conqueror and you already have the victory. Just function like and get used to it.

This is where 1 Timothy 6:9-14 NKJV comes in : ” But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts which drown men in destruction and perdition. [10] For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. [11] But you, O man of God, flee these things and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, gentleness. [12] Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses. [13] I urge you in the sight of God who gives life to all things, and before Christ Jesus who witnessed the good confession before Pontius Pilate, [14] that you keep this commandment without spot, blameless until our Lord Jesus Christ’s appearing,

• Again you are not fighting the good fight of faith to get a victory. It’s a good fight because victory is already yours before the fight, during the fight and after the fight. Yes! You are more than a conqueror through Christ our Lord.

In Luke 10:19-20 NKJV Jesus says: “Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven.”

“.Now to Him Who is able to keep you without stumbling or slipping or falling, and to present [you] unblemished (blameless and faultless) before the presence of His glory in triumphant joy and exultation [with unspeakable, ecstatic delight]– [25] To the one only God, our Savior through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory (splendor), majesty, might and dominion, and power and authority, before all time and now and forever (unto all the ages of eternity).
