TRUST is to have confidence, and full assurance in God 100%. You can’t say you trust God, if you don’t have total faith and confidence in Him. That’s why Hebrews 11:6 NKJV says: ” But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.”

” The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; My God, my strength, in whom I will TRUST; My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.”( Psalms 18:2 NKJV).

” It is better to TRUST in the LORD Than to put confidence in man. It is better to trust in the LORD Than to put confidence in princes.” ( Psalms 118: 8-9 KJV).

” TRUST in the LORD with all thine heart; And lean not unto thine own understanding.  In all thy ways acknowledge him, And he shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in thine own eyes: Fear the LORD, and depart from evil.  It shall be health to thy navel, And marrow to thy bones.”( Proverbs 3:5-8 KJV).

NOW THE QUESTION IS THIS ? IS TRUSTING GOD TAKING A RISK ?

ABSOLUTELY NOT. BECAUSE, NUMBERS 23 :19 -20 NKJV  SAYS:  “God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good? [20] Behold, I have received a command to bless; He has blessed, and I cannot reverse it.”

“… in hope of eternal life which God, who cannot lie, promised before time began,..”( Titus 1:2 NKJV).

SO THE NEXT QUESTION IS? IF YOU’RE NOT TRUSTING GOD, WHO ARE YOU TRUSTING?

I love what Job declares  in Job 13:15 : ” Though he slay me, yet will I TRUST in him: But I will maintain mine own ways before him.”

Then King David said: ” Some TRUST in chariots, and some in horses: But we will remember the name of the LORD our God.” ( Psalms 20 : 7 KJV).

My final example of people who trusts God confidently with full assurance is found in ,Daniel 3:16-28 KJV :

” Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter. If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king.  But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up. Then was Nebuchadnezzar full of fury, and the form of his visage was changed against Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego: therefore he spake, and commanded that they should heat the furnace one seven times more than it was wont to be heated.  And he commanded the most mighty men that were in his army to bind Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, and to cast them into the burning fiery furnace. Then these men were bound in their coats, their hosen, and their hats, and their other garments, and were cast into the midst of the burning fiery furnace.

Therefore because the king’s commandment was urgent, and the furnace exceeding hot, the flame of the fire slew those men that took up Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego.  And these three men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, fell down bound into the midst of the burning fiery furnace.  Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was astonied, and rose up in haste, and spake, and said unto his counsellors, Did not we cast three men bound into the midst of the fire? They answered and said unto the king, True, O king.  He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God.

Then Nebuchadnezzar came near to the mouth of the burning fiery furnace, and spake, and said, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, ye servants of the most high God, come forth, and come hither. Then Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, came forth of the midst of the fire. And the princes, governors, and captains, and the king’s counsellors, being gathered together, saw these men, upon whose bodies the fire had no power, nor was an hair of their head singed, neither were their coats changed, nor the smell of fire had passed on them. Then Nebuchadnezzar spake, and said, Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, who hath sent his angel, and delivered his servants that trusted in him, and have changed the king’s word, and yielded their bodies, that they might not serve nor worship any god, except their own God.

BELIEVERS IT’S TIME TO CONFIDENTLY  TRUST GOD ,WITH FULL ASSURANCE.

” let us draw near with a true heart in FULL ASSURANCE OF FAITH, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.  Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)” ( Hebrews 10 : 22-23 KJV).

” Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,  to the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.” [ Jude 1: 24-25 KJV].

This is the day the Lord has made; We will REJOICE AND BE GLAD IN IT.” ( Psalms 118 : 24 NKJV).

” Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another; not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; REJOICING IN HOPE, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer;  distributing to the needs of the saints, given to hospitality.  Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse.  REJOICE WITH THOSE WHO REJOICE, and weep with those who weep. Be of the same mind toward one another. Do not set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble. Do not be wise in your own opinion.” (Romans 12: 10-16 NKJV).

” REJOICE IN THE LORD ALWAYS. AGAIN I WILL SAY, REJOICE! Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;  and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” ( PHILIPPIANS 4:4 -7 NKJV).

Matthew Henry said, “What think we of Christ? Is He altogether glorious in our eyes and precious to our hearts? May Christ be our joy, our confidence, our all.”

A quote from William Arthur Ward, “Real optimism is aware of problems but recognizes solutions; knows about difficulties but believes they can be overcome; sees the negatives, but accentuates the positives; is exposed to the worst but expects the best; has reason to complain, but chooses to smile.”

Life gets in way sometimes everything doesn’t go as planned, and we have to struggle to find joy. Let go of anxiety and know that worrying doesn’t help anything. Be thankful for all things in our lives. Prayer does change things; so let’s start our day in prayer.

” But let us who are of the day BE SOBER, putting on the breastplate of faith and love, and as a helmet the hope of salvation.  For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ,  who died for us, that whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with Him.  Therefore comfort each other and edify one another, just as you also are doing. 

And we urge you, brethren, to recognize those who labor among you, and are over you in the Lord and admonish you,  and to esteem them very highly in love for their work’s sake. Be at peace among yourselves. Now we exhort you, brethren, warn those who are unruly, comfort the fainthearted, uphold the weak, be patient with all.

See that no one renders evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue what is good both for yourselves and for all.  Rejoice always,  pray without ceasing,  in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. Do not quench the Spirit.  Do not despise prophecies. Test all things; hold fast what is good.  Abstain from every form of evil. Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.  He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it. Brethren, pray for us.” ( 1 Thessalonians 5 : 8- 25 NKJV).

” Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:  casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. BE SOBER, BE VIGILANT; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:  whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.  But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you. To him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. ” (1 Peter 5 : 6-11 KJV).

Meaning of “Sober”: Having a clear mind, free from spiritual intoxication or carelessness, and maintaining serious, sound judgment.

Meaning of “Vigilant”: Being alert, watchful, cautious, and on guard against the enemy.

The Adversary: The devil is described as a “roaring lion,” implying a predatory threat that seeks to weaken or destroy a believer’s faith

Knowledge, Understanding ,and Wisdom is from God.

”  My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.  As they were increased, so they sinned against me: therefore will I change their glory into shame. They eat up the sin of my people, and they set their heart on their iniquity.” (Hosea 4: 6-8 KJV).

” But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.” ( James 3: 17 NKJV)

” Wisdom is the principal thing; Therefore get wisdom. And in all your getting, get understanding.” (Proverbs 4:7 NKJV).

James 1:5-8 NKJV says:
” If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.  But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind.  For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.”

Knowledge: is data, information and the knowing of things.

Understanding: knowing the meaning and interpretation of knowledge.

Wisdom: instructions from God to do something that will prevent problems, and if you have a problem wisdom will solve, resolve and dissolve your problem.

+Wisdom keeps all things in the will of God and simple.
+And whatsoever we cannot keep simple in life…
…we don’t understand it clearly.
…we lack sufficient knowledge about it.
…and we have the wisdom to effectively, skillfully and powerfully deal with it.

+Remember Christ Jesus is made Wisdom unto us. Therefore Wisdom must always be demonstrated in Christlikeness and for the Glory of God. Amen!

Continue to let the WORD of God be the standard for your life. Always LOVING others like Christ Jesus loves us while keeping our Faith, Trust and Confidence in Him.

You are Blessed when you Believe in Jesus

” And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth: and all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God. Blessed shalt thou be in the city, and blessed shalt thou be in the field. Blessed shall be the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy ground, and the fruit of thy cattle, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep.  Blessed shall be thy basket and thy store. Blessed shalt thou be when thou comest in, and blessed shalt thou be when thou goest out.”( Deuteronomy 28:1-6 KJV).

In John 6:37-40  ,Jesus said :

And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which sees the Son, and believes on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day. Then He advises us in
Then John 14:1-3 says;
Let not your heart be troubled: all of you believe in God, believe also in me.
In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there all of you may be also.
However,in Titus 2:13 it says, Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;

•  Stay ready for the coming of the Lord is near.
Blessed you are and blessed you will always be and to God be the glory. Amen!

” This I recall to my mind, THEREFORE HAVE I HOPE.  It is of the LORD’s mercies that we are not consumed, Because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: Great is thy faithfulness. The LORD is my portion, saith my soul; THEREFORE WILL I HOPE IN HIM.” ( Lamentations 3: 21-24 KJV)

GOD IS FAITHFUL.

” Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all,  (as it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were. WHO AGAINST HOPE BELIEVED IN HOPE, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be.  And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sarah’s womb: he staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; and being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform. And therefore it was imputed to him for righteousness.” (Romans 4: 16-22 KJV).

Titus 1:1-3 KJV says:
” Paul, a servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God’s elect, and the acknowledging of the truth which is after godliness; IN HOPE OF ETERNAL LIFE, WHICH GOD, THAT CANNOT LIE, PROMISED BEFORE THE WORLD BEGAN;  but hath in due times manifested his word through preaching, which is committed unto me according to the commandment of God our Saviour;…”

LISTEN

We must take all limitations off God. We must take all limitations off our Faith, Trust, Belief and Confidence in God.
+ Continue to Trust in Him with all your heart, And full assurance.
+ Continue to walk by Faith and not by sight.
+ And, as Hebrews 10 :23 says , continue to hold fast to your confessions of Faith without wavering because God is Faithful to all His promises. Amen!

” Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.  And I myself also am persuaded of you, my brethren, that ye also are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge, able also to admonish one another.” [ Romans 15: 13-14 KJV].

WE HAVE THE MIND OF CHRIST. So use it. With the mind of Christ we have insight,and foresight, perception and revelation.

” Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and His ways past finding out!  “For who has known the mind of the Lord? Or who has become His counselor?” “Or who has first given to Him And it shall be repaid to him?” For of Him and through Him and to Him are all things, to whom be glory forever. Amen.” (Romans 11 : 33-36 NKJV).

” But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.  But he who is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is rightly judged by no one.  For “who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him?” But we have the mind of Christ.” ( 1 Corinthians 2:14-16 NKJV).

” Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus,  who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross.  Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name,  that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth,  and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” ( Philippians 2:5 -11 NKJV).

•The Mind of Christ, the Mind of God and the mind of the Holy Spirit are one and the same.
•Since we have the Mind of Christ we can think like Christ our Lord, we can think like God our Heavenly Father and we can think like the Holy Spirit.

”  I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.  For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith. “( Romans 12 : 1-3 NKJV).

•When we got born again our minds became renewed as a part of our new creation, as  2  Corinthians 5:17-18 NKJV says : ” Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation,”

” But you have not so learned Christ, if indeed you have heard Him and have been taught by Him, as the truth is in Jesus: that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, and be renewed in the spirit of your mind,  and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness. Therefore, putting away lying, “Let each one of you speak truth with his neighbor,” for we are members of one another. “Be angry, and do not sin”: do not let the sun go down on your wrath, nor give place to the devil. Let him who stole steal no longer, but rather let him labor, working with his hands what is good, that he may have something to give him who has need.  Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers.  And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.” ( Ephesians 4: 20-32 NKJV).

The new program for our minds is the Word of God, and the Holy Spirit in us enables us to think in the beautiful and awesome Mind of Christ.
• You have no mental deficiencies. Your have the wonderful, righteous, holy and awesome a mind of Christ.

”  Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, And to present you faultless Before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy,  To God our Savior, Who alone is wise, Be glory and majesty, Dominion and power, Both now and forever. Amen.” [ Jude 1 : 24-25 NKJV].

You are Fully Completed in Christ
Colossians 2:10 says:
And all of you are complete in Him (Christ Jesus), Who is the head of all principality and power.
•You may have come into this world with some deficiencies but Christ in you is the ALL Sufficient One.
•Don’t focus on your deficiencies but focus on Christ who is your Sufficiency.
•You mean everything to God, and you are not just a Child of God, but a close intimate friend, John 1:12; 15:15.
•God loves you with the Highest and most powerful form of love which is Himself because God is Love, 1 John :4.
•God didn’t let you die in your sin. He sent His Son Jesus to die for you instead. In God’s Eyes, Heart and Mind you are worth dying for.
•God’s love for you is beyond awesome.
•Take this message for the rest of the week and meditate on it. Do not be burdened with the things your going through. Give it all to your Loving Heavenly Father in prayer and He will see you through.
Our God is Faithful.

WITHOUT CHRIST,YOU WILL BE IN A CRISIS.

Peace is not the absence of war ,or turmoil. God’s Peace is when you are going through a crisis, and difficulties. Yet it doesn’t shake or move you,because you have Jesus Christ the Prince of Peace.

Isaiah 9:6 NKJV speaking about Jesus said:
” For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, PRINCE OF PEACE.”

That has not changed, HE IS STILL THE PRINCE OF PEACE.  AND as Revelation 19:16 NKJV says: “And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.”

” You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You.” ( Isaiah 26 :3 NKJV).

” Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” ( John 14: 27 NKJV).

LISTEN to what the Apostle Paul says ,when he was about to face his crisis and dilemma: “And see, now I go bound in the spirit to Jerusalem, not knowing the things that will happen to me there, [23] except that the Holy Spirit testifies in every city, saying that chains and tribulations await me. [24] But none of these things move me; nor do I count my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my race with joy, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.” ( Acts 20 : 22-24 NKJV).

THE WORD OF GOD, CLEARLY SAYS :

” Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;  and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.  The things which you learned and received and heard and saw in me, these do, and the God of peace will be with you.”( Philippians 4: 6-9 NKJV).

” But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection. And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.” ( Colossians 3:14-17 NKJV).

Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body.  Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?  For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.” (1 Corinthians 6: 15-20 NKJV).

” Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation.”( 2 Corinthians 5:17-19 NKJV).

”  This I say, therefore, and testify in the Lord, that you should no longer walk as the rest of the Gentiles walk, in the futility of their mind, having their understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart; who, being past feeling, have given themselves over to lewdness, to work all uncleanness with greediness. But you have not so learned Christ,  if indeed you have heard Him and have been taught by Him, as the truth is in Jesus: that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts,  and be renewed in the spirit of your mind,  and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.

Therefore, putting away lying, “Let each one of you speak truth with his neighbor,” for we are members of one another. “Be angry, and do not sin”: do not let the sun go down on your wrath, nor give place to the devil. Let him who stole steal no longer, but rather let him labor, working with his hands what is good, that he may have something to give him who has need. Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers.  And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.  Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice.  And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.” (Ephesians 4: 17-32 NKJV).
