“Behold, I Come Quickly.”
How often do we hear a statement like that? Are you ready? Are you prepared? The question is do we believe it and if you do not believe it then you are taking a big risk with your future because Jesus said it. I would rather trust and depend on Jesus, than take a chance with the devil.
Is Jesus really coming back as He said in John 14:1-3, “Let not your heart be troubled, ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many mansions, if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself, that where I am, there you may be also.” When Jesus walked on the earth He didn’t lie, so wouldn’t you believe Him? He was the only one who died for us and as John 14:6 says, He is the way the truth, and life, and no one goes to God without going through Him.
Aren’t you just a little curious to see what a street of pure gold, that looks like glass looks like (Rev.21:21)? How about getting a chance to see a new heaven and earth, where God shall wipe away all tears from your eyes, and there is no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any pain, for the former things are passed away as Revelation 21:1-4 said. Whose word are you willing to believe? The skeptics, who have never left earth? Or Jesus who has been here and is there preparing to come get us? So let’s do as Jesus said. Watch therefore, for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come, therefore be ye also ready, for in such an hour as ye think not, the Son of man cometh (Matthew 24:42 & 44).
Some people like to say that they’ve been hearing that same story from when their grandmother was alive; that does not make it false. Because, 2 Peter 3:8-9 says, “But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some men count slackness, but is long-suffering toward us, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”
Now it’s up to each individual if they want to believe or not, accept God’s offer or not. Yet, one thing for sure is that God’s words are faithful and true… Behold, I come quickly, blessed is he that keepeth the words of the prophecy of this book as Revelation 22:6 -7 says. I can live with that, if He comes now i am ready, can you say the same? If not go to the top of this blog, click on to the salvation page, and get ready before He returns.
