How to fight an unseen enemy,first you must understand this. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood,but against principalities,against powers,against the rulers of the darkness of this world,against spiritual wickedness in high places (Ephesians 6:12). For though we walk in the flesh,we do not war after the flesh; For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal,but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds;casting down imaginations,and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God,and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.(2Corinthians 10:3-5). Therefore,you need to know,”what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe,according to the working of His mighty power;which He wrought in Christ when He raised Him from the dead,and set Him at His own right hand in the heavenly places;far above all principality,and power,and might,and dominion ,and every name that is named,not only in this age,but also in that which is to come;and hath put all things under His feet ,and gave Him to be the head over all things to the church (Ephesians 1:19-22). For in Him dwelleth all the fullness of the God-head bodily;and you are complete in Him,who is the head of all principality and power (Colossians 2:9 -10). Then Jesus in Luke 10:19 says,” Behold,I give unto you power to tread upon serpents and scorpions,and over all the power of the enemy,and nothing shall by any means hurt you”. In John 14:16-17 Jesus said, “And I will pray the Father,and He shall give you another comforter,that He may abide with you forever;even the Spirit or truth ,whom the world cannot receive,because it seeth Him not,neither knoweth Him ,for He dwelleth with you,and shall be in you”. Acts 1:8 says,”But you shall receive power,after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you..”. Which means,we have this treasure in earthen vessels,that the excellency of the power may be of God,and not of us(2 Corinthians 4:7). Listen ,1 John 4:4 says,”You are of God little children,and have overcome them,because,Greater is He that is in you,than he that is in the world”. So why are believers so fearful of what’s happening in the world when we have the God given power to make things happen. “Fear not,for I am with you;be not dismayed,for I am your God,I will strengthen you,yes, I will help you,I will uphold you with my righteous right hand [Isaiah 41:10]. Declare war on the enemy then suit up for battle with the armor of God located in Ephesians 6:10-18. Now thanks be to God,who always leads us in triumph in Christ,and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge [ 2 Corinthians 2:14]. For everyone born of God overcomes the world; this is the victory that has overcome the world,even our faith. However, you will lose if you don’t know Christ Jesus as your personal Lord and savior, because, you can’t fight alone with human strength. IT TAKES CONFIDENCE
Are you worried, stressed out,or doubtful then here is your cure.”Be anxious for nothing.but in everything, by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known unto God” as Philippians 4:6 tells us. Therefore, if you pray about it,then don’t worry about it. God already worked it out,so quit worrying and stressing. If you waver you will not get the favor.However,the truth is that, if you are worrying and stressing it simply means that you don’t trust God. The question is asked in,1 Kings 18:21 “How long will you waver between two opinions? If the LORD is God, follow Him; but if Baal (Satan) is God follow him.” But the people answered him not a word. When you pray, a decision is needed, Indecisiveness will frustrate your mind and soul and make you mentally and emotionally disturbed. Listen folks,if Abraham had worried and stress, he would never be the Father of many nations,as Romans 4:20-22 says, “He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief,but was strong in faith,giving glory to God (mean that he was praising while waiting). And being fully persuaded that,what He had promised,He was able also to perform;and therefore it was imputed to him for righteousness”. James 1:6-8 tells us to ask for things in faith without wavering, because, they who wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed….a double minded person is unstable in all their ways. When you have prayed for something, 1 John 5:14-15 suggest,that we apply confidence after we pray,”And this is the confidence that we have in Him,that,if we ask anything according to His will,He heareth us ;and if we know that He hear us, whatever we ask,we know that we have the petitions that we desired of Him”. Why? Because, Ephesians. 3:20 says,”Now unto Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think,according to the power that workers in us”. God is able,are you able to believe without a shadow of doubt? Many of us are confident enough to ask,but to apply this confidence to believing without doubt or fear is the problem,then the anxiety while waiting cultivate the wrong mindset. So that’s when you apply 2 Corinthians 10:5,cast down all imaginations and every high thing that exalt itself against the knowledge of God.The decision to apply the word in difficulties,aren’t always easy, but its always worth it,and then you have to tell the devil,that nothing is too hard for God to do. Another problem why your faith is not strong is because, you don’t have a personal relationship with God, nor you haven’t accepted His gift ,of His of His only begotten Son,JESUS. WHO IS CHRIST COMING BACK FOR ?
Which denomination or religious affiliation died for you? Can any give you eternal life? Which religious group is Christ coming back for? Is it Catholics, Baptist, Presbyterian, Judaism, Buddhism, Jehovah’s witnesses, etc? No where in the Bible, did Jesus mentioned ,that He is coming back for any specific group. So why are we so troubled,about religious affiliations when He said, in John 14:1-3 ,”let not your heart be troubled ;ye believe in God,believe also in me . In my Father’s house are many mansions, if it were not so,I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you…..”. Where did it mention denomination or affiliation? Then 1Thessalonians 4:16-17 says,”For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout,with the voice of the archangel, and the dead in Christ shall rise first…”. Did it mention denomination or affiliation? So why is it that so many people are defending their religious organizations, that they are associated with, instead of the one who died for them on the cross.The truth is, when Jesus returns ,He will not be coming for denominations,neither is He concerned about which day you worship on. He is more concerned about your personal relationship with Him,and for those who accept,love,and live for Him daily.People like to debate over denominations and which day to worship, but when you have a relationship with God it will automatically lead you to worship and fellowship with Him daily. Our fellowship is not with people, it is truly with our heavenly Father and His Son Jesus Christ as 1 John 1:3 tells us.
We are all adopted sons and daughters of God through Jesus Christ. John 1:12-13 tells us that, “As many as received Him (Jesus), to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: who were born not of blood, nor of the will of flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.” Denominations are of men, not God. We are all His children, no matter what color, creed or nationality. You don’t belong to a denomination; you belong to God, get it right, get out of the dark and see the light.
God is light and in Him there is no darkness at all, so if we say we have fellowship with Him and walk in darkness, we lie and do not know the truth; 1 John 1:6 tells us this. If you are still dancing to the music of the world and not Biblical songs and hymns that glorify the true and living God then you are walking in darkness. If you lie, steal, cheat and do all manner of evil then you are walking in darkness and God’s truth is not in you. Whatever you do that is against God’s will, His commandments or His word, then you need to repent and allow God to shed His light so that whatever is not of Him will be exposed and thus you can walk as children of the light.
For those who want to hang out, drink and party continually then go to church as if nothing happened you are walking in darkness. Psalm 1 says blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly. So if you are doing things that is not of God you are in conference of the ungodly. 1 Corinthians 5:17-18 tells us that a person is to be new and the old lifestyle should have been demolished and a new person in Christ erected and established. So you don’t want to hear from Jesus, “Depart from me I never knew you,” on judgment day (Matthew 7:21-23).
Romans 13:12 “…cast off the works of darkness, let us put on the armor of light.”

HAVE YOU READ THE CONTRACT
Have you read the contract that your Heavenly Father made;it is the only contract written in history among men with no loopholes,no fine print,no hidden agendas, and above all no escape clause. This contract is foul proof,and tamper proof, and has a 100% guarantee, it only expires when you die and leave this earth,where you are issued a new contract, called eternal life,and in the new contract after death,it states that God shall wipe away all tears from your eyes,and there shall be no more death,neither sorrow,nor crying,neither shall there be any more pain,for the former things are passed away {Revelation 21:4}. I implore you all to read your contract daily,it’s the only way you will know your rights,which are backed by the Owner and Creator of the whole world.”In hope of eternal life,which God,who cannot lie,promised before the world began”{Titus 2}.
Our lawyer, (God),the best and greatest of them all,has put all the rights, provisions, and power we have in writing. Now if you don’t read the contract , how are you going to know your rights,and what you are entitled to, or privy to.
Don’t allow the defence attorney,the devil,also known as the accuser of the brethren [Revelation 12:10],to steal,kill,and destroy your hopes, dreams,and future. Because ,he knows that many folks don’t spend the time to read their rights, and privileges,written in their contract (the Bible) , before they were born,so he blindsided them with lies,fears,doubts, disbelief,among other things.
Please don’t be a regular Christian who has power and authority,and don’t know that they have it,nor how to use it. Be a righteous Christian who has citizenship or kingdom privileges,and is exercising it,know who you are and walk accordingly ;as a child of God you are entitled to everything that God has to offer through Jesus Christ. Knowledge is power,so empower yourself by reading your contract (the Bible). HEAVENLY MINDED
Set your affection on things above,not on things on the earth as Colossians 3:2 advises us. However,some people have the audacity to tell authentic Christians that they are so heavenly minded,that they are no earthly good. The devil is a liar,what they fail to understand is that,God will keep us in perfect peace,when our mind is stayed on Him,because we trust Him,and in Him is everlasting strength as it says in Isaiah 26:3-4. And like David said,”I have set the Lord always before me,because He is my right hand,I shall not be moved. Therefore my heart is glad,and my glory rejoiceth ;my flesh also shall rest in hope,for thou wilt not leave my soul in hell,neither wilt thou suffer(permit) thine Holy One to see corruption ; Thou wilt show me the path of life. In thy presence is fullness of joy;at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore “. Folks all we are doing is following the mandate of our Hevenly Father which also tells us in Ephesians 2:6 and 10 that,He hath raised us up together,and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus…. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works,which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them”. Furthermore, Philippians 3:20-21 says,”For our conversation (citizenship) is in Heaven, from which also we look for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall change our vile body,that it may be fashioned like His glorious body,according to the working by which he is able even to subdue all things unto himself”. When Jesus walked on this earth,He was heavenly minded and He did a lot of earthly good. So all we are doing is being obedient to the word which tells us,”If there be,therefore, any consolation in Christ,if any comfort of love,if any fellowship of the Spirit,if any bowels of mercies, fulfill he my joy,that ye be like-minded,having the same love,being of one accord, of one mind…let this mind be in you,which was also in Christ Jesus”{Philippians 2:1-5}.In conclusion the main reasons why, we are heavenly minded is because Psalm 91 describes in details what occurs when we are heavenly minded,I will write the first two verses,but you have to go get a Bible and read the rest if you are interested, “He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High,shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord,He is my refuge and my fortress;My God,in Him will I trust..“. YOUR DUTY
“Fear God,and keep His commandments ;for this is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring every work into judgement, with every secret thing,whether it be good,or whether it be evil”{Ecclesiastes 12:13-14}. Therefore, we should present our bodies as a living sacrifice, holy,acceptable unto God,which is our reasonable service;and be not conformed to this world,but be transformed by the renewing of our minds,that we may prove what is that good,and acceptable, and perfect, will of God, as Romans 12:1-2 suggests. Why is it our duty to serve and worship God? “But God,who is rich in mercy,for His great love with which He loved us,even when we were dead in sins,hath quickened us[made us alive] together with Christ (by Grace he are saved),and hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. For by Grace are yet saved through faith;and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God- Not of works,lest any man should boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works,which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them”,as Ephesians 2:4-10 tell us. So as God told Joshua back then,He is telling us today to,”Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law,which Moses, My servant,commanded thee;turn not from it to the right hand or to the left,that thou mayest prosper wherever thou goest. This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth,but thou shalt meditate therein day and night,that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein ;for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous,and then thou shalt have good success. Have not I commananded the? Be strong and of good courage;be not afraid,neither be thou dismayed ;for the Lord thy God is with thee wherever thou goest”{Joshua 1:7-9}. In conclusion ,it is a known fact that,”The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some men count slackness, but is long-suffering toward us,not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance”[2 Peter 3:9]. God doesn’t want you to perish,and you definitely don’t want to perish in fire and brimstone, so do the right thing and accept God’s plan for ETERNAL LIFE, just go to the top of this blog, click on to the salvation page,and follow the instructions, then allow the Indwelling Holy Spirit to lead,guide, and direct you for the rest of your life. ADOPT THE MIND OF CHRIST
As children we used to play a game called follow the leader, whatever the leader does or say we do it. This is something every Christian should do; follow our leader and Savior Jesus Christ. This is exactly what Paul was saying to the Philippians in the text, “If there is any consolation in Christ, any comfort of love, any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels of mercies or affection, fulfill my joy by being like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind, let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself.
If we follow Jesus’ example in everything we do we will be victorious, successful, and triumphant in those very things. Our desire as a Christian should be to walk and talk as our leader Jesus did, with all power in His hands. As a matter of fact He gave us exclusive and all-inclusive rights to everything He did and have. (1) In Luke 10:19 He gave us the power to tread on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy and nothing shall by any means hurt us. (2) In Matthew 16:19 He gave us the keys to the kingdom of heaven, and whatsoever we bind on earth will be bound in heaven and whatsoever we loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. Note that the keys to the kingdom of heaven give us the right and privilege to everything Jesus had at His disposal. (3) In His Great Commission in Mark 16:15-18 Jesus told us to go out and be like Him and do the things He did. So for this new year let all Christians be like their leader Jesus and act and do the things He did and more. This will fulfill His joy because He told us in Nehemiah 8:10, “…the joy of the Lord is our strength.” And to fulfill His joy Philippians 2:2 tells us to be like CHRIST. And once we have the mindset of Christ we will love our neighbors and others as we do ourselves. And the Church which is the body of Christ will not be divided by denominations, color or creed.
When we present our bodies as Romans 12:1-2 suggests, as a living sacrifice that’s Holy and acceptable unto God, which is our reasonable service and when our mind is not conformed to this world but transformed, then we can activate Philippians 2 by having the mindset of Christ because we will be emulating or following Him.
John 21:19-22 Jesus told Peter to follow Him and He is telling us the same thing today, nothing else should concern us except to follow Him (Verse 2).

CAN YOU FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS?
How good are you,when it comes to following directions?Most people are lost, because they don’t follow instructions,nor directions. Imagine God laid out His instructions and directions in the Bible, (which means Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth),yet we refuse to obey and follow them. We are quicker to follow the instructions on a GPS device or our phones,than to follow the advice and suggestions of the creator of the universe. Why is this so? Especially in the 21st century,it started when we refuse to obey our parents,another devise of the enemy use to steal,kill,and destroy our lives. When people refuse to listen to their parents or someone older and wiser,what message are you sending to God,who tells you to obey your parents in the Lord,parents who follow the commands of God. It’s simple ,if you refuse to listen to people,you can see,it means,you will not listen to God,who you can’t see. God tells us to obey,is better than sacrifice, He tells us to love and trust Him with all our hearts,He tells us not to put other gods before Him,yet we do. Most people fail to realize that the gods of the 21st century are your house,cars,clothes,your significant other,your job,your children, etc. Are you following God’s instructions? Ruth and Naomi are two perfect examples of two women who clung together, because,they shared the same pain and loss. Yet, the older and wiser Naomi was never bitter or angry at God and she taught her daughter-in-law the same.
This story would never have a happy ending,if Ruth did not follow instructions from a woman of God who was older and wiser. If most women today would not throw themselves at men they would be happily married. But because they don’t have godly mothers or people who are godly, older and wiser to direct them, they follow their own instinct and intuition, but if we all follow God’s instructions in Proverbs 3:5-6, which tells us to trust the Lord with everything and never rely on our limited understanding, then He will direct our path,and we all would be on the right path instead of leaning on our own understanding,and trying to figure things out.
It’s amazing that like Boaz in Ruth 3:8, when you are not looking or seeking something, God knows what you need,He is the supplier of all needs,like Adam,God knows it’s not good for a man to be alone in life,so He created a help mate for him.Boaz had the money, prestige and all the trimmings life could offer, where he could have had any woman he wanted or money could buy. But he was looking for an honorable and virtuous woman described in Proverbs 31; this he recognized in Ruth. It was not about sex and this was not Boaz’s only intention. He wanted a help mate that would be compatible spiritually, physically and otherwise.
The thing about a man of God whose steps are ordered by God, is that his intentions are honorable and he intends to honor God by doing things the right and legal way. Boaz didn’t see Ruth as a sex object but as a virtuous woman who loved God and would stick to you like glue through thick and thin, good and bad, sickness and health. Ruth proved to be that woman by sticking with Naomi, giving up her life to be a companion to her mother-in-law. Ruth didn’t have to say anything; her actions spoke for her.
Because of Ruth’s determination, obedience and love and compassion for a God she grew to know through Naomi and love for others, God gave her a new life with a new husband, children, riches and a whole lot more. Now is there anything that God would not give or do for you? If you would just follow His instructions in the Bible. Ruth’s choice to follow her mother-in-law’s Godly ways and instructions changed her life for good.
Reading the Bible and heeding its instructions is a very wise thing to do. But understanding of the Bible doesn’t come easily unless you are a child of God. By having faith in Christ Jesus you can become a child of God and then by God’s Holy Spirit the words of the Bible will be more than just words. By the Holy Spirit God can open your eyes and mind to receive understanding of His word. Believe on the Lord Jesus,and you will be saved,are you interested in letting God in your life to make all the right decisions;it’s simple just go to the salvation page at the top of this blog and follow the instructions,then welcome Him in to your heart. Then,allow the Holy Spirit to lead,guide,and direct you for the rest of your life.

THE END IS NEAR
“But the end of all things is at hand;be ye,therefore, sober,and watch unto prayer”[1Peter 4:7]. Everyone is so excited and preparing for sports events,awards,parties and the whole works,with little concern about the signs and wonders,like snow where no snow suppose to be,what else must God do to capture your attention. “And as it was in the days of Noah,so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man,They did eat,they drank,they married wives,they were given in marriage,until the day that Noah entered the ark,and the flood came,and destroyed them all. Also in the days of Lot,they did eat,they drank,they bought,they sold,they planted,they built;but the same day that Lot went out of Sodom,it rained fire and brimstone from heaven,and destroyed them all” [Luke 17: 26-29]. My intentions is not to spoil your festivities,but just to make you aware as 1John 2:18-22 so eloquently puts it,“Little children,it is the last time;and ye have heard that antichrist shall come,even now are there many antichrist,by which we know that it is the last time. They went out from us,but they were not of us;for if they had been of us,they would no doubt have continued with us,but they went out,that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us. But ye have an unction from the Holy One,and ye know all things,I have not written unto you because ye know not the truth,but because you know it,and that no lie is of the truth. Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ?”. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! For the devil is come down unto you having great wrath,because he knoweth that he hath but a short time (Revelation 12:12). Our modern day ark is Jesus,who gave His life,and shed His blood for us,and as Revelation 12:11 says, “And they overcame him(the devil) by the blood of the Lamb(Jesus),and by the word of their testimony;and they loved not their lives unto the death”. That’s why Jesus said in John 12:25,”He that loveth his life,shall lose it;and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal”. Where will you spend eternity heaven or hell?
