‭‭”For whoever is ashamed of Me and My words in this adulterous and sinful generation, of him the Son of Man also will be ashamed when He comes in the glory of His Father with the holy angels.”(Mark 8:38 NKJV).

The amplify breaks it down this way: “For whoever is ashamed [here and now] of Me and My words in this adulterous (unfaithful) and [preeminently] sinful generation, of him will the Son of Man also be ashamed when He comes in the glory (splendor and majesty) of His Father with the holy angels.”

‭‭Luke‬ ‭9:26‭-‬27‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ confirms what Jesus said:
[26] For whoever is ashamed of Me and My words, of him the Son of Man will be ashamed when He comes in His own glory, and in His Father’s, and of the holy angels. [27] But I tell you truly, there are some standing here who shall not taste death till they see the kingdom of God.”

‭‭The Apostle Paul emphatically states : “FOR I AM NOT ASHAMED OF THE GOSPEL OF CHRIST, FOR IT IS THE POWER OF GOD TO SALVATION FOR EVERYONE WHO BELIEVES, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.” For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, because what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them.

For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse, because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened. Professing to be wise, they became fools, and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible man—and birds and four-footed animals and creeping things.

Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves, who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen. For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due.

And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting; being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil-mindedness; they are whisperers, backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful; who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them.”(Romans 1:16-32 NKJV).

‭‭” This is a faithful saying: For if we died with Him, We shall also live with Him. If we endure, We shall also reign with Him. If we deny Him, He also will deny us. If we are faithless, He remains faithful; He can not deny Himself.”( 2 Timothy 2: 11-13 NKJV).

+What does Trust in the Lord Means?

1. It means that you have gotten to a place where we FULLY KNOW that God is Trustworthy, Reliable and Dependable.
2. It means that we have gotten to a place where we FULLY KNOW that God Keeps, Fulfills and Watches over His Word to perform it.

+Now that we are trusting God to the FULLEST, ALL-OUT and MAXIMUM CAPACITY of our hearts let’s take a good look at what it means to BELIEVE in God.
Mark 9:24
And immediately the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I BELIEVE; help my unbelief.
BELIEVE in God: is to accept the things of God as TRUTH and to be CONVICTED in our hearts by their reality.
+When we BELIEVE we are in Full All-Out agreement with God.
Romans 4:18-21
18 Abraham against hope BELIEVED in hope…
19 And being not WEAK IN FAITH, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about a hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sara’s womb (who was about 89 years old):
20 Abraham STAGGERED NOT at the promise of God through unbelief; but was STRONG IN FAITH, giving glory to God;
21 And BEING FULLY PERSUADED that, what GOD had promised, HE GOD was able also to perform.
Hallelujahs to Jesus!!!
+Abraham at 99 years old and Sarah at about 89 had Isaac their first son because they BELIEVED in God.
+You have the same spirit of Faith to believe God for what seems impossible. Amen!
+Your Trust in God has been boosted. Amen!

GODLY BOLDNESS
BOLD: to be confident and sure; not hesitating or fearful, but courageous.

‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭28:1‬ ‭AMPC‬‬ says:
THE WICKED flee when no man pursues them, but THE [uncompromisingly] RIGHTEOUS ARE BOLD AS A LION. [Lev. 26:17, 36; Ps. 53:5.]

•You are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, and you have the BOLDNESS of Christ who is the Lion of the Tribe of Judah.

‭‭” Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. For we do not have a High Priest who can not sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us, therefore, COME BOLDLY to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.”(Hebrews 4:14-16 NKJV).

•When we go to God’s Throne of Grace in prayer we must go with trust, confidence and surety without hesitation. With this attitude of faith and BOLDNESS we will always obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
Ephesians 6:18-20 says when we pray with all prayers and supplication in the Spirit, utterance will be given unto us to speak BOLDLY like we ought to speak.

[24] Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, And to present you faultless Before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, [25] To God our Savior, Who alone is wise, Be glory and majesty, Dominion and power, Both now and forever. Amen.

•Continue to exercise your godly BOLDNESS in Christ Jesus, and let the Word of God be the standard for your life.

‭‭”The blessing of the Lord makes one rich, And He adds no sorrow with it.”(Proverbs 10:22 NKJV).

‭‭” Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ,..”(Ephesians 1: 3).

‭‭” Then Isaac sowed in that land, and reaped in the same year a hundredfold; and the Lord blessed him. The man began to prosper, and continued prospering until he became very prosperous;..(Genesis 26:12-13 NKJV)

‭‭ “And you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day. Then it shall be, if you by any means forget the Lord your God, and follow other gods, and serve them and worship them, I testify against you this day that you shall surely perish.”(Deuteronomy 8: 18-19 NKJV)

‭‭”The wicked borrows and does not repay, But the righteous shows mercy and gives. For those blessed by Him shall inherit the earth, But those cursed by Him shall be cut off. The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, and He delights in his way. Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down; For the Lord upholds him with His hand. I have been young, and now am old; Yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, Nor his descendants begging bread. He is ever merciful and lends, and lends; And his descendants are blessed.” ( Psalms 37: 21-26 NKJV).

‭‭” Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.”(2 Corinthians 1: 3-4 NKJV).

‭‭” Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and that does not fade away, reserved in heaven for you, who are kept by the power of God through faith for salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while, if need be, you have been grieved by various trials, that the genuineness of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honor, and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ, whom having not seen you love. ‭‭” What does it profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him?
Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead. But someone will say, “You have faith, and I have works.” Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works. You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe—and tremble! But do you want to know, O foolish man, that faith without works is dead?

Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he offered Isaac his son on the altar? Do you see that faith was working together with his works, and by works faith was made perfect? The Scripture was fulfilled, which says, “Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.” And he was called the friend of God. You see then that a man is justified by works, and not by faith only. Likewise, was not Rahab the harlot also justified by works when she received the messengers and sent them out another way? For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.” (James 2:14,17-26 NKJV).

‭‭”For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith. Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God? (1 John 5:4-5 NKJV).

[15] And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. [16] Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.

When we walk in the flesh as a Christian, we are prone to desire the lust of the flesh. But as a born-again Christian, we should desire to walk in the Spirit. ARE YOU WALKING IN THE SPIRIT ?

‭‭” And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever— the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you.
[26] But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.”(John 14:16-18 ,26NKJV).

‭‭”I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law. Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another.”(Galatians 5:16-26 NKJV).

My Prayer: His Divine Purpose

Heavenly Father, help me, oh Gracious Father to not be caught up in religion, but to be caught up in spirit; Your Holy Spirit, that I might be more effectual in my.prayers and be obedient to You (Jeremiah 1:5). I want to serve Your Divine purpose, Lord; and do what is good and right in Your sight. Allow me, Dear Lord to live in Your Light and the Love that You have for me. Show me how to be helpful to Your Kingdom. Show me how to live a life of constant praise to You. (Jeremiah 29:11).
I thank You, Loving Father, for the opportunity to know You. I thank You for the great love You have shown me and that You have given me a place in Your kingdom. Help me to be more and more like You, Lord. With humility and gratitude. I accept the role You have given me, and I ask that You would help me steward it well. In Jesus’s mighty name, I pray, Amen.

‭‭ “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, NOR ARE YOUR WAYS MY WAYS,” SAYS THE LORD. “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, SO ARE MY WAYS HIGHER THAN YOUR WAYS, And My thoughts than your thoughts.”(Isaiah 55 :8-9 NKJV)

‭‭”There is A WAY that seems right to a man, But its end is THE WAY of death. Even in laughter, the heart may sorrow, and the end of mirth may be grief. The backslider in the heart will be filled with his OWN WAYS, but a good man will be satisfied from above. The simple believes every word, But the prudent considers well his steps. A wise man fears and departs from evil, But a fool rages and is self-confident. A quick-tempered man acts foolishly, And a man of wicked intentions is hated.”(Proverbs 14:12-17 NKJV).

‭‭” The preparations of the heart belong to man, But the answer of the tongue is from the Lord. ALL THE WAYS OF A MAN are pure in his own eyes, But the Lord weighs the spirits. Commit your works to the Lord, And your thoughts will be established. The Lord has made all for Himself, Yes, even the wicked for the day of doom. Everyone proud in heart is an abomination to the Lord; Though they join forces, none will go unpunished. In mercy and truth Atonement is provided for iniquity; And by the fear of the Lord one departs from evil. When A MAN’S ’s WAYS please the Lord, He makes even his enemies to be at peace with him. Better is a little with righteousness, Than vast revenues without justice. A man’s heart plans his way, But the Lord directs his steps.”(Proverbs 16:1-9 NKJV).

‭‭” Trust in the Lord, and do good; Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass. He shall bring forth your righteousness as the light, And your justice as the noonday. Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for Him; Do not fret because of him who prospers in his WAY, Because of the man who brings wicked schemes to pass.”(Psalms 37:3-7 NKJV).

‭‭” Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; IN ALL YOUR WAYS ACKNOWLEDGE HIM, And He shall direct your paths. Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the Lord and depart from evil. It will be health to your flesh, And strength to your bones.”(Proverbs 3: 5-8 NKJV)

FINALLY ,JESUS SAID : “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to myself; that where I am, there you may be also. And where I go, you know, and THE WAY YOU KNOW.” Thomas said to Him, “Lord, we do not know where You are going, and how can we know THE WAY?” Jesus said to him, “I AM THE WAY, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” (John 14:1-6 NKJV).

“BELOVED, I WISH ABOVE ALL THINGS THAT THOU MAYEST PROSPER AND BE IN HEALTH, EVEN AS THY SOUL PROSPERED. For I rejoiced greatly, when the brethren came and testified of the truth that is in thee, even as thou walkest in the truth. I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth”. “…and all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God. Blessed shalt thou be in the city, and blessed shalt thou be in the field. Blessed shall be the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy ground, and the fruit of thy cattle, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep. Blessed shalt thou be when thou comest in, and blessed shalt thou be when thou goest out. The LORD shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face: they shall come out against thee one way, and flee before thee seven ways. The LORD shall command the blessing upon thee in thy storehouses, and in all that thou settest thine hand unto; and he shall bless thee in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee. The LORD shall establish thee an holy people unto himself, as he hath sworn unto thee, if thou shalt keep the commandments of the LORD thy God, and walk in his ways”. ‭‭”For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.” ( Jeremiah 29:11-13 NKJV). NOW, LET’S GIVE GOD THANKS.

‭‭” Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever. Oh, give thanks to the God of gods! For His mercy endures forever. Oh, give thanks to the Lord of Lords! For His mercy endures forever: (Psalms 136 : 1-3 NKJV).

‭‭” Now, thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place.” ( 2 Corinthians 2:14 NKJV).

‭‭” Therefore, let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall. No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.” (1 Corinthians 10:12-13 NKJV).

‭‭” But we have this treasure in earthen vessels that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us. We are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed—..”(2 Corinthians 4:7-9).

“Now whom you forgive anything, I also forgive. For if indeed I have forgiven anything, I have forgiven that one for your sakes in the presence of Christ, lest Satan should take advantage of us; for we are not ignorant of his devices.” (II Corinthians 2:10‭-‬11 NKJV).

‭‭”.. that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ— from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love. +Going to Church is not a suggestion. It’s a commandment of God.
+Some say it NOT a BIG deal if I don’t go to Church.
+This like saying it’s NOT a BIG deal if we don’t do anything the Bible says.

•Going to Church is a Commandment of God. It is not a suggestion based on man’s opinion.
+Going to Church is God’s People Assembling themselves together in obedience to God. +This is for the purpose of positioning ourselves to hear from God and to be blessed by Him in ways that we could not be blessed had we stayed home.
•Continue to let the WORD of God be the standard for your life. Always LOVING others like Christ Jesus loves us while keeping our Faith, Trust and Confidence in Him.
