DO YOU KNOW GOD?

Most folks only remember God on Sundays or Saturdays when they have to go to church;or when they attend a funeral, while some only remember Him when they are in trouble.Do you have any idea who God is, and what He can do? Do you know the power He possess? Don’t you just love it when people, out of ignorance, claims God knows their heart, and He loves them, but still they continue to do wrong. Yes, they are absolutely correct, but they fail to realize, understand, or comprehend that God is a jealous God, an avenging God, and a furious God (Exodus 20:5; Joshua 24:19; Nahum 1:2).

Now, what would make you think, that you are qualified or entitled to receive anything from God when you don’t even go to church, read the Bible daily, seek Him, acknowledge Him, or even thank Him for waking you up this morning. When you got up this morning were you drunk, high from drugs, or in the arms of someone you are not married to. Yes this might be harsh, and none of my business, but my assignment is to inform you that anything that you do, that is contrary to God’s word, is a sin, God doesn’t like it, and it tells Him that you are living for, and serving the devil.

So here is His word to you, He is a jealous God, filled with vengeance, wrath, and He takes revenge on all those who oppose Him, and furiously destroys His enemies. Of course He is loving, kind, patient, and just, but how much time do you really think, He is going to give you to make up your mind, when you deliberately seek to do the will of His enemy, the devil. I have to burst your bubble, and tell you the truth, if you are not serving God whole-heartedly then you are creeping with His biggest enemy the devil. “No man can serve two masters, you will love one and hate the other”( Matthew 6:24). “If you are a friend of the world, that makes you an enemy of God”(James 4:4); “Love not the world or the things in the world, if you do, then Gods love is not in you ” ( 1 John 2:15), those are the facts, and truth from the Bible, so don’t sugar-coat it to suit your evil desires.

Listen, God is powerful, and He never lets the guilty go unpunished, He demonstrates His power with whirlwinds or tornadoes, storms which turns into hurricanes or tsunamis, and the clouds are the dust of His feet ( Nahum 1:1-9), and you want to mess around with Him, then you are crazy, and the devil have you going to hell with him to perish forever. The good news is, God is good, and when trouble come you would rather have God on your side than a thousand demons who is powerless against Him. The good thing about God is, He knows all who belongs to Him, and all  you need to do is accept His gift, of His son Jesus Christ.

If you are interested in knowing God, and his only begotten son Jesus Christ, then go to the top of this blog, click on to the salvation page, and follow the instructions, it will be the best thing you ever did. All praise, glory, honor, and thanks go to God, the Father of our Lord, and savior Jesus Christ, for using me to get his message to His people.

WHO SUPPLIES YOUR NEEDS

Who is the supplier of your needs? Is it you, your job, your spouse, friends, family or God. Who do you give praise, credit and thanks to ? Self ,others or God. “But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God;for it is He who giveth thee power to get wealth…”{Deuteronomy 8:18}.The reason why most of us keep facing and going through trial after trial and problem after problem without any kind of victory is because we are looking at the wrong source, the wrong distributer, the wrong supplier of our needs, and giving credit to the wrong persons. Most folks look to their job, their boss, their spouse, their family, friends and other things, yet they either come up empty or with a temporary fix or solution that increases the problem instead of permanently solve them.

WHO OR WHAT IS YOUR SOURCE?

Is it the God of the universe who owns it all, or is it the people and things I mentioned above. If it’s not God then you have no hope and if you are not going through His Son Jesus, then you are hopeless. If you don’t believe in God nor His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ of Nazareth, then you are without hope. If you are a Christian and in this life your only hope is in Christ, then 1 Corinthians 15:19 you are of all people most miserable. When are you going to give God control of all of your life so that He can do the exceeding and abundant things for you, that are beyond your wildest dreams, as Ephesians 3:20 says. When are we going to do as He says and look up to the hills from whence cometh our help, our help comes from the Lord who made heaven and earth (Psalms 121:1-2). Lift up your eyes on high and behold who hath created these things, who bringeth out their hosts by numbers, He calleth them all by names by the greatness of His might, for He is strong in power, not one faileth (Isaiah 40:26).

Now this same God, who owns it all tells us, “Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? And one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father knowing. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered, fear not therefore, you are of more value than many sparrows” (Matthew 10:29-31). The same God who is our source, promises us in Philippians 4:19, to supply all our needs, according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. This tells us that

  1. God is our supplier,
  2. He supplies from His riches in glory, not according to earthly riches
  3. His unlimited supply only comes through His Son Christ Jesus.

The question is now that you know who your supplier and source is, are you connected to Him, so that He can truly supply your needs. To be connected to Him you have to sanctify yourself, be loyal and faithful like He is, and above all be holy and righteous as He is. Psalm 84:11 says, “For the Lord is a sun and shield, the Lord will give grace and glory. No good thing will He with-hold from those who walk uprightly.” Psalm 34:9 & 10 says, “Oh! Fear the Lord, ye His saints, for there is no lack to them that fear Him…But they who seek the Lord, shall not lack any good thing.

No it isn’t hard, Jesus came and died to purify us through His blood and righteousness, then He taught and showed us how to live for God, and get our needs met through Him. Are you interested, then go to the top of this blog, click on to the salvation page and follow the instructions, that’s the first step. Then ask the Lord to find a church for you and guide you to that church, a church where you can learn and grow. In 3 John 2 it reads, “Beloved, I wish above all things, that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.”

ENCOURAGING YOURSELF

Trials, tribulations, problems will always come knocking at your door, but how you handle them is the key to overcome them. Troubles, trials, and tribulation should not surprise or astonished us,because, Jesus warned us in John 16:33 “… In the world ye shall have tribulation.but be of good cheer;I have overcome the world”. Which simple means that we can overcome too. Therefore,When troubles hit we need an encouragement list, to lift us up and out of the dungeons, and out of depression like what King David did years ago. If you depend on folks to cheer you up,most of them fail,or even make you feel worse,so we have to learn how to encourage ourselves through God’s word, because He backs His word, and promises 100%. Here are some of my favorites that help me: God is my refuge and fortress in Him will I trust; Surely He will deliver me from the snares of the enemy, and from the noisome pestilence (Psalms 91:2-3). You have to personalize it, apply it to you, in order to get the full effect. As a matter of fact all of Psalm 91 or better yet the whole Bible is an encouragement, and if you study it or read it you will see what God is trying to tell you. Yes, I know you are more interested in my list, than my commentary, ok let me run through it.

  • God loves me so much He sent, His Son to die for me (John 3:16)
  • Nothing can separate me from the love of God (Romans 8:29)
  • God never leaves me, nor forsakes me (Hebrews 13:5);
  •  God wants me to be prosperous and healthy (Jeremiah 29:11)
  •  Today no weapon formed against me is going to prosper, and every tongue that rises up against me in judgement I condemn, because this is my heritage as a righteous person (Isaiah 54:17). Now I have to make a comment on this one, because if you are not a righteous person you can’t operate or function in your God-given power and authority to have those words come to pass.

The encouragement list is more than just words, it speaks life into your day, and sets the tone for the day. It also helps you to renew your mind as Romans 12:2 suggests, and it gives you the power to cast down imaginations, and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God,and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ,as 2Corinthians 10:5 suggests

Before I give you any more, you must understand that you can’t have an encouragement list and not have faith to believe, and stand on God’s promises, which functions in obedience to Him (God). “I am not feeling well today,” is something you don’t want to speak into existence. Speak God’s word into existence, say

  •  I am fearfully and wonderfully made in His image, and likeness (Psalm 139:14)
  •  I am more than a conqueror (Romans 8:37)
  •  I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me (Philippians 4:13)
  • God always supply my needs, according to His riches in glory through Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19)

That’s part of my list that I use to encourage myself. Do you have a list of your own?

Just like how we start our morning off with coffee, tea or breakfast, we should start our morning off with God, because He said, He rewards those who diligently seek Him (Hebrews 11:6). So in order to get your encouragement list up and popping you better seek God first. To seek Him you must go through His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, who is the only way to God (John 14:6). So, if you don’t know God or His Son go to the top of this blog, click on to the salvation page and get started on your journey.

Now unto Him who is able to keep us from falling, and to present us faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, to Him who is Immortal and Invisible, the only wise God, our Savior, be glory, praise, honor, and thanks for using me to release this message. In Jesus name, Amen.

RICHES BEYOND MEASURE

Which is better Godly riches or worldly riches? Godly riches means that you are blessed from heaven to earth with all of lifes necessities, because God has supplied all your needs according to His riches in glory through Christ Jesus. This riches includes your spiritual, physical, emotional and everything you are in need of. It is God’s wish above all things that all should prosper and be in health as their soul prospers, 3 John 2 tells us this. However, some people’s desire to be filthy rich, is limited to earth, and so they get out of control, and would go to any extreme to be rich beyond measure only on earth. Yet they fail to realize that wealth can be a blessing or a curse. If you allow earthly riches to run your life then it will ruin your life, and become a curse. Some people will do anything for it and their motto is to get rich or die trying, so they idolize it, overwork for it, sell their souls for it, failing to realize that money does not satisfy anything but greed, and a ticket to hell. It can’t buy happiness, love or health, nor a ticket to heaven. Proverbs 15:16-17 tells us, “Better is a little with the fear of the Lord, than great treasure with trouble, better is a dinner of herbs where love is, than a fatted calf with hatred.” Riches do not profit in the day of wrath, but righteousness delivers from death (Proverbs 11:4).

God promises to supply all our needs according to His riches in glory through Christ Jesus this written in Philippians 4:19. However, some folks just don’t realize that no matter how hard they work, or what they do, they can never have enough to supply all their needs like God can. When God supplies all your needs it means that you are abundantly and unlimitedly supplied with all of life’s  needs and necessities from earth to heaven. Yes, being rich on earth is good, but it’s better in heaven, because you will not need money to buy anything. To be rich beyond measure, is to be rich beyond the earths realm. Matthew 6:19-20 tells us, “Do not store up for yourselves treasure on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal.”

Don’t believe for one minute that your education, career, or anything you achieve is all you, because Deuteronomy 8:17-18 says, “Thou say in thine heart, my power and the might of mine hand hath gotten me this wealth; But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God; for it is He who giveth thee power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore unto thy fathers, as it is this day.” Then Proverbs 23:4-5 tells us, “Labor not to be rich; cease from thine own wisdom. Wilt thou set thine eyes upon that which is not? For riches certainly make themselves wings; they fly away like an eagle to heaven.” So, that’s why to be rich beyond measure, you must have a relationship with God through Jesus Christ, because Jesus is the only one who can take you to claim your heavenly rewards.

Would you like to start having a relationship with God today? If yes, then go to the top of this blog, click on to the Salvation page and follow the instructions.

WRONG ADVISE

Most people make many mistakes in life, because they seek advice or counsel from the wrong people; like our friends and family who tell us what we want to hear and support our false beliefs which later leads us down the wrong path to make wrong decisions and choices that will ultimately destroy us in this world and the other.

Psalm 1 points out to us the big difference in life when you have the right counsel in life and it shows us the result of accepting right counsel. “Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly.” As a child of God ungodly people have no business counseling or advising you, because they can’t and will not reveal God’s plan because they are without the Spirit of God and the natural man cannot receive the things of the Spirit of God because they are spiritually discerned as 1 Corinthians 2:14 says.

The blind cannot lead the blind because neither of them can see. This is why Matthew 6:33 tells us to seek God’s kingdom and His righteousness first. Hebrews 11:1 tells us that He rewards those who diligently seek Him. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us to trust God and don’t lean on our own understanding; this includes our friends understanding and the worlds understanding. Psalm 40:16 says, “Let all those who seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee, and let those that love thy salvation, say continually, ‘Let God be glorified!'”

It is only when you delight in the delicacies of the law of the Lord and meditate on it day and night that you will be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth fruit in its season, his leaf shall not whither and whatever he doeth shall prosper. For the Lord knows the way of the righteous, but the ay of the wicked will perish (Psalm 1:2, 3, 6). SEEK GODLY COUNSEL.

It is better to trust in the Lord, than to put confidence in men (Psalm 118:8, 9)

God’s laws and statutes are fences to keep us in His will and plans for us.

Jeremiah 32:17-19 tells us that there is nothing too hard for God to do and verse 19 reminds us that He is a great counselor.

God counsels, but He needs and has no counselor. Isaiah 40:13-14. He is God all by himself and the buck stops and starts with Him.

All glory, honor, praise and thanks go to God for using me to deliver this message. I pray that He will give all who read this message the spiritual gifts necessary to comprehend and act upon His word. Blessed People

Who society looks down on and scorns, God considers them blessed. When you are blessed by God, no man can stop it or reverse it, and your blessings are not from earthly riches it is spiritual prosperity. Philippians 4:19 states it clear that my God shall supply all my needs according to His riches in glory through Christ Jesus. When God blesses you no earthly blessing can be compared to His heavenly blessings, that’s why in Matthew 6:28-29 He told us to consider the lilies that he takes care of, in which not even Solomon in all his glory was ever arrayed to look as beautiful as one of them.

Therefore look at what God tells Jesus to tell the poor, dejected, rejected, and sometimes considered scums of the earth in Matthew 5:3-14. “Blessed and spiritually prosperous with life’s joy and satisfaction, regardless of their outward appearance or conditions, are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are those who mourn for they shall be comforted, when God reveals His matchless and unlimited grace. Blessed are the meek, the patient and mild person for they shall inherit the earth and Psalm 37:11 confirms it.

“But the meek shall inherit the earth, and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.” Psalm 37:11

God blesses those who are hungry and thirsty for righteousness, for they will receive it full and overflowing. 1 Corinthians 2:14 tells us that the natural man can’t receive the things of God, because it is foolishness to them. Isaiah 55:1-2 tells us that we should come to the waters and drink, come buy and eat without money. The question is why buy or spend money for that which is not bread? Or spend money for the things that does not satisfy, but if you eat that which is good, then your soul will delight itself in fatness. Then Matthew 6:33 tells us to always seek the kingdom of God first and He will add the rest. God blesses those who are merciful for they will be shown mercy. God blesses those whose hearts are pure for they will see God. Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called sons of God. Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are you when they revile you and persecute you and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake.

Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so prosecuted the prophets who were before you.

Because you are blessed by God and have accepted Christ to be Lord over your life, you are the salt and light of the earth.

Visit the salvation page above if you would like to confess Jesus Christ as your Savior and Lord over your life.

ACTION SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS

It is said that actions speak louder than words, and all of God’s actions speak louder than words. Does your actions demonstrate your love for God? We will start with His love for us, where He gave His only begotten Son Jesus as a sacrifice suitable to cleanse us from all unrighteousness and sets us free as we see in John 3:16-17, Romans 5:8 and 1 Timothy 1:15 and spoken by Isaiah the prophet.

John 3:16-17 “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting live. For God did not send His Son in to the World to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.”

1 Timothy 1:15 “This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief.”

Then Jesus came and demonstrated God our Father’s love through his actions of being obedient even unto death as Philippians 2:7-9 says. He did not try to make a name for Himself, but He humbled Himself and was obedient at the cost of His life and because of that He was exalted. Philippians 2:7-9 “but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name.”

In Luke 2:14 we are told that the night Jesus was born, the Shepherds and anyone who believed in God heard the angelic messengers singing praises to God saying, “glory to God in the highest.” There is always hope when you look up to the heavens.

David in Psalm 19:1-6 paints a picture of how God speaks to us by displaying His marvelous craftsmanship and architectural skills. No words can tell of God’s omnipotence and omnipresence better than the sun, moon, stars, sky and the heavens; as David said, “they declare the glory of God.” No matter where on earth you go the sun and the moon follows you and are looking down on you, telling us that how our heavenly Father is watching and is with us every step of the way. Just seeing that the sun follows us, and we can’t hide, God never leaves or forsakes us (Hebrews 13:5 “Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, ‘I will never leave you nor forsake you.‘”). His power or omnipotence is displayed by the heat from the sun which has the ability to burn our skin when we are exposed to it; God uses the sun to shed light and warm us.

In Psalm 8:3-9 David had a moment to consider the works of God, like the moon and the stars which He ordained. In consideration of all that God created David wanted to know why man was so important. But in all of God’s creative work we are His masterpiece, because we are made in His image and likeness and He refuses to let us go down the drain, without fighting for us through His Son Jesus Christ or by sending Jesus to redeem, reclaim and rebirth us.

The same God who created the things we are awe-struck by is the same God we can have a relationship with and the same God who loves us. Therefore,to demonstrate our love for Him,we must accept the gift of His only Son,believe who He say He is,and then present your body as a living sacrifice that is holy and acceptable unto Him which is your reasonable service,as Romans 12:1. So to get started, Visit the Salvation page at the top of this blog, and read of how you can receive His salvation.

All glory, honor, praise and thanks go to God for using me to deliver this message. SALVATION IS ONLY THROUGH CHRIST

But if the gospel be hidden, it is from those who are lost. In whom the god of this world (the devil) hath blinded the minds of them who believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them (2 Corinthians 4:3-4). From this scripture we see why some people refuse to accept Jesus Christ as their Savior, who God sent according to John 3:16-17 because of His love for us. Jesus confirms this in John 14:6, He is the way, the truth and the life; no one goes to God except through Him.

What is so hard to believe? Why is it so hard to believe? No other person has done the things that Jesus has done. No one walked and talked like Jesus did. Above all no one ever died on a cross for us except Him. Dont allow your mind to be blinded to the truth of Jesus Christ who is our way out of darkness. Remove the veil the devil has put over your face that Jesus has done away with and receive with meekness the engrafted word which is able to save  your souls, be done with all filthiness and overflowing wickedness as James 1:21 points out.

“What is man, that he should be clean? and he which is born of a woman, that he should be righteous?” Job 15:14

We were all born in sin and shaped in iniquity as we see from  Job 15:14; 25:4, Psalm 51:5, Romans 3:9; 6:23, and Galatians 3:22. So there is no doubt that we are all sinners in need of saving. John 3:16 tells us who God sent to save us, therefore there is no debate or confusion as to who the Savior is. Because of Jesus, we who are dead in trespasses and sins are made alive through Him as Ephesians 2:1-5 says,

“And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins… God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved)”

As Christians we have the privilege of being in the world but we are not of the world; as John 17:16-17 shows us, we are sanctified through God’s word, which is the truth. The truth is we are going to have tribulation in the world but we have to be cheerful because Jesus overcame the world as John 16:33 points out to us and Romans 8:37 tells us that because of Jesus we are more than conquerors.

Therefore if we do as Romans 12:1-2 tells us, we will, as Isaiah 40:31 says, “mount up on wings as eagles, walk and not faint, run and not be weary.” We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. So we should walk circumspectly not as fools, but as wise redeeming the time because the days are evil as Ephesians 5:15 tells us. We should walk with God’s help in His light (Ephesians 5:8), love (Ephesians 5:2), in Spirit (Galatians 5:25), in truth (3 John 4) and in Christ (Colossians 2:6).

How is your walk as a Christian? Why aren’t you following Christ? How shall you escape if you neglect so great a salvation(Heb. 2:3)? So today, if you hear His voice harden not your hearts (Heb. 3:7-12). Receive God’s love through His Son Jesus. Go to the top of this blog tp the salvation page and follow the instructions.

GIVE IT UP

Would you give up all your earthly possession for Jesus? Would you give up your life for God? Would you with a sincere heart sing the song that says,”you can have the whole world but give me Jesus”. Do you love Jesus enough to give up your house, brand new car, jewelry, family, friends, and associates. Or would you rather gain the whole world and lose your soul,as Matthew 16:26 so eloquently puts it,”For what is a man profited ,if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Or,what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?”  Did you know that if you put anything before God it becomes your idol and your god.God has warned us on many occasions not to put anything or anyone before Him. “Thou shalt have no other gods before me.”[Deuteronomy 5:7].  “Ye shall not go after other gods,of the gods of the people who are round about you. (For the Lord thy God is a jealous God among you),lest the anger of the Lord thy God be kindled against thee, and destroy thee from off the face of the earth” {Deuteronomy 6:13-14}. However,James 4:4,puts it this way,”Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? Whosoever, therefore, will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God”. Then we are warned in 1John 2:15-16 which states,”Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world,if any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life,is not if the Father, but is of the world”. That’s why Joshua boldly told them then,to choose who they will serve, but as for him and his house they will serve the Lord. The question is who do you choose to serve ? The God who owns the world and everything in it,or the god of the world who owns nothing. Are you like the rich man who refuse to give up his possession,or the person who will give it all up knowing that God will give you an hundredfold blessings with persecutions, and in the age to come eternal life,as Mark 10:17-30 promise to us. Please, don’t exchanged the truth of God for a lie,and worshiped and served the creature more than the Cteator, who is blessed forever.Amen.(Romans 1:23). Give it all up for Jesus,He gave it all up for you. He gave up His riches in glory and came down to reclaimed and redeemed us,He gave up His life on the cross to free us and give us eternal life;and here you are, refusing to give up things just for Him. You can change all that now by giving your all to Christ,to get started just go to the top of this blog, click on to the salvation page, and follow the instructions, then allow the Holy Spirit to lead and direct you. Glory to God,Lord let your words reach it’s target, and accomplish what you intended it to, because it will never return void, and Father in the mighty name of Jesus destroy every plan and tactics of the enemy that tries to stop or prevent your words from reaching the hearts and minds of your people who are called by your name, thank you Abba Father in Jesus Christ name I pray.Amen.

WAITING JOYFULLY WITH EXPECTATIONS

One of the hardest thing to do for most folks is to wait for something or someone. But waiting has it’s highs and lows, but it depends on what you are waiting for. However,no matter what you are waiting for;Waiting should always be joyful, pleasurable, and full of high hopes and expectations. For example waiting for a child to be born after waiting for seven to nine months or simply waiting for a paycheck at the end of the week. So why is it so hard to wait on God when His promises are surer than a baby being born or a paycheck at the end of a week or two or monthly. 2 Peter 3:9 tells us that, “God is not slack concerning His promises, as some men count slackness, but is longsuffering towards us, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.” Is it because of unbelief why some of us find it hard to wait on God?

To some people waiting is pleasurable, while to others it is disastrous, because of lack of patience, faith, hope, and unbelief. Are these the reasons why folks are giving up on the return of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. As believers we should never fall in this category because Isaiah 40:31 tells us, “But those who wait on the Lord, shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.” So what is your problem?  Who are you looking at?  Who are you looking to?  Who is your supplier?  It better be God, because it tells us in Philippians 4:19 that God is our supplier.

David’s testimony of waiting should encourage us; “wait on the Lord,be if good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart;wait ,I say,in the Lord” {Psalms 27:14}. Then in Psalm 40:1-5  he said, “I waited patiently for the Lord, and He inclined or turned unto me, and heard my cry; He brought me up also out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings, and He hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God, many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the Lord.” So instead of murmuring, complaining, and trying to find your own way out, we should be praising and rejoicing while waiting. Singing to God brings faster results, don’t allow the devil to steal your song, sing to the glory of God!

Why is it so hard for you to wait for Jesus’ return? Is it because sin is enticing you or compelling you in the wrong direction. If you had a taste of the devils world you know it’s too sweet to be true, because it’s temporary, and above all it leads to destruction. Jesus said  in John 14:1-3, “Let not your heart be troubled, you believe in God believe also in Me; in my Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you, I go to prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto Myself; That where I am there you will be also.” So why do you have a problem waiting, that’s a God-given promise, just like when He came to save and redeem us. Don’t give up on God and He will not give up on you.

“Blessed is the man who maketh the Lord his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies.” -Psalms 40:5
