SECURITY IN THE WORD

God’s Word is sure and secure.
2 Peter 1:19
…We have also a more sure WORD of prophecy; unto which all of you do well that all of you take heed…
•The infallibility of God’s Word gives it the ability to produce all the promises of God in your life.
•Yes! The Word of God is guaranteed and backed by God Almighty Himself.
•When you accept God’s promises by belief, trust and exercised faith in God, the promises will materialize in your life.
Romans 4:20-21
Abraham staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God;
And being fully persuaded that, what God had promised, God was able also to perform.

Therefore all Your precepts concerning all things I consider to be right; I hate every false way. Your testimonies are wonderful; Therefore my soul keeps them. The entrance of Your words gives light; It gives understanding to the simple. I opened my mouth and panted, For I longed for Your commandments. Look upon me and be merciful to me, As Your custom is toward those who love Your name. Direct my steps by Your word, And let no iniquity have dominion over me. Redeem me from the oppression of man, That I may keep Your precepts. Make Your face shine upon Your servant, And teach me Your statutes. Rivers of water run down from my eyes, Because men do not keep Your law. Righteous are You, O Lord , And upright are Your judgments. Your testimonies, which You have commanded, Are righteous and very faithful.[Psalms 119:128-138]

•Stay encouraged and don’t give up.
+++Blessed you are and blessed you will always be and to God be all the glory. Amen!

GOD’S PROMISES

image

Let’s start with, 2 Corinthians 1:20
“For all the promises of God in Him are yea,and in Him Amen,unto the glory of God by us”.
“Therefore know that the Lord your God, He is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and mercy for a thousand generations with those who love Him and keep His commandments;
{Deuteronomy 7:9}
“Behold, this day I am going the way of all the earth. And you know in all your hearts and in all your souls that not one thing has failed of all the good things which the Lord your God spoke concerning you. All have come to pass for you; not one word of them has failed.
[Joshua 23:14 ]
in hope of eternal life which God, who cannot lie, promised before time began,{Titus 1:2 }.
These are proof that God keeps His promises,do you want more :
Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue, by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust(2 Peter 1:2-4).
I could go on and on ,but the point is,if you are faithful to God,He will definitely be faithful to you.
let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful,as
Hebrews 10:22-23 clearly States.
And we desire that each one of you show the same diligence to the full assurance of hope until the end, that you do not become sluggish, but imitate those who through faith and patience inherit the promises.{Hebrews 6:11-12}. As Ephesians 1:7-13 ,says:
In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace which He made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence, having made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He purposed in Himself, that in the dispensation of the fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth—in Him. In Him also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His will, that we who first trusted in Christ should be to the praise of His glory. In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise,
REMEMBER:
“God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good? Behold, I have received a command to bless; He has blessed, and I cannot reverse it.
[Numbers 23:19-20 ]

Know therefore that the Lord thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations; And repayeth them that hate him to their face, to destroy them: he will not be slack to him that hateth him, he will repay him to his face. Thou shalt therefore keep the commandments, and the statutes, and the judgments, which I command thee this day, to do them. Wherefore it shall come to pass, if ye hearken to these judgments, and keep, and do them, that the Lord thy God shall keep unto thee the covenant and the mercy which he sware unto thy fathers: And he will love thee, and bless thee, and multiply thee: he will also bless the fruit of thy womb, and the fruit of thy land, thy corn, and thy wine, and thine oil, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep, in the land which he sware unto thy fathers to give thee. Thou shalt be blessed above all people: there shall not be male or female barren among you, or among your cattle. And the Lord will take away from thee all sickness, and will put none of the evil diseases of Egypt, which thou knowest, upon thee; but will lay them upon all them that hate thee.
Deuteronomy 7:9-15

Obedience yields God’s blessing

Obedient people finds favor with God, spiritually, mentally, physically, financially, and many other ways.
So Samuel said: “Does the Lord has great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, As in obeying the voice of the Lord ? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, And to heed than the fat of rams. For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, And stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because you have rejected the word of the Lord , He also has rejected you from being king.”
{I Samuel 15:22-23}.
GOD SAYS :
“Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the Lord your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the Lord your God will set you high above all nations of the earth. And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the Lord your God: “Blessed shall you be in the city, and blessed shall you be in the country. “Blessed shall be the fruit of your body, the produce of your ground and the increase of your herds, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flocks. “Blessed shall be your basket and your kneading bowl. “Blessed shall you be when you come in, and blessed shall you be when you go out. “The Lord will cause your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before your face; they shall come out against you one way and flee before you seven ways. “The Lord will command the blessing on you in your storehouses and in all to which you set your hand, and He will bless you in the land which the Lord your God is giving you. “The Lord will establish you as a holy people to Himself, just as He has sworn to you, if you keep the commandments of the Lord your God and walk in His ways.{Deuteronomy 28:1-9 }

For they are impudent and stubborn children. I am sending you to them, and you shall say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God .’ As for them, whether they hear or whether they refuse—for they are a rebellious house—yet they will know that a prophet has been among them. “And you, son of man, do not be afraid of them nor be afraid of their words, though briers and thorns are with you and you dwell among scorpions; do not be afraid of their words or dismayed by their looks, though they are a rebellious house. You shall speak My words to them, whether they hear or whether they refuse, for they are rebellious. But you, son of man, hear what I say to you. Do not be rebellious like that rebellious house; open your mouth and eat what I give you.”{Ezekiel 2:4-8 }.
BUT GOD SAYS :
“Blessed are the poor in spirit, For theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are those who mourn, For they shall be comforted. Blessed are the meek, For they shall inherit the earth. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, For they shall be filled. Blessed are the merciful, For they shall obtain mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart, For they shall see God. Blessed are the peacemakers, For they shall be called sons of God. Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, For theirs is the kingdom of heaven. “Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake.  Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.
{ Matthew 5:3-12 }

Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.
[ James 1:12 ]

GIVE THE DEVIL A HEADACHE

Let’s put the devil to shame. Instead of getting God upset because of our disobedience,lets do as God tells us,and piss the devil off. When we are obedient to God and His word,it gives the devil a massive headache,because he wants us to be disobedient, when we choose to walk and talk like Jesus did, choose to consult God and not lean on our own understanding,like Jesus did,it allows God to direct our paths,and as a result of being obedient,we can exercise our God given power to tread upon serpents,scorpions,and over all the power of the enemy,and nothing can hurt us,just like Jesus did when He walk on earth. With all the entertainers,and famous athletes around to distract us with their lascivious lifestyles, and the people who are close to us,dictating and directing us,the question is: Who are you following? Who do you chose to follow? If you allow a person or group to determine the outcome of your life now and forever, it could have detrimental and disastrous effects that you definitely will not like. The beauty about life is that we have choices and after a while you should be able to tell if the person you follow is leading you down the right path or not. Bottom line the best person to follow is Jesus Christ, because He is the designated way to God our Father. John 14:6 tells us that “He is the way, the truth, and the life.” That truth is undebatable whether you like it or not.

Is the person or group you are following, following Jesus? Are you following Jesus? In 1 Corinthians 11:1 the Apostle Paul said, “Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ.” This tells you that if the person or group is not following Christ, then they are following the devil straight to hell. Let me remind you just in case you forget, the devil does not like you because you are made in the image and likeness of God. So every time he looks at you, if you are serving God, it hurts him and gives him a headache; remember his intentions are to steal, kill, and destroy your heavenly birthright through Jesus Christ. Are you going to let him do it? If not, then stop following him? Stop living in his sins? Therefore be imitators of God as dear children,Ephesians 5:1 advises us.
When Jesus called or chose His first set of disciples He distinctly said, “Follow me and I will make you fishers of men.”(Matthew 4:19). How can we call ourselves followers of Christ, Christians and believers and not try to win souls for the kingdom of  God, not sharing the good news of Jesus Christ, not showing people the light? Why are you condoning and encouraging their sinful ways and desires that is contrary to God’s word and Godly living? Here is the question again, who are you following? Who should you be following? Jesus the beloved Son of God or manmade gods known as devils in disguise. In today’s society you better be sure. If the persons or groups behavior does not line up with the word of God (the Bible) then you better stop and follow Jesus, because He is the sure way and the truth.

When Jesus calls us to follow Him, it’s His way or the devils. It is being obedient to Him, it’s denying yourself and following Him, it is leaving people and things behind. Jesus becomes the number one priority in your life. “And everyone that hath forsaken houses, or brothers, or sisters, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name’s sake, shall receive a hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life” (Matthew 19:29).  Trust me it will be worth it, those guys gave up everything at that time and Jesus didn’t even give His life for them yet, but the just knew it was worth it, and now they are better off than they were. There is just something about Jesus that makes you want to jump, shout, scream, and be obedient, because you know it will be worthwhile.

Following Jesus may cost you a lot but in the long run it will be worth it. It guarantees you a place in eternity. When you feel tired and weary like you can’t go on, His strength is made perfect when you are weak. After waiting patiently, He will renew your strength, so that you will be able to mount up with wings like the eagles, you will run and not be weary, and you will walk and not faint. Why wouldn’t you want to follow Jesus? Who else gives you these promises and stands by them? Are you interested in following Jesus? Then go to the top of this blog, click on to the salvation page and follow the instructions.

However, don’t stop there find a Bible believing church, with people who are followers of Jesus Christ so that you can develop Godly character and principles May God give you the wisdom, knowledge, and understanding to receive His message and apply it to your life. Now unto Him who is able to keep us from falling, and to present us faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, to Him who is Immortal and invisible, the only wise God, Our Savior, be glory, praise, honor, and thanks for using me to release this message to His children in Jesus name, Amen.

HEAR MY CRY LORD

Hear my cry, O God; Attend to my prayer. From the end of the earth I will cry to You, When my heart is overwhelmed; Lead me to the rock that is higher than I. For You have been a shelter for me, A strong tower from the enemy. I will abide in Your tabernacle forever; I will trust in the shelter of Your wings. Selah For You, O God, have heard my vows; You have given me the heritage of those who fear Your name. So I will sing praise to Your name forever, That I may daily perform my vows.
{Psalms 61:1-5, 8}
I am a witness that God does answer’s prayers,so like David,I can say:

“I waited patiently for the Lord ; And He inclined to me, And heard my cry. He also brought me up out of a horrible pit, Out of the miry clay, And set my feet upon a rock, And established my steps. He has put a new song in my mouth— Praise to our God; Many will see it and fear, And will trust in the Lord . Blessed is that man who makes the Lord his trust, And does not respect the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies. Many, O Lord my God, are Your wonderful works Which You have done; And Your thoughts toward us Cannot be recounted to You in order; If I would declare and speak of  them, They are more than can be numbered. I delight to do Your will, O my God, And Your law is  within my heart.” I have proclaimed the good news of righteousness In the great assembly; Indeed, I do not restrain my lips, O Lord , You Yourself know. I have not hidden Your righteousness within my heart; I have declared Your faithfulness and Your salvation; I have not concealed Your lovingkindness and Your truth From the great assembly. Do not withhold Your tender mercies from me, O Lord ; Let Your lovingkindness and Your truth continually preserve me. For innumerable evils have surrounded me; My iniquities have overtaken me, so that I am not able to look up; They are more than the hairs of my head; Therefore my heart fails me. Be pleased, O Lord , to deliver me; O Lord , make haste to help me! Let them be ashamed and brought to mutual confusion Who seek to destroy my life; Let them be driven backward and brought to dishonor Who wish me evil. Let them be confounded because of their shame, Who say to me, “Aha, aha!” Let all those who seek You rejoice and be glad in You; Let such as love Your salvation say continually, “The Lord be magnified!” But I am poor and needy; Yet the Lord thinks upon me. You are my help and my deliverer; Do not delay, O my God”.[ Psalms 40:1-5, 8-17]

DON’T LET YOUR PAST HOLD YOU BACK

Sometimes our past holds us back from going forward, and sometimes we are hold on to the past and this also keeps us from going forward.
•We have already gone through the past. Now it’s time to let it go and get over it.
•To move forward with past struggles is to bring setbacks into our future.
Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me. Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.
{Philippians 3:12-14 }

God says in ,Jeremiah 29:11-14
” For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
Then shall all of you call upon me, and all of you shall go and pray unto me, and I will listen unto you.
And all of you shall seek me, and find me, when all of you shall search for me with all of your heart.
And I will be found of you, says the LORD: and I will turn away your captivity…
LISTEN :
•Let the bad memories be a thing of the past, and know that the best of your life is before you.
•Continue to let the WORD of God be the standard for your life. Always LOVING others like Christ Jesus loves us while keeping our faith, trust and confidence in Him.
•BLESSED you are and BLESSED you will always be and to God be all the GLORY. Amen!

REWARDS OF OBEDIENCE

For the Lord is a sun and shield,the Lord will give grace and glory; No good thing will He with-hold from those who walk uprightly,says,Psalms 84:11.
Delight thyself also in the Lord,and He shall give thee the desires of thine heart; Commit thy way unto the Lord,trust also in Him,and He shall bring it to pass,Psalms 37:4-5 tells us.
God keeps all His promises,which means if we do as He ask,or suggests,then we can have anything. All we have to do is accept,believe,and receive His son,and obey all His commandments.”And whatever we ask,we receive of Him,because we keep His commandments,and do those things that are pleasing in His sight “according to 1John 3:22. Here is an eyewitness report from Psalms 18:20-24,”The Lord rewarded me according to my righteousness;according to the cleanness of my hands hath He recompensed me,for I have kept the ways of the Lord,and have not wickedly departed from my God. For all His ordinances/judgments were before me,and I did not put away His statutes from me. I was also upright before Him,and I kept myself from mine iniquity. Therefore hath the Lord recompensed me according to my righteousness,according to the cleanness of my hands in His eyesight”.
However,Jesus said in mark 10:29-30″Verily I say unto you,there is no man that hath left house,or brethren,or sisters,or father,or mother,or wife,or children,or lands,for my sake,and the gospel’s;But he shall receive an hundred fold now in this time,houses,and brethren,and sisters,and mothers,and children,and lands,with persecutions;and in the age/world to come eternal life”. Does anyone have a better offer? “God is able to make all grace abound toward you that ye ,always having all sufficiency in all things,may abound to every good work,that’s what 2Corinthians 9:8 says.
Now let’s hear Abraham’s testimony in Romans 4:20-21″He staggered not at the promises of God through unbelief;but was strong in faith,giving glory to God;and being fully persuaded that,what He had promised,He was able also to perform”. If you are not convince then read Hebrews 11,it gives you a partial list of Gods resume of all the folks He helped,and kept His promises to. He is Jehovah-Jireh the God who provides (Genesis 22:14),and He is Jehovah, El Shaddai the God who is our supplier(Genesis 17:1-2),He is our everything,and more. GOD OF ALL COMFORT

God doesn’t like to see His children suffer,and He wants you to know that. You are neither helpless, hopeless, nor comfortless. Troubles come from time to time,but that’s alright, GOD IS GOING TO FIX IT.

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also abounds through Christ. Now if we are afflicted, it is for your consolation and salvation, which is effective for enduring the same sufferings which we also suffer. Or if we are comforted, it is for your consolation and salvation. And our hope for you is steadfast, because we know that as you are partakers of the sufferings, so also you shall partake of the consolation. For we do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, of our trouble which came to us in Asia: that we were burdened beyond measure, above strength, so that we despaired even of life. Yes, we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves but in God who raises the dead, who delivered us from so great a death, and does deliver us; in whom we trust that He will still deliver us,
[2 Corinthians 1:3-10 ]
GOD WANTS YOU TO KNOW, that,
“As one whom his mother comforts, So I will comfort you; And you shall be comforted in Jerusalem.”
{Isaiah 66:13}
Just remember His promises, to never leave nor forsake you,in Isaiah, HE SAYS:
But now, thus says the Lord , who created you, O Jacob, And He who formed you, O Israel: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are Mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame scorch you. For I am the Lord your God, The Holy One of Israel, your Savior; I gave Egypt for your ransom, Ethiopia and Seba in your place. Since you were precious in My sight, You have been honored, And I have loved you; Therefore I will give men for you, And people for your life. Fear not, for I am with you; I will bring your descendants from the east, And gather you from the west; I, even I, am the Lord , And besides Me there is no savior. Indeed before the day was, I am He; And there is no one who can deliver out of My hand; I work, and who will reverse it?”
{Isaiah 43:1-5, 11, 13}.
So boldly declare,
“Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me”.
[Psalms 23:4]

“Now acquaint yourself with Him, and be at peace; Thereby good will come to you. Receive, please, instruction from His mouth, And lay up His words in your heart. If you return to the Almighty, you will be built up; You will remove iniquity far from your tents.
[Job 22:21-23].

HIS GRACE is SUFFICIENT

No matter what you face in life,you need God’s grace to help you through.
People often say that,God will not give us more than we can handle. But it’s not scripture,what He said is:
Therefore let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall. No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it”.
{I Corinthians 10:12-13 }.

The Apostle Paul’s,testimony confirms this in 2 Corinthians 12:7-10,which says,
“And lest I should be exalted above measure by the abundance of the revelations, a thorn in the flesh was given to me, a messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I be exalted above measure. Concerning this thing I pleaded with the Lord three times that it might depart from me. And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong”.
So after that Paul boldly proclaimed :
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”.
[Philippians 4:13]

God’s grace will bring you through anything,if He don’t move the mountain, He will give you strength to climb it or walk around it,or even create a cave to walk through it.

“Moreover, brethren, we make known to you the grace of God bestowed on the churches of Macedonia: that in a great trial of affliction the abundance of their joy and their deep poverty abounded in the riches of their liberality. For I bear witness that according to their ability, yes, and beyond their ability, they were freely willing, imploring us with much urgency that we would receive the gift and the fellowship of the ministering to the saints. And not only as we had hoped, but they first gave themselves to the Lord, and then to us by the will of God. So we urged Titus, that as he had begun, so he would also complete this grace in you as well. But as you abound in everything—in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in all diligence, and in your love for us— see that you abound in this grace also. For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich “.
[ 2 Corinthians 8:1-7, 9 ]

LISTEN
For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
{Hebrews 4:15-16}
