“But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power.

And from such people turn away! For of this sort are those who creep into households and make captives of gullible women loaded down with sins, led away by various lusts, always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. Now as Jannes and Jambres resisted Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, disapproved concerning the faith; but they will progress no further, for their folly will be manifest to all, as theirs also was. The Wisdom To Obey God

“If only they would “fear” Me and obey My commandments as long as they live! Then things would go well for them and their children forever.” (Deuteronomy 5:29)

“Not everything that the world offers–physical gratification, greed, and extravagant lifestyles–comes from the Father. It comes from the wirld, and the world and its evil desires are passing away. But the person who does what God wants lives forever “

“Today I offer you life and prosperity or death and destruction. This is what I am “commanding” you today: Love the Lord your God, follow His directions and obey His commands, law and rules.
(Deuteronomy 30:15-16)

God has given us a guidebook for righteous living called the Holy Bible. It contains thorough instructions which, if followed, lead to fulfillment, righteousness and salvation. But since God created Adam and Eve, we humans beings have been rebelling against the Creator. Why, Because we are unwilling to tryst God’s Word, and we are unwilling to follow His commandments. If we choose to ignore Gods commandments, the results are as predictable as they are tragic .
Talking about God its easy, loving by His commandments as considerably harder. But, unless we are willing to abide by God’s laws, all of our righteous proclamations ring hollow. How can be best proclaimed. Our love for the Lord? By obeying Him. And for further instructions, read the manual…His manual.

God does not want the forced obedience of slaves. Instead, He covets the voluntary love and obedience of children who live Him for Himself.

Peace is not the absence of war. Peace is when all hell is breaking loose,and it doesn’t affect or move you. Because, you have got the peace of God which surpasses all understanding.

And He said in His word :

“You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You. Trust in the Lord forever, For in YAH, the Lord , is everlasting strength”. (Isaiah 26:3‭-‬4 NKJV). Is your mind on God , and His promises; or is it on the cares and concerns of the world?

You have the Peace of God in your heart and in your mind. What is peace ?
PEACE: quietness with rest, calm and tranquility.
Philippians 4:7
And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
John 14:27 Jesus said:
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world gives, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
-The peace of God in your life keeps you from worries, keeps you from being troubled, and to keeps you from being fearful.
-Do not allow yourself to be agitated and disturbed.
-Do not permit yourself to be fearful, intimidated, cowardly and unsettled.
-Settle and rest yourself in the Peace of God.

Defeating Discouragement

“The Lord is the One Who will be before you. He will be with you; He will not leave you or forsake you. Do not be afraid or discouraged.”
(Deuteronomy 31:8)

“I have commanded you. Be strong and courageous! Don’t tremble or be terrified, because the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” (Joshua 1:9)

“I have told you this so that My peace will be with you. In the world you will have trouble. But cheer up! I have overcome the world.”
(John 16:33)

“Do not be afraid, because I have reclaimed you. I have called you by name; you are Mine. When you go through the sea, I am with you. When you go through rivers, they will not sweep you away. When you walk through fire, you will not be burned, and the flames will not harm you.” (Isaiah 43:1-2)

“Be strong, all who wait with hope for the Lord, and let your heart be courageous.”

“Turn your burdens over to the Lord, and He will take care of you. He will never let the righteous person stumble.” (Psalm 55:22)

“My God will richly fill your every need in a glorious way through Christ Jesus.”
(Philippians 4:19)

When we fail to meet the expectations of others(or, for that matter, the expectations that we have for ourselves), we may be tempted to abandon hope. Thankfully, on those cloudy days when our strength is sapped and out faith is shakened, there exists source from which we can draw courage and wisdom. That source is God.
When we seek to form a more intimate and dynamic relationship with our Creator, He renews our spirits and restores our souls. God’s promise is made clear below in Isaiah 40:31:
“Yet, the strength of those who wait with hope on the Lord will be renewed. They will soar on wings like eagles. They will run and won’t become weary. They will walk and won’t grow tired ” And upon this promise we can—and should–depend.

Let us pray:
Dear Lord, when I am discouraged, give me perspective and faith. When I am weak, give me strength. When I am fearful, give me courage for the day ahead. I will trust in Your promises, Father, and I will live with the assurance that You are with me not only for the day, but also throughout all eternity. IN THE MIGHTY NAME OF JESUS CHRIST OF NAZARETH. The Working of God’s Word in Us
+The Word of God is Spiritual Food for our souls and spirits.
+This is why God said in Matthew 4:4, Luke 4:4 and Deuteronomy 8:3, that man shall not live by bread (natural foods) alone but by EVERY WORD that proceeds from the Mouth of GOD.
+As natural foods has benefits and nutrients for our bodies, so does the Word of God has Spiritual Benefits, Nutrients, Sustenances and Nourishments for our spirits and souls and our bodies.
+Not eating the right and proper foods for our bodies on a consistent basis deprives our bodies of the nutrients and the sustainability of Good Health.
+We need a constant intake of the Unadulterated and Incorruptible Word of God to obtain and maintain Spiritual Health (Growth, Development, and Maturation).

Hebrews 4:12
For the word of God is LIVING and POWERFUL, and SHARPER than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
+When we study and meditate the Word of God, and purpose to live by every Word of God from our hearts in Love, Truth, Holiness, Righteousness and Faith we will experience the LIFE and POWER that is in the Word.
+The Word in us also makes us SHARP in the things of God.

John 17:17 suggested that we should also,
Sanctify them by Your Truth. YOUR WORD IS TRUTH.
+The Word of God is the Absolute Truth. There is no greater Truth than God’s Word.
+When we have a steady intake of the Word of God which is the Word of Truth we become what the Word is, and reap all the benefits of God’s Awesome Word.
+When we become men and women of Truth, we will always Think the Truth, Speak the Truth, Do all things according to the Truth.
+We live the God Kind of Life in the Conviction of the Truth (God’s Word), and we do so uncompromisingly for the Glory of Christ our Lord. Hallelujah!

FINALLY
Psalm 119:105 says that:
Your WORD God is a LAMP unto my feet, and a LIGHT unto my path.
+The Word of God in us is a Lamp unto our feet. The Word of God is the LAMP that keeps our feet from stumbling.
+The Word of God in us is a LIGHT unto our paths. The LIGHT of God’s Word illuminates the straight and narrow path for us in this crooked and dark world.
1 John 1:7
But if we walk in the LIGHT, as he is in the LIGHT, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanses us from all sin.
+To walk in God’s Light is to walk in Love, Truth, Holiness, Righteousness and Faith in Christ Jesus our Lord.

And we are not conformed to this world, but we are transformed by the renewing of our minds (with the Word of God and the Spirit of God), that we may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
+As we renew our minds by the Word of God and the Spirit of God, our hearts received the Word of God simultaneously.
+This is how the Word of God is hidden in our hearts, and from our hearts the Word gets mixed with Love, True, Holiness, Righteousness and Faith. This is how the Word keeps us from sinning against God.

When the storms,and trials of life comes to destroy you . God says , Hold Fast. When your prayers is not answered immediately, God says, Hold Fast.

“Do all things without complaining and disputing, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, HOLDING FAST THE WORD OF LIFE, so that I may rejoice in the day of Christ that I have not run in vain or labored in vain”.
