UNDER ATTACK

“Many are the afflictions of the righteous;but the Lord delivers him out of them all” [ Psalms 34:19]. The church is under attack, people are under attack, marriages are under attack, children are under attack, the devil is on a rampage, he realizes we are in the latter days so he has increased demonic attacks. Therefore we as children of the most high God have to elevate our level of prayer, praise, fasting, and meditation on the word of God. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God,to pull down strongholds and bring them under obedience to Christ {2Corinthians 10:4&5}.

Ephesians 6:12-13 clearly identifies the enemy as demonic spirits, it states:

For we wrestle not against fresh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places; Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day.”

We can see the uprising of demonic forces in high places, with the passing of the gay rights bill, legalizing same-sex marriages, the killings of children. The list goes on.  The acceptance of these behaviours in society shows the massive increase of men pleaser more than God pleaser. We are in a fierce battle even though the enemy looks like they are winning, it’s just a smoke screen to keep those who are lost blinded by the truth and the fact that, the devil is already defeated, because of Jesus Christ our Messiah.

All the things that are taking place in the world today are signs of  demonic influences and perversion of Gods intended purpose. If God had intended for us to live in sin He never would have sent Jesus, His only begotten son to redeem us. Beloved children of God now is the time for us to walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time because the days are evil (Ephesians 5:15-16).

Our most effective weapons when we are under attack is: prayer, 1 Thessalonians 5:17 tells us to pray without ceasing; But remember only the effectual prayers of the righteous availed much (James 5:16). So are you righteous ? Know your strength, Luke 10:19 tells us that Jesus has given us the power to tread upon serpents, scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy; and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

Next we must praise Him continually, Psalm 34 :1 tells us that His praise must be continually in our mouths. Hebrews 13:15 tells us to give Him a sacrifice of praise. Then we must offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving (Amos 4:5). We must give thanks always for all things (Ephesians 5:20). To be victorious we must cast down any and every imaginations that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bring into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ ( 2 Corinthians 10:5).

As Christians to conqueror the enemy repeatedly, we need to give ourselves to fasting and prayer, repent often, and meditate on Gods word day and night, once we eliminate some thing we love to eat or do as a sacrifice to God it drives the enemy crazy. Then put on the whole armour of God (Ephesians 6:14-18) which are: the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, shoes of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, the sword of the spirit, and praying in the spirit.

If you don’t know God or His only begotten son Jesus Christ, you are invited to know Him. Just go to the top of this blog, click on to the salvation page, then follow the instructions. All praise, glory, honor, and thanks go to God for using me to deliver His message.

THE CHRISTIANS CHECK-UP

As Christians we need to stop going over the basics of Christianity over and over again. At some point in our Christian walk we should be able to hear and know the voice of God clearly, we should be able to pray for ourselves and know and believe that He will hear and answer our prayers. “Surely we don’t need to start all over again with the importance of turning away from evil deeds, and placing our faith in God. You don’t need further instruction about baptisms, the laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgement…” ( Hebrew 6: 1-3). Why are some Christians going backward instead of forward, regressing instead of progressing? Are they losing hope, faith and trust in these latter days, in these  perilous times, when we as Christians should be praying without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5 :17), and watching (Mark 13:33).

But the end of all things is at hand; therefore be serious and watchful in your prayers” ( 1 Peter 4:7). “For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted the heavenly gift, and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit, and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come, if they fall away, to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the son of God, and put Him to an open shame “ (Hebrews 6:4-6). As Christians now is not the time to be complacent, now is the time to let the world see and know what God has been doing for us and through us, and besides us the Bible gives us a great cloud of witnesses, let us get rid of every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily hinders our progress, and let us run with endurance the race that God has set before us, and keeping our eyes on Jesus the author and finisher of our faith…(Hebrew 12:1-2).

For God is not unjust to forget your work and labor of love which you have shown towards His name, in that you have ministered to the saints and do minister, and we desire that each one of you show the same diligence to the full assurance of hope until the end, that you do not become sluggish, but imitate those who through faith and patience inherit the promises (Hebrew 6:10 -12). God wants us to tell others what He has done for  us, and still doing today, so that people will know and understand that there is a God who loves and cares for them. What have you done for God lately? Who have you told of the wonderful things that He has done for you? Who have you told of His only begotten Son who has made a way for us to go to our heavenly Father daily? Who have you told that the only way to God is through Jesus Christ (His only begotten Son) written in John 3:16 and John 14:6. It’s time for us as Christians to show the world who we really are, and to whom we  truly belong. If you don’t know God or His son, or you want to rededicate your life to God, go to the top of this blog, click on to the salvation page, follow the instructions, and pray the salvation prayer.

Now unto Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or think, be glory, honor and praise to the Almighty God who reigns forever more. Amen!

DIRECT ACCESS THROUGH PRAYERS

Have you ever considered how many prayers go up to God per second? How many get answered, and how many don’t. Have you realized that half the people who pray for you need prayers for themselves, and the other half  don’t even pray, or remember you. That’s why it’s very important that you pray for yourself, at least you are positive, and one hundred percent sure, that your request, petitions, and questions are made known to God.

Praying is the only way, we as children of God can communicate with Our Heavenly Father. Before Jesus came, the people had to go through the prophets of God, to seek forgiveness of their sins (1 Samuel 12:19-25), and he was obligated to intercede on behalf of the people, because, if he did not, he would have to answer to God, it was also a sin, because he was appointed by God to pray for, and give Godly advise to Gods children (1 Samuel 12:23), I wonder how many bishops, pastors, evangelist, etc. realize that if  someone requests, seeks or asks for their prayers, and they don’t, it’s a sin. Why ? Because, that is part of the job requirement. However, I love to pray for myself, and others, because, the effectual fervent prayers of a righteous man availeth much (James 5:16).

Now if you are righteous you have no problem, but my question to you is, how do you know for a fact that your bishop, pastor, or  whomever, is righteous? Which means you are gambling with your life, and taking a big risk. But if you are in a solid relationship with God, it renders you righteous, thus making your effectual fervent prayers availed mightily; doesn’t that make a whole lot of sense, why take a chance, yes it’s good when they pray, but it’s better when you do. The Bible says, ‘we ought always to pray’ (Luke 18:1); ‘pray without ceasing’ ( 1 Thessalonians  5:17). Jesus gave us direct access to God. He said, through His Name, ask whatever, and it’s done(John 14:13,John 16:23-26) now you tell me, why should I depend on someone, when I can do it for myself, as long as I am faithful, righteous, and Holy. Jesus shows us how to do it: Wake up early, find a secluded, and quiet place, away from the noise, and clutter of the world, so that you can hear from God.  Listen, before the day gets hectic, and chaotic you must find out from the master, what His plans are? What His will, and wishes are? In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your path (Proverbs 3:6). Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness, and everything else will be added unto you (Matthew 6:33), show me in those scriptures, where it says to seek your bishop, pastor, or anyone else. You better learn how to pray for yourself, I think the bishop, or pastor would be upset if everyone tried to wake him up early to pray for them, especially if, he himself is up praying for himself.  Prayer gets your mind, soul, and body focused on your divine assignment from God, it prepares you for the battle of the day, it prepares you not to fight, but to stand with your armor (Ephesians 6:13-18) so that when God moves you move, that’s abiding under the shadow of the almighty (Psalms 91:1).

If you don’t know God or His only begotten son Jesus Christ (John 3:16, John 14:6),then you are not privileged to this access, do you want to?
