YOUR CHOICE  

“See, I have set before you today life and good, death and evil, in that I command you today to love the Lord your God, to walk in His ways, and to keep His commandments, His statutes, and His judgments, that you may live and multiply; and the Lord your God will bless you in the land which you go to possess. But if your heart turns away so that you do not hear, and are drawn away, and worship other gods and serve them, I announce to you today that you shall surely perish; you shall not prolong your days in the land which you cross over the Jordan to go in and possess. I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that  I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live; that you may love the Lord your God, that you may obey His voice, and that you may cling to Him, for He is your life and the length of your days; and that you may dwell in the land which the Lord swore to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give them.” {Deuteronomy 30:15‭-‬20}.

LISTEN :

So Samuel said: “Has the Lord  as  great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, As in obeying the voice of the Lord? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, And to heed than the fat of rams. For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, And stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because you have rejected the word of the Lord, He also has rejected you from being king.” 《1 Samuel 15:22‭-‬23》
“Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the Lord your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the Lord your God will set you high above all nations of the earth. And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the Lord your God: “Blessed shall you be in the city, and blessed shall you be  in the country. “Blessed shall be the fruit of your body, the produce of your ground and the increase of your herds, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flocks. “Blessed shall be your basket and your kneading bowl. “Blessed shall you be when you come in, and blessed shall you be when you go out. “The Lord will cause your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before your face; they shall come out against you one way and flee before you seven ways. “The Lord will command the blessing on you in your storehouses and in all to which you set your hand, and He will bless you in the land which the Lord your God is giving you. “The Lord will establish you as a holy people to Himself, just as He has sworn to you, if you keep the commandments of the Lord your God and walk in His ways. The Lord will make the plague cling to you until He has consumed you from the land which you are going to possess. The Lord will strike you with consumption, with fever, with inflammation, with severe burning fever, with the sword, with scorching, and with mildew; they shall pursue you until you perish. And your heavens which are over your head shall be bronze, and the earth which is under you shall be iron. The Lord will change the rain of your land to powder and dust; from the heaven it shall come down on you until you are destroyed. “The Lord will cause you to be defeated before your enemies; you shall go out one way against them and flee seven ways before them; and you shall become troublesome to all the kingdoms of the earth. Your carcasses shall be food for all the birds of the air and the beasts of the earth, and no one shall frighten them away. The Lord will strike you with the boils of Egypt, with tumors, with the scab, and with the itch, from which you cannot be healed. The Lord will strike you with madness and blindness and confusion of heart. And you shall grope at noonday, as a blind man gropes in darkness; you shall not prosper in your ways; you shall be only oppressed and plundered continually, and no one shall save you. “You shall betroth a wife, but another man shall lie with her; you shall build a house, but you shall not dwell in it; you shall plant a vineyard, but shall not gather its grapes. Your ox shall be slaughtered before your eyes, but you shall not eat of it; your donkey shall be violently taken away from before you, and shall not be restored to you; your sheep shall be given to your enemies, and you shall have no one to rescue them.  Your sons and your daughters shall be given to another people, and your eyes shall look and fail with longing for them all day long; and there shall be no strength in your hand. A nation whom you have not known shall eat the fruit of your land and the produce of your labor, and you shall be only oppressed and crushed continually. So you shall be driven mad because of the sight which your eyes see. The Lord will strike you in the knees and on the legs with severe boils which cannot be healed, and from the sole of your foot to the top of your head.《Deuteronomy 28:1‭-‬35》

Finally  :

I rejoice at Your word, As one who finds great treasure. I hate and detest falsehood, But I love Your law.  Seven times a day I praise You, Because of Your righteous ordinances. Those who love Your law have great peace; Nothing makes them stumble. I hope and wait [with complete confidence] for Your salvation, O Lord, And I do Your commandments. My soul keeps Your testimonies [hearing and accepting and obeying them]; I love them greatly. I keep Your precepts and Your testimonies, For all my ways are [fully known] before You.

LISTENERS  AND DOERS of the WORD

But the word is very near you, in your mouth and in your heart, that you may do it. 《Deuteronomy 30:14》.

How different  most of us life would  be,if we just trust,and obey God. What would  happen , if we just stand on His word,and promises , without  finding  fault , or coming up with excuses , what if we listen  to Him and not man? What if we prove Him,for ourselves  as He suggested  in Malachi. Here are a few things  ,God says,we should  listen  and do

“​Therefore lay aside all filthiness and overflow of wickedness, and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls. But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror; for he observes himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in  it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does. If anyone among you thinks he is religious, and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his own heart, this one’s religion is useless. Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world”. {James 1:21‭-‬27}

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths. Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the Lord and depart from evil. It will be health to your flesh, And strength to your bones. Honor the Lord with your possessions, And with the firstfruits of all your increase; So your barns will be filled with plenty, And your vats will overflow with new wine.《Proverbs 3:5‭-‬10》

THIS ONE IS FOR CHURCH  GOERS:

“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.  Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’  And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’ “Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock:  and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock. “But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand:  and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall.”{Matthew 7:21‭-‬27 }

“But why do you call Me ‘Lord, Lord,’ and not do the things which I say?  Whoever comes to Me, and hears My sayings and does them, I will show you whom he is like:  He is like a man building a house, who dug deep and laid the foundation on the rock. And when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently against that house, and could not shake it, for it was founded on the rock.  But he who heard and did nothing is like a man who built a house on the earth without a foundation, against which the stream beat vehemently; and immediately it fell. And the ruin of that house was great.”《Luke 6:46‭-‬49》

(for not the hearers of the law are just in the sight of God, but the doers of the law will be justified;{Romans 2:13 }

FINALLY  

What does  it profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him? If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food, and one of you says to them, “Depart in peace, be warmed and filled,” but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does  it profit? Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead. But someone will say, “You have faith, and I have works.” Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works. You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe—and tremble! But do you want to know, O foolish man, that faith without works is dead? Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he offered Isaac his son on the altar? Do you see that faith was working together with his works, and by works faith was made perfect? And the Scripture was fulfilled which says, “Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.” And he was called the friend of God. You see then that a man is justified by works, and not by faith only.[James 2:14‭-‬24 ]

The Three Dimensions of SIGHT
EYESIGHT: to see with you physical eyes.
INSIGHT: the power and ability to see INTO people, situations and things.
FORESIGHT: to see the end from the beginning. To see into the future.
+Those who abide in God’s Word and commune with the Holy Spirit walk with INSIGHT and FORESIGHT.
John 16:13
Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth (INSIGHT)… and he will shew you things to come (FORESIGHT).
Ephesians 5:15
See then that you walk circumspectly (with INSIGHT and FORESIGHT), not as fools, but as wise.
Colossians 4:5
Walk in wisdom (INSIGHT and FORESIGHT) toward them that are without, redeeming the time.
+May the Lord grant us more INSIGHT and FORESIGHT as continue on His path for our lives.

​FREEDOM OF CHOICE

+You are free to make the right choices all the time. 

+If we fail to make the right choices all the time it will eventually result in a crisis. 

+And crisis will force us to make the right choices.  

PRINCIPLES TO EXERCISE IN MAKING THE RIGHT CHOICES:

1. Seek God through prayers and fasting. 

2. Seek Godly counsel / wisdom. 

3. Be led by the Holy Spirit. 

4. Make sure your choices/decisions are based upon the Word of God. 

5. Make sure your choices/decisions are made in Love, in Righteousness, in Holiness, in Truth and in Faith. 

6. Do all for the glory of God.  

Ecclesiastes 12:13-14

13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. 

14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.

It’s time to,” Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. +Situations, Circumstances and Issues Happen Quite often in our lives. 

THE APPROACH TO THESE THINGS: 

+First let God deal with us regarding the situation.  

+Secondly deal with the situation the way it should be dealt with according to God’s Wisdom, His Word and by the leading of the leading of the Holy Spirit. 

+If we do not deal with the situation the proper way, then the situation will definitely deal with us. 

Proverb 3:5-7

5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart; and lean not unto your own understanding. 

6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. 

7 Be not wise in thine own eyes…

+The Lord is with us always. Let us do all things from His Eyes, Ears, Mind, Heart and Strength. We are His Victorious People.

GOD KNOWS 

​Be not Deceived by Wrongdoings 

+Some of us think that because no one sees us when we do wrong, or hear the evil thoughts we think toward others that we will get away with those wrongdoings. 

+God sees it and He hears it and He will hold us responsible and accountable for all of our wrongdoings. 

1 Sam 16:7 

…for man looks on the outward appearance, but the LORD looks on the heart. 

Hebrews 4:13 

…but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of Him (God) with whom we have to do. 

God  says , ““Come now, and let us reason together,” Says the Lord , “Though your sins are like scarlet, They shall be as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, They shall be as wool. If you are willing and obedient, You shall eat the good of the land; But if you refuse and rebel, You shall be devoured by the sword”; For the mouth of the Lord has spoken.{ Isaiah 1:18‭-‬20}.

+My prayer for us is that we continue to think His thoughts toward others, speak His Words one to another, and do those things to each other that are pleasing in His sight.

Another chance

​Excellent message:
It was their anniversary, and Aisha was waiting for her husband Rajiv to show up.
Things had changed since their marriage, the once cute couple couldn’t-live-without-each-other had turned bitter.
Fighting over every little thing, both didn’t like the way things had changed.
Aisha was waiting to see if Rajiv remembered it was their anniversary!
Just as the door bell rang she ran to find her husband wet and smiling with a bunch of flowers in his hand.
The two started re-living the old days. Making up for fights, then was d plan for champagne, light music And it was raining! It was perfect.
But the moment paused when the phone in the bedroom rang.
Aisha went to pick it up and it was a man. “Hello ma’am I’m calling from the police station. Is this Mr Rajiv Mehra’s number?”
“Yes it is!”
“I’m sorry ma’am; but there was an accident and a man died.
We got this number from his wallet; we need you to come and identify his body.”
Aisha’s heart sank.!!! She was shocked!.
“But my husband is here with me?.”
“Sorry ma’am, but the incident took place at 2 pm, when he was boarding the train.”
Aisha was about to lose her conscience.
How could this happen?!.
She had heard about the soul of the person coming to meet a loved one before it leaves!.
She ran into the other room.
He was not there. It was true! had left her for good!!.
Oh God she would have died for another chance to mend every little fight! She rolled on the floor in pain. She lost her chance! Forever!.
Suddenly there was a noise from the bathroom, the door opened and Rajiv came out and said “Darling, I forgot to tell you my wallet got stolen today”.
LIFE MIGHT NOT GIVE YOU A SECOND CHANCE. SO NEVER WASTE A MOMENT WHEN YOU CAN STILL MAKE UP FOR YOUR WRONGS!!!.
Let’s start making amends.

To siblings
To friends
And many more.
No one has a promised tomorrow.
Have a wonderful Life with no regrets!.
Many are landlords in the CEMETRY,

many are tenants in the MORTUARY,

many are candidates of OBITUARY.

But we are here, still worshiping in His

SANCTUARY,

He has been keeping us since JANUARY,

His good news filled up our DIARY,

He’s doing all these without collecting a SALARY.

He’s indeed an awesome God!

THE  LOVE OF  MONEY  has side effects  

​It’s  the time of year,where  people  sell their soul to the devil,for an unsatisfactory  bogus  bargain  of a lifetime . Greed,is motivated  by pride and lust for money and things. But there  are a few things  God wants  to tell  you.

“For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul?  Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?  For whoever is ashamed of Me and My words in this adulterous and sinful generation, of him the Son of Man also will be ashamed when He comes in the glory of His Father with the holy angels.”{Mark 8:36‭-‬38}

Moreover the profit of the land is for all; even the king is served from the field. He who loves silver will not be satisfied with silver; Nor he who loves abundance, with increase. This also is vanity. When goods increase, They increase who eat them; So what profit have the owners Except to see them with their eyes? The sleep of a laboring man is sweet, Whether he eats little or much; But the abundance of the rich will not permit him to sleep. There is a severe evil which I have seen under the sun: Riches kept for their owner to his hurt. But those riches perish through misfortune; When he begets a son, there  is nothing in his hand. As he came from his mother’s womb, naked shall he return, To go as he came; And he shall take nothing from his labor Which he may carry away in his hand. And this also is a severe evil— Just exactly as he came, so shall he go. And what profit has he who has labored for the wind? All his days he also eats in darkness, And he  has much sorrow and sickness and anger. Here is what I have seen: It  is good and fitting for  one to eat and drink, and to enjoy the good of all his labor in which he toils under the sun all the days of his life which God gives him; for it is his heritage. As for every man to whom God has given riches and wealth, and given him power to eat of it, to receive his heritage and rejoice in his labor—this is the gift of God. For he will not dwell unduly on the days of his life, because God keeps him busy with the joy of his heart.{Ecclesiastes 5:9‭-‬20}

Finally  ,hear this:

“Now godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and clothing, with these we shall be content. But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts which drown men in destruction and perdition. For the love of money is a root of all kinds  of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. But you, O man of God, flee these things and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, gentleness. Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses. I urge you in the sight of God who gives life to all things, and before Christ Jesus who witnessed the good confession before Pontius Pilate, that you keep this commandment without spot, blameless until our Lord Jesus Christ’s appearing, which He will manifest in His own time, He  who  is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings and Lord of Lords, who alone has immortality, dwelling in unapproachable light, whom no man has seen or can see, to whom be honor and everlasting power. Amen. Command those who are rich in this present age not to be haughty, nor to trust in uncertain riches but in the living God, who gives us richly all things to enjoy. Let  them do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to give, willing to share, storing up for themselves a good foundation for the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life”,[ 1 Timothy 6:6‭-‬19].
