VICTORY IS MINE

+As Believes in Christ Jesus we are should not be looking to get VICTORIES. We already have the VICTORY over the devil, demons, sin, sicknesses, diseases, poverty, the world and the list goes on…

+All we are to do is to simply EXERCISE the VICTORY we already have in Christ Jesus over the situations.

STRIVING FOR PERFECTION 

Is perfection attainable? Absolutely,God would never tell us to do something that’s impossible. 

However , to be perfect requires complete obedience to His word and will.

Let’s  start with what Romans 12:1-2 tells us.

“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which  is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God”.

WHEN YOU ARE STRIVING FOR PERFECTION,THERE WILL BE A LOT OF RESISTANCE. BUT GOD says,

“For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled”,{ 2 Corinthians 10:3‭-‬6}

LISTEN:

“My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing”,(James 1:2‭-‬4 )

Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.(Matthew 5:48)

How do we strive for perfection?

“Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I  do,  forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus”{Philippians 3:13‭-‬14}

I could go on and on,but God says,

“Therefore be imitators of God as dear children. And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma. But fornication and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be named among you, as is fitting for saints; neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor coarse jesting, which are not fitting, but rather giving of thanks. For this you know, that no fornicator, unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God. Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience. Therefore do not be partakers with them”,[Ephesians 5:1‭-‬7].

PERFECTION IS NOT A MYTH THAT’S UNATTAINABLE.

“….the mystery which has been hidden from ages and from generations, but now has been revealed to His saints. To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. Him we preach, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus”[Colossians 1:26‭-‬28].

“Epaphras, who is one of you, a bondservant of Christ, greets you, always laboring fervently for you in prayers, that you may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God”[Colossians 4:12].

FEAR

​What or who are you afraid of?

“And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell”.{Matthew 10:28}

ONLY GOD WE SHOULD FEAR

The Lord of hosts, Him you shall hallow; Let Him be your fear, And let Him be your dread.(Isaiah 8:13)

Proverbs 9:10 says,

The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom…

Proverbs 1:7 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge…

FEAR: Reverence; an attitude of deep respect filled with awe for the Lord. 

+++People in the world has no fear or reverence for God. This means they have no wisdom and their knowledge is corrupted. 

+++You cannot make spiritual sense to them, and they definitely make no spiritual sense to you. 

Psalms 14:1 

The fool has said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that does good. 

+++Only the Holy Spirit can reveal Christ, spiritual knowledge and wisdom to those in the world. When we preach the gospel of Christ to the world the Holy Spirit used the word preached to enlighten their hearts and reveal the Person of Christ to them. 

Matthew 10:16 

…be all of you therefore wise as serpents, and  harmless as doves. 

Matthew 7:6

…do not cast your pearls (of wisdom) before swine’s lest they trample them under their feet…

GRACE

God’s Amazing GRACE

Ephesians 2:8 

For by GRACE we are saved…

+Grace is God imparting His righteousness, holiness, Holy Spirit and favor in us, upon us through us by the redemptive of His Son Jesus Christ. 

+Grace is the God given ability in us to do all that pertains to life and Godliness. 

+Grace are spiritual faculties given to us in the form of gifts, talents, and abilities by the Holy Spirit. 

2 Corinthians 12:9-10

“Jesus said to the Apostle Paul: My grace is sufficient for you: for My strength is made perfect in your weakness. And Paul said: Most gladly I will rather glory in my infirmities (weaknesses), that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 

for when I’m weak then I’m strong. 

+We need God’s GRACE today and everyday for the rest of our lives. 

+Thank God for His AMAZING GRACE.

I, the Lord , search the heart, I test the mind, Even to give every man according to his ways, According to the fruit of his doings” (Jeremiah 17:5‭-‬10).

YOUR CHOICE 

But the word is very near you, in your mouth and in your heart, that you may do it. “See, I have set before you today life and good, death and evil, in that I command you today to love the Lord your God, to walk in His ways, and to keep His commandments, His statutes, and His judgments, that you may live and multiply; and the Lord your God will bless you in the land which you go to possess. But if your heart turns away so that you do not hear, and are drawn away, and worship other gods and serve them, I announce to you today that you shall surely perish; you shall not prolong your days in the land which you cross over the Jordan to go in and possess. I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that  I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live; that you may love the Lord your God, that you may obey His voice, and that you may cling to Him, for He is your life and the length of your days; and that you may dwell in the land which the Lord swore to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give them.”(Deuteronomy 30:14‭-‬20)

FINALLY 

May the Lord Keep You Refreshed, Rejuvenated, Revitalized, Re-energized, and Renewed with a FRESH and NEW ANOINTING in Your Spirit, Soul, Mind and Body.

GOD’S WORD HAS POWER

​The Power of God’s Word in us. 

1Thess 2:13                    

For this cause we also thank God without ceasing, because, when all of you received the Word of God which all of you heard of us, all of you received it not as the word of men, but as it is in TRUTH, the WORD of GOD, which EFFECTUALLY WORKS also in you who BELIEVE. 

Effectual: capable of producing all intents and purposes. 

(Heb 4:12 AMP)

For the Word that God speaks is alive and full of power making it active, operative, energizing, and effective…

•The WORD of God in us is Alive, Active, Operative, Energizing and Effective. It is capable of producing all the intents and purposes of God  in us and through us. 

•When we take man made medication we have no issues expecting the intents and purposes that medication is supposed to produce. 

•How much more then shall we expect the Word of God to produce in us the intents and purposes of God in our lives. 

•Remember what Jesus said in Matthew 4:4. Man shall not live by bread alone but by every Word proceeds of the Mouth of God. 

“The prophet who has a dream, let him tell a dream; And he who has My word, let him speak My word faithfully. What is the chaff to the wheat?” says the Lord . “ Is not My word like a fire?” says the Lord , “And like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces? “Therefore behold, I am against the prophets,” says the Lord , “who steal My words every one from his neighbor. Behold, I am  against the prophets,” says the Lord , “who use their tongues and say, ‘He says.’ Behold, I am against those who prophesy false dreams,” says the Lord , “and tell them, and cause My people to err by their lies and by their recklessness. Yet I did not send them or command them; therefore they shall not profit this people at all,” says the Lord . “So when these people or the prophet or the priest ask you, saying, ‘What is the oracle of the Lord ?’ you shall then say to them, ‘What oracle?’ I will even forsake you,” says the Lord . “And as  for the prophet and the priest and the people who say, ‘The oracle of the Lord !’ I will even punish that man and his house. Thus every one of you shall say to his neighbor, and every one to his brother, ‘What has the Lord answered?’ and, ‘What has the Lord spoken?’ And the oracle of the Lord you shall mention no more. For every man’s word will be his oracle, for you have perverted the words of the living God, the Lord of hosts, our God. Thus you shall say to the prophet, ‘What has the Lord answered you?’ and, ‘What has the Lord spoken?’ But since you say, ‘The oracle of the Lord !’ therefore thus says the Lord : ‘Because you say this word, “The oracle of the Lord !” and I have sent to you, saying, “Do not say, ‘The oracle of the Lord !’ ” therefore behold, I, even I, will utterly forget you and forsake you, and the city that I gave you and your fathers, and will  cast  you out of My presence. And I will bring an everlasting reproach upon you, and a perpetual shame, which shall not be forgotten.’ ”[Jeremiah 23:28‭-‬40]

SIN IS SIN

“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord”(Romans 6:23).

What is SIN?
Sin is:
-anything that is an offense to God.
-anything that displeases God.
-all unrighteous; to miss the mark; to err; to trespass.
-disobedience to God, His Word, His Will and His Purpose. Sin leads to more sin,which increases doubts, fear, stress, worries, anxiety, and the list goes on.

The soul who sins shall die. The son shall not bear the guilt of the father, nor the father bear the guilt of the son. The righteousness of the righteous shall be upon himself, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon himself. “But if a wicked man turns from all his sins which he has committed, keeps all My statutes, and does what is lawful and right, he shall surely live; he shall not die. None of the transgressions which he has committed shall be remembered against him; because of the righteousness which he has done, he shall live. Do I have any pleasure at all that the wicked should die?” says the Lord God , “ and not that he should turn from his ways and live? “But when a righteous man turns away from his righteousness and commits iniquity, and does according to all the abominations that the wicked man does, shall he live? All the righteousness which he has done shall not be remembered; because of the unfaithfulness of which he is guilty and the sin which he has committed, because of them he shall die. “Yet you say, ‘The way of the Lord is not fair.’ Hear now, O house of Israel, is it not My way which is fair, and your ways which are not fair? When a righteous man turns away from his righteousness, commits iniquity, and dies in it, it is because of the iniquity which he has done that he dies. Again, when a wicked man turns away from the wickedness which he committed, and does what is lawful and right, he preserves himself alive. Because he considers and turns away from all the transgressions which he committed, he shall surely live; he shall not die.[Ezekiel 18:20‭-‬28]

LISTEN 

Romans 3:23 says,
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
In Ezekiel 18:4 God informs us,by saying, Behold, all souls are mine; …the soul that SINS, it shall die.
And He also says,
” Why should a living man complain, A man for the punishment of his sins? Let us search out and examine our ways, And turn back to the Lord ; Let us lift our hearts and hands To God in heaven. We have transgressed and rebelled; You have not pardoned. You have covered Yourself with anger And pursued us; You have slain and not pitied. You have covered Yourself with a cloud, That prayer should not pass through” {Lamentations 3:39-44}.

REMEDY FOR SIN
1 John 1:9
If we confess our SINS, he is faithful and just to forgive us our SINS, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

” If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to prayer made in this place. For now I have chosen and sanctified this house, that My name may be there forever; and My eyes and My heart will be there perpetually,”  { 2 Chronicles 7:14-16}

…“But if a wicked man turns from all his sins which he has committed, keeps all My statutes, and does what is lawful and right, he shall surely live; he shall not die. None of the transgressions which he has committed shall be remembered against him; because of the righteousness which he has done, he shall live. Do I have any pleasure at all that the wicked should die?” says the Lord God, “and not that he should turn from his ways and live?
{Ezekiel 18:21-23}.

“I acknowledged my sin to You, And my iniquity I have not hidden. I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the Lord,” And You forgave the iniquity of my sin. Selah
{Psalms 32:5 }. I could go on and on, but the key thing is to confess, and live right for God.

LISTEN:
Hebrews 12:14
Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:
+Be determined to live free from SIN.  Phil 2:13 For it is God who works in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.

IT’S  THE  GOD IN YOU

+++Think about this, Christ lives in you. How? Through the Holy Spirit. 

I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law. Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, And those who  are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another.{Galatians 5:16‭-‬22‭, ‬24‭-‬26}

” What? know all of you not that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which all of you have of God, and all of you are not your own?  For all of you are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s. 1 Corinthians6:19-20

+++The Holy Spirit is in you so Christ can live through you. Remember you were crucified (died) with Christ when He died on the cross. Your newness of life now is all about Christ. When you think it’s in His mind (you have the mind of Christ). When you speak, it’s His Words which is in your heart. When you act it’s In His strength and the Power of His Might.

Philippians 2:13 

For it is God which works in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. 

+++Remember you have laid down (sacrificed) your life in Christ. Now the life you live is for Christ and His glory.

SUCH A AWESOME  GOD  

​+++Our God is Omnipotent, Omniscient, Omnipresent and is from everlasting to everlasting (without beginning and without end). He is beyond Awesome, beyond Description and beyond Comprehension. There is none like Him. He alone is God and besides Him (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) there is no other.

+++God argues with no one because He is always right.

+++God is the easiest Person to love because He is perfect in every way.

+++God is the easiest Person to trust because cannot lie (Titus 1:2).

+++Personally we should have no problems with God at all, (can I get a amen!).

+++When God has total control of our lives, nothing will ever get out of control.

+++Continuing to love and trust God with all your heart, (Mark 12:30; Proverb 3:5-6).
