YOU CAN’T WALK WITH GOD,and fraternize with the devil

Many folks refuse to accept Christ,because they think they are giving up more than they are gaining. While some people think that they can accept Christ and continue living the same way. But,when we accept Christ,as our Lord,and savior, we are never the same. We are born again,as John 3:3 says. We are transformed from darkness to light,as Colossians 1:13 says. And above all Psalms 34:8 says it best,” Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good; Blessed is the man who trusts in Him!
Once you taste God’s goodness the taste of the world is tasteless and despicable. Because ,we are not the same person anymore, as 2 Corinthians 5: 17-18 tells us,
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation…”

However,Ephesians 4:17-24 puts it this way:This I say, therefore, and testify in the Lord, that you should no longer walk as the rest of the Gentiles walk, in the futility of their mind, having their understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart; who, being past feeling, have given themselves over to lewdness, to work all uncleanness with greediness. But you have not so learned Christ, if indeed you have heard Him and have been taught by Him, as the truth is in Jesus: that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.
Once you accept Christ you belong to God.
1 Corinthians 6:15-20 tells us, “Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ and make them members of a harlot? Certainly not! Or do you not know that he who is joined to a harlot is one body with her? For “the two,” He says, “shall become one flesh.” But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with Him. Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.
You cant walk with God,then fraternize,party,and sleep with the devil. As 2 Corinthians 6:14-18 says, Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness? And what accord has Christ with Belial? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever? And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God. As God has said: “I will dwell in them And walk among them. I will be their God, And they shall be My people.” Therefore “Come out from among them And be separate, says the Lord. Do not touch what is unclean, And I will receive you.” “I will be a Father to you, And you shall be My sons and daughters, Says the Lord Almighty.”

WHO CONTROLS YOUR MIND

The enemy is after your mind,because he knows that once he is in control of it,you will self destruct. The mind is a battlefield, and if you allow the enemy to be in charge of it,he will plant seeds of doubt, fear,lies,disbelief, and every negative things,in order to render you useless and unproductive. Allow God to cultivate your more mind.
“The mind is a terrible thing to waste!” is the slogan for the United Negro College Fund. The mind is an intricate part of the body because it has the ability to reason, understand, and perceive many things. Some people like to play mind games with others who they believe are less intellectual than they are but this is a trick from satan. Keep in mind that God does not play mind games. 2 Corinthians 1:20 tells us that, ” for all of God’s promises have been fulfilled in him.That is why we say ‘Amen’ when we give glory to God through Christ”.

In Isaiah 26:3 we read that, “the Lord will keep us in perfect peace, whoevers mind stays on Him(God) because we trust in him”. The Bible also tells us this; rejoice in the Lord always…be anxious for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus(Philippians 4:4-7).

The first and greatest commandment, Jesus said, is to love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul and mind (Matthew 22:37-38). Our mind is a constant battlefield between good and evil and the apostle Paul says it best,(NIV)

 “I do not understand what I do, for what I want to do, I do not do, but what I hate I do, and if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good; as it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. But I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members, what a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God, through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, I myself in my mind am a slave to God’s law, but in the sinful nature a slave to sin.” (Romans 7:15-25)

The King James version says it like this in (v.25),‘with our minds we serve the law of God but with flesh the law of sin’.

We must not allow sin to get into our minds! To prevent that from happening our thoughts should be thinking of Philippians 4:8 which states; ‘We should focus on whatever things are true, noble, just, pure, lovely and of good report. These are the things we should be meditating on or thinking about’. Saints this is how God keeps us in perfect peace, by meditating on his word day and night. Only through his word will we delight ourselves.

Listen children of God, do not let yourself get to the point of losing your mind before you change your mind. God gives us the spirit of a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7), therefore if there is any consolation in Christ, any comfort of love, any fellowship of the spirit, any affection and mercy then ‘fulfill his joy by being like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord and of one mind. Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus…’ (Philippians 2:1-11).

Would you like to have a sound mind? Go to the top of this blog, click on to the salvation page then follow the instructions. All praises, glory, honor and thanks go to God. The only King of kings and Lord of lords who will always be now and forever more. Thank you lord for enabling me to get your message to your people. May His grace, love, peace, joy and mercies occupy your mind until his son Jesus Christ returns, Amen.

PROSPERITY THROUGH OBEDIENCE

“Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the Lord your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the Lord your God will set you high above all nations of the earth. And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the Lord your God: “Blessed shall you be in the city, and blessed shall you be in the country. “Blessed shall be the fruit of your body, the produce of your ground and the increase of your herds, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flocks. “Blessed shall be your basket and your kneading bowl. “Blessed shall you be when you come in, and blessed shall you be when you go out. “The Lord; will cause your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before your face; they shall come out against you one way and flee before you seven ways. “The Lord will command the blessing on you in your storehouses and in all to which you set your hand, and He will bless you in the land which the Lord your God is giving you. “The Lord will establish you as a holy people to Himself, just as He has sworn to you, if you keep the commandments of the Lord your God and walk in His ways. Then all peoples of the earth shall see that you are called by the name of the Lord , and they shall be afraid of you. And the Lord will grant you plenty of goods, in the fruit of your body, in the increase of your livestock, and in the produce of your ground, in the land of which the Lord swore to your fathers to give you. The Lord will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand. You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow. And the Lord will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath, if you heed the commandments of the Lord your God, which I command you today, and are careful to observe them. So you shall not turn aside from any of the words which I command you this day, to the right or the left, to go after other gods to serve them.
{Deuteronomy 28:1-14 }

REMEMBER :
“And you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.[Deuteronomy 8:18]

NEXT:
My son, do not forget my law, But let your heart keep my commands; For length of days and long life And peace they will add to you. Let not mercy and truth forsake you; Bind them around your neck, Write them on the tablet of your heart, And so find favor and high esteem In the sight of God and man. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths. Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the Lord and depart from evil. It will be health to your flesh, And strength to your bones. Honor the Lord with your possessions, And with the firstfruits of all your increase; So your barns will be filled with plenty, And your vats will overflow with new wine.[Proverbs 3:1-10]

FINALLY:
If they obey and serve Him, They shall spend their days in prosperity, And their years in pleasures. But if they do not obey, They shall perish by the sword, And they shall die without knowledge.
[Job 36:11-12 ]

Freedom

Galatians 5:1
Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ has made us FREE, and be not entangled again with the  yoke of bondage.
John 8:36
If the Son therefore shall make you FREE, all of you shall be free indeed.
•Persistently and consistently stay put in the FREEDOM that Christ has given us in Himself.
Romans 6:22
But now being made FREE from sin, and become servants to God, all of you have your fruit unto  holiness, and the end everlasting life.
Romans 8:2
For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me FREE from the law of sin and  death.
•Reminding you that in Christ Jesus you are FREE from sin, sickness, disease, poverty and from the enemy (Satan).
•Declare and Proclaim your freedom from all these things in the Almighty Name of Jesus  Christ! And by faith purpose to live like it.
•Continue to let the Word of God be the standard for your life. Blessed you are and blessed you will always be and to our Lord Jesus Christ be all the glory. Amen!

PRAISES GO UP,Blessings come down.

Bless the Lord , O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name! Bless the Lord , O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies, Who satisfies your mouth with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.{Psalms 103:1-5}

Praise the Lord ! Praise, O servants of the Lord , Praise the name of the Lord ! Blessed be the name of the Lord From this time forth and forevermore! From the rising of the sun to its going down The Lord ’s name is to be praised. The Lord is high above all nations, His glory above the heavens. Who is like the Lord our God, Who dwells on high,{Psalms 113:1-5}.

I will extol You, my God, O King; And I will bless Your name forever and ever. Every day I will bless You, And I will praise Your name forever and ever. Great is the Lord , and greatly to be praised; And His greatness is unsearchable. One generation shall praise Your works to another, And shall declare Your mighty acts. I will meditate on the glorious splendor of Your majesty, And on Your wondrous works. Men shall speak of the might of Your awesome acts, And I will declare Your greatness. They shall utter the memory of Your great goodness, And shall sing of Your righteousness. The Lord  is gracious and full of compassion, Slow to anger and great in mercy. The Lord  is good to all, And His tender mercies are over all His works. All Your works shall praise You, O Lord , And Your saints shall bless You. They shall speak of the glory of Your kingdom, And talk of Your power, To make known to the sons of men His mighty acts, And the glorious majesty of His kingdom. Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, And Your dominion endures throughout all generations. The Lord upholds all who fall, And raises up all who  are bowed down. The eyes of all look expectantly to You, And You give them their food in due season. You open Your hand And satisfy the desire of every living thing. The Lord is righteous in all His ways, Gracious in all His works. The Lord is near to all who call upon Him, To all who call upon Him in truth. He will fulfill the desire of those who fear Him; He also will hear their cry and save them. The Lord preserves all who love Him, But all the wicked He will destroy. My mouth shall speak the praise of the Lord , And all flesh shall bless His holy name Forever and ever.
Psalms 145:1-21

I Will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul shall make its boast in the Lord ; The humble shall hear of it and be glad. Oh, magnify the Lord with me, And let us exalt His name together.
{ Psalms 34:1-3 }

GOD LIVES IN YOU

God is IN you, WITH you and FOR you.
“You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. They are of the world. Therefore they speak as of the world, and the world hears them. We are of God. He who knows God hears us; he who is not of God does not hear us. By this we know the spirit of truth and the spirit of error. Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another”.{1 John 4:4-11 }

THEREFORE, as Romans 8 tells us :
” There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you. What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written: “For Your sake we are killed all day long; We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.” Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
[ Romans 8:1,11-11,31, 35-39 ]

COME ON children of God,
•Let’s not focus so much on the wrong that others do to us, but instead let’s focus more on loving them with the Love of God and doing them rightly by the Word of God.
Romans 12:19
Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance  is mine; I will repay, says the Lord.
Matthew 5:44 says,
“But I say unto you, LOVE your enemies, BLESS them that curse you, DO GOOD to them that hate you, and PRAY for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you. That all of you may be the children of your Father which is in heaven…”

REMEMBER:
” I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me”.
{Galatians 2:20 }

FINALLY:
” I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God”.
[Romans 12:1-2 ]

+Always let the Word of God be the standard for your life. Blessed you are and blessed you will always be and to God be the glory.

JUST BELIEVE

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?” She said to Him, “Yes, Lord, I believe that You are the Christ, the Son of God, who is to come into the world.”
{John 11:25-27 }

All you have to do is believe:
The other disciples therefore said to him, “We have seen the Lord.” So he said to them, “Unless I see in His hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and put my hand into His side, I will not believe.” And after eight days His disciples were again inside, and Thomas with them. Jesus came, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, “Peace to you!” Then He said to Thomas, “Reach your finger here, and look at My hands; and reach your hand here, and put it into My side. Do not be unbelieving, but believing.” And Thomas answered and said to Him, “My Lord and my God!” Jesus said to him, “Thomas, because you have seen Me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.”
[John 20:25-29 ]

Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.” Immediately the father of the child cried out and said with tears, “Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!”
{Mark 9:23-24 }

BE STRONG

Ephesians 6:10
…be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
•Our strength is always in the Lord.
•Anyone that is strong in their own strength is dangerous to them self ; and to others.

THE APOSTLE PAUL said:
“And lest I should be exalted above measure by the abundance of the revelations, a thorn in the flesh was given to me, a messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I be exalted above measure. Concerning this thing I pleaded with the Lord three times that it might depart from me. And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong”.
[2 Corinthians 12:7-10 ].
HOWEVER, Psalms 27:1 REMINDS US THAT:

The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; whom shall I be afraid?
•When we realized that the Lord is our strength, and the strength of our lives, and the strength by which we live, we will live life without fears.
•In 1Samuel 17, David faced Goliath, and took him on in the Name of the Lord of Hosts. David didn’t look at the giant size,nor the difference between he and Goliath to determine his victory. David didn’t looked at the strength difference between he and Goliath to determine his victory. David knew the Lord was the strength of his life and the Lord guarantees his Victory.
•Likewise the Lord is your Strength of your life and He guarantees your Victory. So walk victorious in the Lord.
Blessed you are and blessed you will always be and to God be all the glory. Amen!

GOD’S EVERLASTING LOVE

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
{ John 3:16-19}

For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to  be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified. What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can  be against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It  is God who justifies. Who is he who condemns? It  is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us.
[ Romans 8:29-39 ]

BE FEARLESS

The wicked flee when no one pursues, But the righteous are bold as a lion.{ Proverbs 28:1}

Obedience to God,will drive away fear,doubts,and unbelief,and make you bold.
THE FACT IS:
Praying and Studying the Bible ,which is God’s resume and autobiography for helping people will make you bold for God ,and have more CONFIDENCE in Him.
1Timothy 2:15 says: study to show yourself approved unto God…
Ephesians 6:18-20 says praying always with all prayers and utterance will be given unto you to speak BOLDLY like you ought to speak. Alleluia!
-Deliverance from the enemy and Freedom in the Lord also makes you BOLD for God, and more CONFIDENT in Him.

A BOLD PERSON IS : without fear or intimidation of all things; they are confident and courageous in the Lord in all things.
Hebrews 4:16
Let us therefore come BOLDLY unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
-BOLDNESS is an attribute of our Lord. Be BOLD and COURAGEOUS for Jesus.

Unfortunately,most folks have not maximize their full potential, and abilities because of fear of the unknown.
However,those who has no fear,has gone where no one has gone, and do what no man has done,because they trust God and take Him at His word,which makes them fearless.

Therefore, the motto of the fearless is:
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
[ Philippians 4:13 ].

AND:
In God I have put my trust; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me? Vows made to You are binding upon me, O God; I will render praises to You, For You have delivered my soul from death. Have You not kept my feet from falling, That I may walk before God In the light of the living?
{ Psalms 56:11-13}
PLUS :
The Lord is on my side; I will not fear. What can man do to me? The Lord is for me among those who help me; Therefore I shall see my desire on those who hate me. It is better to trust in the Lord Than to put confidence in man. It is better to trust in the Lord Than to put confidence in princes.
[ Psalms 118:6-9 ]

FINALLY:
He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord , “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.” Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler And from the perilous pestilence. He shall cover you with His feathers, And under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler. You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, Nor of the arrow that flies by day, Nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, Nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday. A thousand may fall at your side, And ten thousand at your right hand; But it shall not come near you. Only with your eyes shall you look, And see the reward of the wicked. Because you have made the Lord , who is my refuge, Even the Most High, your dwelling place, No evil shall befall you, Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling; For He shall give His angels charge over you, To keep you in all your ways.
[ Psalms 91:1-11]

AGAIN BOLD MEANS : to be confident and sure; not hesitating or fearful, but courageous.
Again Prov 28:1 says,
…the righteous are BOLD as a lion.
•You are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, and you have the BOLDNESS of Christ who is the Lion of the Tribe of Judah.
Hebrews 4:16
Let us therefore come BOLDLY unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
•When we go to God’s Throne of Grace in prayer we must go with trust, confidence and surety without hesitation. With this attitude of faith and BOLDNESS we will always obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
Ephesians 6:18-20 says when we pray with all prayers and supplication in the Spirit, utterance will be given unto us to speak BOLDLY like we ought to speak.
Listen, exercise Godly BOLDNESS in Christ Jesus, and let the Word of God be the standard for your life.

REMEMBER:
being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ;
{ Philippians 1:6}
