GOD IS WITH YOU,EVERY STEP OF THE WAY

“And the Lord, He is the One who goes before you, He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed.” (Deuteronomy 31:8).

No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life; as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you nor forsake you. Be strong and of good courage, for to this people you shall divide as an inheritance the land which I swore to their fathers to give them. Only be strong and very courageous, that you may observe to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may prosper wherever you go. This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” (Joshua 1:5‭-‬9 NKJV).

“For the Lord will not forsake His people, for His great name’s sake, because it has pleased the Lord to make you His people. Moreover, as for me, far be it from me that I should sin against the Lord in ceasing to pray for you; but I will teach you the good and the right way”. (I Samuel 12:22‭-‬23 NKJV).

“And David said to his son Solomon, “Be strong and of good courage, and do it; do not fear nor be dismayed, for the Lord God—my God—will be with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you, until you have finished all the work for the service of the house of the Lord”. (I Chronicles 28:20 NKJV)

“Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” So we may boldly say: “The Lord is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?”. (Hebrews 13:5‭-‬6 NKJV).

My 🙏🏽 Prayer…
Dear Lord,
Oh, how we love you. We love how you have already gone before us. We love that you have already paved the way. We love that when we step out in obedience, that you promise to continue to be with us, and you will then go behind us. Thank you for the promise that you will never leave us nor forsake us. That even if we don’t know every detail as to why you are telling us to go do something, that we can cling close to you staying attached to you, knowing you’ll direct us.

Please continue to direct us one next step at a time. Father, please give us peace and courage to do the next thing. Thank you for choosing us to partner with you to fulfill your purpose here “on earth as it is in Heaven.” (Matthew 6:10) We pray that in moments of weakness and doubt, that we would run closer to you and not run away. That when the future looks dim and looks nothing like what we expected that we know that you are the author of the story and know how this story ends.

You are a faithful God. Remind us that you are in control as we choose to trust you this day. Thank you for being sovereign over my life. We praise you, Father.
In JESUS’S NAME . AMEN ,AMEN AND AMEN. Thanks Howie for this wonderful prayer.

JUST PRAY

Praying For One Another, praying is a command from God. Prayer goes where you cannot go,do what you cannot do, and gives God access to your situation, and others.

You have not because you ask not, have you prayed, if you only pray when you need something, then you’re in trouble. Do you thank God after you pray.

“You lust and do not have. You murder and covet and cannot obtain. You fight and war. Yet you do not have because you do not ask. You ask and do not receive, because you ask amiss, that you may spend it on your pleasures. Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. Or do you think that the Scripture says in vain,

“The Spirit who dwells in us yearns jealously”? But He gives more grace. Therefore He says: “God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble.” Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded. Lament and mourn and weep! Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to gloom. Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up ” .(James 4:2‭-‬10 NKJV).

“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things. The things which you learned and received and heard and saw in me, these do, and the God of peace will be with you”. (Philippians 4:6‭-‬9 NKJV).

“praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints—” (Ephesians 6:18 NKJV).

“pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you”.(I Thessalonians 5:17‭-‬18 NKJV)

+Do we pray more for things than we pray for one another?
+Do we wait for others to call us with a problem before we pray for them?
James 5:16
Confess your faults one to another, and PRAY ONE FOR ANOTHER, THAT ALL OF YOU MAY BE HEALED. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.
EMPHASIS:
A. PRAY ONE FOR ANOTHER…
B. THAT ALL OF YOU MAY BE HEALED… (Please note that we also receive HEALING when we pray for one another).
Luke 18:1 (Jesus said)
…that men ought always to pray, and not to faint.
+I am praying for you and thank you for praying for me.
•Continue to let the WORD of God be the standard for our lives. Always LOVING others like Christ Jesus loves us while keeping our Faith, Trust and Confidence in Him.
•BLESSED we are and BLESSED we will always be and to God be all the GLORY. Amen!!!

ARE YOU LIVING BY FAITH ?

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. BUT WITHOUT FAITH IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO PLEASE HIM, FOR HE WHO COMES TO GOD MUST BELIEVE THAT HE IS, A REWARDER OF THOSE WHO DILIGENTLY SEEK HIM”. (Hebrews 11:1‭, ‬6 NKJV).

“Do you have faith? Have it to yourself before God. Happy is he who does not condemn himself in what he approves. But he who doubts is condemned if he eats, because he does not eat from faith; for whatever is not from faith is sin”. (Romans 14:22‭-‬23 NKJV).

“To the pure all things are pure, but to those who are defiled and unbelieving nothing is pure; but even their mind and conscience are defiled. They profess to know God, but in works they deny Him, being abominable, disobedient, and disqualified for every good work”. (Titus 1:15‭-‬16 NKJV).

The Importance of Living by FAITH
•Four times God said in the Bible “The JUST shall live by FAITH”

  1. Habakkuk 2:4

“Behold the proud, His soul is not upright in him; BUT THE JUST SHALL LIVE BY HIS FAITH.

2.Romans 1:17

“For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.”

3. Galatians 3:11

But that no one is justified by the law in the sight of God is evident, for “THE JUST SHALL LIVE BY FAITH.”

4. Hebrews 10:38

NOW THE JUST SHALL LIVE BY FAITH; But if anyone draws back, My soul has no pleasure in him.”
•The word JUST in scripture means justified ( just as if we have never sinned). It also means RIGHTEOUS.
•It is impossible to please God without faith, Hebrews 11:6.
•It doesn’t take any FAITH to live unholy and unrighteous, but it takes FAITH in Christ Jesus to live HOLY and RIGHTEOUS. Why?
Galatians 2:16 says,
Knowing that a man is not justified (or made righteous) by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ…
•You are righteous, justified, sanctified and holy because you live by the faith of the Lord Jesus Christ, and His redemptive work for us.
Blessed you are and blessed you will always be and to God be all the glory. Amen!

HUMILITY

BE HUMBLE

-Pride is to make yourself better than others and higher than others.

James 4:6-8 says,

“But he gives more GRACE. Therefore he says, God RESISTS the PROUD, but gives GRACE unto the HUMBLE.

SUBMIT yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Draw near to God, and HE will DRAW NEAR to you…”

Then 1 Peter 5:5-6 tells us,

Likewise, you younger, SUBMIT yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be SUBJECT one to another, and be clothed with HUMILITY: for God resists the PROUD, and gives GRACE to the HUMBLE.

HUMBLE yourselves therefore UNDER the MIGHTY HAND of God, that he may EXALT you in due time:

-Whosoever God exalts is still humble, but whosoever exalts himself is still proud.

+++Let the Word of God be the standard for your life.

God Sees and Rewards our Good Works
Colossians 3:23
And whatsoever all of you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men.
Hebrews 6:10
For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which all of you have showed toward his Name…
+God rewards us for the works we do in His Name and for His Glory.
+Let us not allow ourselves, others or that dumb devil to discourage our good works for the Lord.
+Do not allow anyone to use you or take advantage of you while you doing the Lord’s good works. Amen!
+In Mark 10:28-31 Jesus said He will give back to us 100% increased on the return for our good works.
+Even though the Lord rewards us for our good works, let us not do good works for the rewards but out of a heart of love for our Lord Jesus Christ.
Amen!
•Continue to let the WORD of God be the standard for your life. Always LOVING others like Christ Jesus loves us while keeping our Faith, Trust and Confidence in Him.
•BLESSED you are and BLESSED you will always be and to God be all the GLORY. Amen!

CHRIST JESUS FREED US FROM SIN OF ANY KIND.

Christ our Redeemer
1Pet 1:18-19 Christ is our Redeemer and He has redeemed us with His blood.
Gal 3:13 Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us…
Ps 103:4 The Lord redeems our lives from destruction.
Job 19:25 For I know that my redeemer lives, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth:
•The Lord Jesus Christ is our Redeemer. He has delivered us from sin and all the consequences from sin by means of His sacrificial death on the cross and His shed blood (His Redemptive Work).
•As the redeemed people of God in Christ Jesus we have a renewed life and eternal life. We have available to us in Christ healing, deliverance, protection, provision, prosperity, godly authority and supernatural power.
•All that we have given up and have lost for Christ will be restored to us. Christ our Lord is our Redeemer.
Mark 10:30 But you shall receive an hundredfold now in this time…
(Joel 2:25 ERV) …I will pay you back for those years of trouble.

Therefore, get to your problems before your problems get to you, and know that no weapon formed against you shall prosper in The Almighty Name of The Lord Jesus Christ!!!
+Problems come to defy (challenge) us, not to define us, or destroy us, but they will expose us.
+Problems are not of God. The enemy, ignorance and stubbornness causes problems.
+Whatever the cause may be God is always Merciful and Gracious unto us.
Romans 8:28
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
+Christ is our Wisdom when it comes to resolving problems. Just do what the Lord said to do in HIS WORD and HE will do the rest.
+And as for the enemy, he is a none-factor. He has been, still is and will always be a defeated enemy. That dumb devil.
•Continue to let the WORD of God be the standard for our lives. Always LOVING others like Christ Jesus loves us while keeping our Faith, Trust and Confidence in Him.
•BLESSED we are and BLESSED we will always be and to God be all the GLORY. Amen!!!

GOD IS ALWAYS WITH US.

“God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble”. (Psalms 46:1 NKJV).

“Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” So we may boldly say: “The Lord is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?” (Hebrews 13:5‭-‬6 NKJV).

Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God [set aside self-righteous pride], so that He may exalt you [to a place of honor in His service] at the appropriate time, casting all your cares [all your anxieties, all your worries, and all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares about you [with deepest affection, and watches over you very carefully]. ( 1 Peter 5:6‭-‬7 AMP).

•The Lord is forever present with us.
Psalm 139:7-10
Where shall I go from your spirit? or where shall I flee from your presence?
If I ascend up into heaven, you are there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, you are there.
If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;
Even there shall your hand lead me, and your right hand shall hold me.
•Everywhere we go, and everything we do, good or bag the Lord is right there with us. There is nowhere where He is not because He is Omnipresent.
Hebrews 13:5
…for He has said I will NEVER leave you nor forsake you.
•Let us always maintain reverence, honor and respect for the Lord. His Presence is with us at all times, and let us continue to please Him by walk in Love, Faith, Righteousness and Holiness.
•Let the Word of God be the standard for your life. Blessed you are and blessed you will always be and to God be all the glory. Amen!

GOD IS WATCHING

Ecclesiastes 12:14
For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.
1Corinthians 3:13-15
“Every man’s work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man’s work of what sort it is.
If any man’s work abide which he has built thereupon, he shall receive a reward.
If any man’s work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.
•In Christ we have all that pertains to life and godliness.
Colossians 3:23
And whatsoever all of you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men.
•Knowing that God’s work done His way will never lack His supply.
•Put the Love of God in everything you do, and in everything you do put your Faith in God.
•You will reap many rewards in this life and in the life to come.
•Continue to let the Word of God be the standard for your life. Blessed you are and blessed you will always be and to God be all the glory. Amen!

SIN IS A DEADLY KILLER

SINS PURPOSE IS TO TURN YOU AWAY FROM GOD. BUT ACCEPTING JESUS, AND REPENTING,IS TURNING YOUR BACK TO THE DEVIL,AND SIN.

“The soul who sins shall die. The son shall not bear the guilt of the father, nor the father bear the guilt of the son. The righteousness of the righteous shall be upon himself, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon himself. “But if a wicked man turns from all his sins which he has committed, keeps all My statutes, and does what is lawful and right, he shall surely live; he shall not die. None of the transgressions which he has committed shall be remembered against him; because of the righteousness which he has done, he shall live. Do I have any pleasure at all that the wicked should die?” says the Lord God , “ and not that he should turn from his ways and live? (Ezekiel 18:20-23).

“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord”.(Romans 6:23 NKJV).

And the Life [an aspect of His being] was revealed (made manifest, demonstrated), and we saw [as eyewitnesses] and are testifying to and declare to you the Life, the eternal Life [in Him] Who already existed with the Father and Who [actually] was made visible (was revealed) to us [His followers]. What we have seen and [ourselves] heard, we are also telling you, so that you too may realize and enjoy fellowship as partners and partakers with us. And [this] fellowship that we have [which is a distinguishing mark of Christians] is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ (the Messiah).

And we are now writing these things to you so that our joy [in seeing you included] may be full [and your joy may be complete]. And this is the message [the message of promise] which we have heard from Him and now are reporting to you: God is Light, and there is no darkness in Him at all [no, not in any way]. [So] if we say we are partakers together and enjoy fellowship with Him when we live and move and are walking about in darkness, we are [both] speaking falsely and do not live and practice the Truth [which the Gospel presents].

But if we [really] are living and walking in the Light, as He [Himself] is in the Light, we have [true, unbroken] fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses (removes) us from all sin and guilt [keeps us cleansed from sin in all its forms and manifestations]. If we say we have no sin [refusing to admit that we are sinners], we delude and lead ourselves astray, and the Truth [which the Gospel presents] is not in us [does not dwell in our hearts].

If we [freely] admit that we have sinned and confess our sins, He is faithful and just (true to His own nature and promises) and will forgive our sins [dismiss our lawlessness] and [continuously] cleanse us from all unrighteousness [everything not in conformity to His will in purpose, thought, and action]. If we say (claim) we have not sinned, we contradict His Word and make Him out to be false and a liar, and His Word is not in us [the divine message of the Gospel is not in our hearts].(1 John 1:2‭-‬10 AMPC)

But what does it say? The Word (God’s message in Christ) is near you, on your lips and in your heart; that is, the Word (the message, the basis and object) of faith which we preach, [Deut. 30:14.] Because if you acknowledge and confess with your lips that Jesus is Lord and in your heart believe (adhere to, trust in, and rely on the truth) that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart a person believes (adheres to, trusts in, and relies on Christ) and so is justified (declared righteous, acceptable to God), and with the mouth he confesses (declares openly and speaks out freely his faith) and confirms [his] salvation.

The Scripture says, No man who believes in Him [who adheres to, relies on, and trusts in Him] will [ever] be put to shame or be disappointed. [Ps. 34:22; Isa. 28:16; 49:23; Jer. 17:7.] [No one] for there is no distinction between Jew and Greek. The same Lord is Lord over all [of us] and He generously bestows His riches upon all who call upon Him [in faith]. For everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord [invoking Him as Lord] will be saved. [Joel 2:32.] But how are people to call upon Him Whom they have not believed [in Whom they have no faith, on Whom they have no reliance]? And how are they to believe in Him [adhere to, trust in, and rely upon Him] of Whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without a preacher? And how can men [be expected to] preach unless they are sent?

As it is written, How beautiful are the feet of those who bring glad tidings! [How welcome is the coming of those who preach the good news of His good things!] [Isa. 52:7.] But they have not all heeded the Gospel; for Isaiah says, Lord, who has believed (had faith in) what he has heard from us? [Isa. 53:1.] So faith comes by hearing [what is told], and what is heard comes by the preaching [of the message that came from the lips] of Christ (the Messiah Himself).(Romans 10:8‭-‬17 AMPC)

God’s Pleasure is for you to turn from sin, have you?
Revelation 4:11
You are worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for you have created all things, and for your PLEASURE they are and were created.
PLEASURE: to be pleased, satisfied and gratified with joy and happiness.
•Is God getting pleasure from the life that we are living for Him?
•How does God get pleasure from the life we live?
1. Mark 12:30 Love God with all your Heart, Soul, Mind and Strength.
2. Proverb 3:5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and Mark 11:22 have faith in God.
3. Study and meditate God’s Word day and night.
4. Giving God meaningful Thanksgiving, Praise and Worship.

BE LIKE A TREE

God tells us to be like a tree, for a reason. TREES ARE ROOTED AND, GROUNDED,no matter what the season ,or the weather conditions during the storms of life,it still remains the same. The Bible says,

“Blessed is the man Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, Nor stands in the path of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful; But his delight is in the law of the Lord, And in His law he meditates day and night.

He shall be like a tree Planted by the rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season, Whose leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper. The ungodly are not so, But are like the chaff which the wind drives away. Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, Nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. For the Lord knows the way of the righteous, But the way of the ungodly shall perish”. (Psalms 1:1‭-‬6 NKJV).

“The righteous shall flourish like a palm tree, He shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. Those who are planted in the house of the Lord Shall flourish in the courts of our God. They shall still bear fruit in old age; They shall be fresh and flourishing, To declare that the Lord is upright; He is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in Him”. (Psalms 92:12‭-‬15 NKJV).

“Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, And whose hope is the Lord. FOR HE SHALL BE LIKE A TREE PLANTED BY THE WATERS, Which SPREADS out IT’S ROOTS BY THE RIVER, AND WILL NOT FEAR WHEN HEAT COMES; BUT ITS LEAF WILL BE GREEN, And will not be anxious in the year of drought, Nor will cease from yielding fruit”. (JEREMIAH 17:7‭-‬8 NKJV)

For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, from whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man, that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height— to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.
Ephesians 3:14‭-‬21 NKJV

Don’t Give Up On God, His Word, and His Promises. STAND LIKE A TREE.
+Our God is Eternally Faithful to His Word, and to the fulfillment of all His promises.
Matthew 24:35
Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
Isaiah 55:11
So shall my word be that goes forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.
+God’s Promises in His Word are sent to us. Once we receive the Word of God with Faith it will not return to God Void, but it will accomplish and establish the Promises of God in our lives. Hallelujahs to Jesus!

DIVINE PROTECTION

God Protects and Defends
His People
+God’s Holy Angels are used in His Protection Plan for His People.
Hebrews 1:14
Are they not all ministering spirits (Angels), sent forth to minister (give attendance or servanthood) to them who shall be heirs of salvation?
+Heirs of Salvation are the children of God.
Psalm 91:11
For he shall give his angels charge over us, to keep us in all our ways.
+This is a warning to those who would dear to bring harm to the children of God.
Matthew 18:10
Take heed that you despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, that in heaven their ANGELS do always behold the face of my Father who is in heaven.
+God always has at least one Angel assigned to everyone of His Children as a part of His protection plan for us. Amen and thank you Lord.
