Is it amazing that there is division among those who are religious –  there are so many different opinions, ideas or ideologies; yet there is only one God and one mediator between God and men, and it is the man Christ Jesus.He is the only one who gave Himself a ransom for all (1 Timothy 2:5-6).So why are believers divided?

It is always the plan of the enemy to deceive us by dividing us. But God tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6 to trust in the Lord with all our heart and our mind, rely not on our own understanding, but in all our ways acknowledge Him and he will direct our path. So this is the main reason why there is so much division amongst believers. We are relying on our own futile thinking and understanding, while not acknowledging the omnipotent and omniscient God we serve.

But Paul wants us to know that like the Philippians back then, it is very important in these latter days that we are united. Philippians 2:1-3 says, If there be any consolation or encouragement in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the spirit, if any affection and mercy, fulfill my joy by being like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord and of one mind. We should do nothing because of selfish desires or ambitions or conceit, but in lowliness and humility always look at others as better than we are. We should adopt the ways of Jesus Christ; John 14:6 tells us He is the only way, truth and life and no one gets to God without going through Him.

Jesus, who is God in the flesh, did not exalt Himself, but was about His Father’s business and was obedient to death. If we are true Christians there should be no division among us because there was no division between God, Jesus, nor the Holy Spirit. If everyone would stop trying to make a name for themselves and stop trying to out do each other, but instead be like John and Paul who said, “I must decrease, so Christ can increase,” and “For me to live is Christ, and to die is gain,” then there would be more unity among the believers in Christ (John 3:30 and Philippians 1:21).

If God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit were not united, then the devil would not be defeated. And if we are not united as the church who is the body of Christ, then we will not be more than conquerors through Jesus Christ. Being a conqueror is nothing compared to being more than a conqueror. When you know you are more than a conqueror, you know you are walking in the power and authority Jesus gave us − to tread upon serpents and scorpions and all the power of the enemy.

As believers we need to move from the divided plans of the enemy to divine plans of God. United we can stand against the tricks of the enemy but divided we will fall. The devil has been trying to divide us from God for years, but we must remind him that Romans 8:35 says that nothing can separate (or cause a division) between us and the love of Christ.

Look at it like this: nothing shall separate the authentic Christian from the love of Christ, not tribulation, or distress, nor persecution, famine, nakedness, peril, or sword. We might be killed all the day long and slaughtered like sheep but despite all these things we are more than conquerors and overwhelming victory is ours through Christ Jesus. Like Paul we must be persuaded and overly convinced that nothing can ever separate us from His love; not death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, not things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature shall be able to separate or divide us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 8:35-39).

So why do we want to create division in the church if nothing can separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus? Why are we allowing the devil to let us think that we are better than other churches or denominations when Philippians 2:3 tells us not to do anything through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself?

Ephesians 4:1-6 reminds us that as the church we are to walk worthy of the vocation to which we are called with lowliness and meekness, with long-suffering, forbearing each other in love. Endeavoring to keep the unity of the spirit in the bond of peace. There is one body (the church), one spirit (Holy Spirit) even as ye are called in the hope of your calling one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all and in you all. So why are we divided?

Remember Ephesians 2:8-10 tells us, it is by grace that we are saved through faith; and it is not of ourselves, but it is the gift of God. Not of works least any man should boast, for we are His workmanship created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

God has raised us up together and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. So why do you allow the devil to divide the body of Christ? STOP IT.

People of God love the quote, “When I think of the goodness of Jesus and all that He has done for me my soul cries out Hallelujah! Thank You Lord for saving me.” David in Psalm 37:7-10 says, “How excellent is thy loving kindness, O God! Therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of Thy wings.” In Psalm 91:1 we read that only he who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty; he shall boldly declare that God is our refuge and fortress.

God’s generosity started when He created us in His image and likeness; before we were even born He had plans for us. However, it is so sad when we reject Him after He has so many wonderful plans for us. We failed Him in the garden of Eden and at times we still fall short of His glory. His generosities allow Him the privilege of demonstrating His love towards us in our sinful, destitute, desolate and devastating conditions by sending His only begotten Son Jesus to die, redeem, and then restore us by shedding His blood and dieing to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. This proves that His generosity extended before we were created, even more so because of the privileges Adam had before he sinned.

We experience God’s generosity when we seek Him first as Matthew 6:33 and Psalm 37:4 tells us. Psalm 36:8 tells us that we shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of God’s house and drink of the rivers of His pleasures. Philippians 4:19 tells us the extent of His generosity because He supplies all our needs according to His riches in glory through Christ Jesus.

Only when we delight in God as Psalm 37:4 and Matthew 6:33 tells us, will we be able to be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of His house – riches in glory as Phil. 4:19 says – and drink of the river of His pleasures. As Jesus told the women at the well, those who drink of His living water will never thirst again. It is only in God through Christ Jesus that we will enjoy the fountain of life. David talks about this in Psalm 36:9, in His light we will see light because Jesus is the light of the world.

The prayer David prayed in Psalm 36:10-11, I also pray. Lord, continue thy lovingkindness to them that know You and Thy righteousness to the upright in heart. Let not the foot of pride come against us and let not the hand of the wicked remove us. In the name of Jesus.

Your life is in God’s hands; therefore, if you are too busy to find time for God then when you are in a crisis or any kind of trouble, don’t be disappointed if He is too busy assisting or helping the faithful and righteous folks who are always seeking, praising and thanking Him. If you don’t sow your time with Him how do you expect to reap His attention. One thing for sure is that James 5:16 is so true, when it says, “…The effectual fervent prayers of the righteous availeth much.” I am living proof of this scripture along with Elijah, Daniel, the Apostle Paul, Jesus our redeemer, and billions of other people past and present who have proven this fact.

Why is God your second, third, or last option, instead of your first? Don’t you know that if you seek Him first and His righteousness He will in turn add everything you need, like shelter, food, a car, a job and everything else as Matthew 6:33 tells us. Must I also remind you that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him, as Hebrews 11:6 points out. Have you forgotten that He is the one that owns everything you seek? What in the world could captivate and consume you so much that you can’t acknowledge your Creator.

If you are working on a job and you keep ignoring your boss and his wishes, sooner or later he will fire you. If you ignore your spouse eventually they will divorce you. If you neglect your children when they are young, then they will neglect you when you are old and in need of them. So why would you think that if you ignore the God of the universe, sooner or later He will not do the same to you? Yes, He is loving, kind, full of mercies and compassion, but when He feels that He has given you enough chances and time to turn from your wicked and sinful ways, then He will literally take your breath away, and it will be too late then. IS THAT WHAT YOU WANT?

In Hebrews 2:3 He wants to know, how and why shall you escape His judgement, when you keep neglecting His plan of salvation  through His only begotten Son, whom He sent to redeem you? John 14:6 tells us that Jesus is the only way to God; He is the truth, and the giver of eternal life. Are you too busy to see this and desire Him? Most people go out of their way to obtain and pay for a life insurance policy that does not give eternal or everlasting life; But the only policy that does give everlasting life and the only one who guarantees and paid with His life so that we can have life in abundance, people are refusing to accept it.  This is a policy that does not expire or lapse, and the giver and guarantor of this policy never lies or goes back on His word. In Numbers 23:19 it  clearly and explicitly states that,”God is not a man, that He should lie, neither the son of man, that He should repent, hath He said and shall He not do it? Or hath He spoken and shall He not make it good.” Isn’t it amazing how we are so quick and eager to get things that does not last forever, yet the one thing that does last forever we refuse it. It’s sad to see how people desperately prepare and get things that’s not promising and the things that are good for them, they ignore.

They claim nothing in life is free; However, this heavenly policy is free and it sets you free, it was bought and paid for by the blood of Jesus at Calvary. This policy was drawn up by Our Heavenly Father and it has no loopholes or hidden agendas attached to it. When you obtain this heavenly policy it has a lifetime guarantee after you die and leave this earth. However, it’s only attainable by accepting God’s free gift of His only begotten Son Jesus Christ. Romans 10:9 states, “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” This is the only way your Heavenly policy will be activated, and you can rejoice that your name will be written in the book of life as Luke 10:19 and Revelation 3:5 tells us. Yes, you will live forever, according to this policy; so why not try it? You will lose more by not accepting it.

This Heavenly policy offers and guarantees more than eternal life, whatever problems, sickness and all manner of evil that we are experiencing now, will no longer exist when earth passes away and everything will be made new, as written in Revelation 21:4-5, “And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes, and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be anymore pain; for the former things are passed away; And He that sat upon the throne said, Behold I make all things new…” Remember, it is impossible for God to lie as Hebrew 6:18 points out to us. 2 Peter 3:9 tells us that, “The Lord is not slack concerning His promises…” So are you willing to accept God’s heavenly policy?  Just go to the top of this blog, click on to the salvation page, and follow the instructions so that your name will be written in the Lambs book of life.

This is an all-inclusive and exclusive policy, but I must remind you also that in order to keep this policy, and claim it later, you must remain righteous. As long as you can read it, that means you hear it;                                                                        As long as you hear it, you can understand it;                                                                             As long as you understand it, you must apply it;                                                                          As long as you apply it, you should meditate on it;                                                                   As long as you meditate on it, now it’s time to live it .

Yes I am referring to the Bible, it is by far the most interesting book ever written, and has out lived generations of people, in the past, present, and will for future generations, so why fight it, read it.  The Bible helps us discover our true purpose in life. Blessed is he that read, and hear the words of its prophecy, and keep those things which are written in it.(Revelations 1:3). Now if you want to foolishly think that mere man wrote this book without Gods inspiration of what to write, then tell me how these men could predict what is taking place now to write about it. All this Godlessness in the last days ( 2 Timothy 3:1-7 ; Titus 1:16; Matthew 7:15; 2 Peter 2:20-21; 1 Timothy 4:1). All scriptures is given by the inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, correction, and instruction into righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16), how about that, keep mocking Gods word all its prophecy has been fulfilled (Jude 16-18).  God is telling you words so that you, and your household will be saved( Acts 11:14). In the beginning was the word,and the word was with God, and the word was God, (John 1:1) that word was referring to Jesus, His only begotten son. And the word was made flesh, and dwelt among us…full  of grace and truth..For God so love us, He gave us His son,so we can live forever (John 3:16;John 6:40;John 14:6). Listen you hear the message, God is calling you (Revelation 3:20-22).

According to Proverbs 13:22 “A good man leaveth an inheritance to his childrens children,and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just”.An inheritance is simple something passed down from parents to children,and everyone has an inheritance,be it a generational curse or blessing. Unfortunately,most people only associate inheritance with land,money,jewelry,and other earthly possession,which can be stolen or destroyed. An inheritance is passed on most if the time after death,because ,you can’t take anything from this earth with you. However,there is an inheritance that you can take with you,and it’s more valuable than all earthly possessions,and it will be waiting for you in eternity,if you plan to go there. What earthly possession can ve more priceless and valuable than the word of God,which will teach you, keep you,guide you,comfort you,give wisdom,knowledge,understanding and a whole lot more. King David said in Psalms 119:72 “The law of thy mouth is better unto me,than thousands of gold and silver”. However,in Deuteronomy 6:6&7 it says,”And these words,which I command thee this day,shall be in thine heart,and thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children,and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house,and when thou walkest by the way,and when thou liest down,and when thou risest up. Then Deuteronomy 8:18 explains it this way,”But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God,for it is He who giveth thee power to get wealth,that He may establish His covenant which He swore unto thy fathers as it is this day,then He repeats it in Deut. 11:16-22. Some folks store up earthly inheritance for their children,yet refuse to reveal the source of the inheritance,but Matthew 6:19-21 plainly says,” Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth,where moth and rust doth corrupt,and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven,where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt,and where thieves do not break through nor steal:For where your treasure is,there will your be also”. The best kind of inheritance a parent can leave for a child is God’s word,and 1Peter 1:3-5 describes it like this,”Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,who according to His abundant mercy,hath begotten us again into a living hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,to an inheritance incorruptible,and undefiled,and that fadeth not away,reserved in heaven for you. Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time”.
Hebrews 9:15 says,”How much more shall the blood of Christ,who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God,purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? And  for this cause He is the mediator of the new testament,that by means of death,for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament,they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance”. What’s significant to you? An earthly inheritance that is temporary or an heavenly inheritance that last a lifetime. Ephesians 6:4 says,”And,ye fathers,provoke not your chikdren to wrath,but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord”. And Proverbs 22:6 says,”Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old,he will not depart from it” what kind of inheritance are you leaving for your children? The worlds goods or heavenly treasures. There is nothing wrong with earthly inheritance as long as they know who created it,and them. The main question is: will you receive an heavenly inheritance,which only comes through Christ Jesus,if not,get started by going to the top of this blog,click on to the salvation page and get started,then allow the Holy Spirit to teach,lead and direct you for the rest of the way.

Therefore,if any man be in Christ,he is a new creation;old things are passed away;behold,all things are become nee;and all things are of God,who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ,and hath given us the ministry of reconciliation {2 Corinthians 5:17&18}. So we should do as Paul said in Philippians 3:13&14,”forget those things which are behind,and reach forth unto those things which are before,and press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus”. However,we must see,then,that we walk circumspectly,not as fools but as wise,redeeming the time,because the days are evil,wherefore,be ye not unwise,but understanding what the will of the Lord is,as Ephesians 5:15-17 suggest. How do we do this? Romans 12:1&2 says,you should present  your bodied a living sacrifice,holy,acceptable unto God,which is your reasonable service;and be not conformed to this world,but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind,that ye may prove what is that good,and acceptable,and perfect,will of God. As children of God,remember what Jesus said,in John 16:33″In the world ye shall have tribulation,but be of good cheer;I have overcome the world”. In Joshua 1:5 and Hebrews 13:5 He promises never to leave nor forsake us. Also in Isaiah 43:1&2 He said,”fear not ,for I have redeemed thee,I have called thee by thy name;thou att mine. When thou passest through the waters,I will be with thee;and through the rivers,they shall not overflow thee;when thou walkest through the fire,thou shalt not be burned,neither shall the flame kindle upon thee”. Don’t forget that no matter what you face,or go through that as Romans 8:28 indicates,”all things work together for good to those who love God,to them who are the called according to His purpose”. Yes,He has called us all,and we all have a purpose. The thing about us is that we are the apple of His eyes (Deuteronomy 32:10),we are written in the palm if His hands(Isaiah 49:16),and nothing can seperate us from God’s love as Romans 8:35-39 tells us. So as Joshua 24:15 says,”Choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve….” There is none upon earth that we should desire more than God,so if you desire to know Him,get started by going to the top of this blog,click on to the salvation page,follow the instructions,then allow the Holy Spirit to lead,guide,anf direct you.

When someone says,come now,come here or come quickly,there is an urgency to there call,and it’s important that you move quickly.When your boss,spouse, or anyone calls ,people have a tendency to hop ,skip,and jump. Yet when God calls they tend to hesitate,ignore, and harden their hearts and minds. Isn’t God more important,and powerful than all those people? Why don’t people listen and obey when God speaks? When God calls,it’s for a reason,and He is telling you something important. Listen to what He says, “Come now,and let us reason together,saith the Lord;though your sins be as scarlet,they shall be as white as snow;though they be red like crimson,they shall be as wool. If ye be willing and obedient,ye shall eat the good of the land. But if ye refuse and rebel,ye shall be devoured with the sword;for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it”{Isaiah 1:18-20}. How long halt ye between two opinions? If the Lord be God,follow Him;but if Ba’al(satan),then follow him..(1Kings 18:21). “Come unto me,all ye that labor and are heavy laden,and I will give you rest”{Matthew 11:28}.”Ho,everyone that thirsteth,come to the waters,and he
that hath no money;come,buy and eat;yea,come,buy wine and milk without money and without price. Why do ye spend money for that which is not bread? And your labor for that which satisfieth not ? Hearken diligently unto me,and eat that which is good,and let your soul delight itself in fatness. Incline your ear,and come unto me;hear,and your soul shall live,and I will make an everlasting covenant with you,even the sure mercies of David” {Isaiah 55:1-3}. Wherefore,as the Holy Spirit saith,Today if ye will hear His voice,harden not your hearts…(Hebrews 3:7-12).

It’s not difficult to abstain from sexual immorality,and evil,when you ask yourself: who do I love the most? God or self. What’s my greatest desire? To please God or self. What is more rewarding, satisfying or gratifying? Going to heaven or hell; one night of sin or eternity in heaven. Obeying or disobeying the creator of heaven and earth. Remember, He said, “Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams. For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry…{1Samuel 15:22&23}.

The question is: are you willing to sacrifice the love of God for self or anything else? Are you ready and willing to give up a chance of eternity? If yes, for what? Is it really worth it? The question is before you. What is your decision? What if Jesus returns, while I am being disobedient and unfaithful to God? Do you know about the tribulation period? If not, read about it, because, if life is difficult now,it will be worse at that time.

I love what God says in Joshua 24:14&15 “Now, therefore, fear the Lord, and serve Him in sincerity and in truth; and put away the gods which your fathers served… And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom you will serve… But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” Who do you love the most and prefer to please? Is it God or self? When you have a relationship with God, you will want to please Him. In Matthew 16:23 Jesus said, “If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.” This means you have to forget yourself, deny yourself, deprive yourself of the things that you think will make you happy, and put God first. Romans 12:1&2 says,”I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service, and be not conformed to this world, but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”

Then 1 Corinthians 3:16 &17 reminds us,”Know ye not that ye are the temple if God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.”
