KNOW THE TRUTH ,AND CHANGE.

~The Truth Requires Changes in your mindset, and your lifestyle ~

“And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”(John 8:32 NKJV).

The quote reminds us that you can teach a person the truth, but you cannot force that person to accept it. A person may hear the Word of God, understand the message, and still refuse to repent because the truth exposes sin and demands change.

The Lord Jesus Christ said in John 3:19 (KJV): “And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.”

Many people do not reject the truth because they have never heard it; some reject it because they love their sins more than they love righteousness. The truth of God’s Word confronts our pride, exposes our wickedness, and calls us to repentance.

The Bible declares in Proverbs 12:15 (KJV): “The way of a fool is right in his own eyes: but he that hearkeneth unto counsel is wise.”

A wise person is willing to be corrected by the Word of God, but a foolish person hardens his heart and refuses instruction. We must remember that our responsibility is to proclaim the truth in love, not to force people to believe. It is God who works in the heart, and every person is responsible for how he responds to His Word.

James 1:22 (KJV) warns us: “But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.”

Do not merely hear the truth—obey it! Do not defend your sins when God commands you to repent. Do not reject correction simply because it hurts your pride. The purpose of God’s truth is not to make us comfortable in our sins, but to lead us to repentance and a transformed life through Jesus Christ.

Examine your heart today. Are you willing to change when God’s Word corrects you, or do you only want to hear what pleases you? Remember, knowing the truth is not enough if you refuse to obey it.

Repent, humble yourself before God, and let His Word transform your life. The truth may hurt your pride, but rejecting the truth can destroy your soul.

“I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; and they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. ”(2 Timothy 4:1-4 KJV).
