Jesus died for us ,so that we can be in right standing with God, OUR FATHER.  He is the way,the truth, and the life. He showed us how to have a personal relationship with God, yet many refuse to adopt the Personality and Character of Christ.
Personality is who we are as a person.
Character are the things we do out of the person we are.

Genesis 1:26 KJVS says:
“And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness…”

Genesis 1:26 AMP – Then God said, “Let Us (Father, Son, Holy Spirit) make man in Our image, according to Our likeness [not physical, but a spiritual personality and moral likeness]…

+The Image of God has to do with who God is in His Infinite Totality in His Triune Being (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) with His Personality and Character.

+Likeness is to function like God in His Personality, Character and Ways.
Ephesians 5:1 AMP tells us :
Therefore become imitators of God [copy Him and follow His example], as well-beloved children [imitate their father]…
+We are Blessed to be called Children of God.

2 Corinthians 6:16 KJVS reminds us that :
…for you are the Temple of the Living God; as God has said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

+God our Heavenly Father and Christ Jesus His Son, and our Savior are in us by His Holy Spirit and His Word.

1 Corinthians 6:17 and John 1:1
He that is joined unto the Lord is One Spirit, and the Word is God.

+By the Spirit of God we bear the Personality of God.
+By the Fruit of the Spirit we bear the Characteristics of God, Galatians 5:22-23.
+And by the Gifts of the Spirit we function like God, 1 Corinthians Ch-12.

+We are so blessed to be called Children of God.
+Hallelujahs to Jesus and, Amen!

Continue to let the WORD of God be the standard for your life. Always LOVING others like Christ Jesus loves us while keeping our Faith, Trust and Confidence in Him.
