How Often Do We Pray For One Another?
-Do we pray more for things than we pray for one another?
-Do we wait for others to call us with a problem before we pray for them?
James 5:16 tells us to:
Confess your faults one to another, and PRAY ONE FOR ANOTHER, THAT ALL OF YOU MAY BE HEALED. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.
EMPHASIS:
A. PRAY ONE FOR ANOTHER…
B. THAT ALL OF YOU MAY BE HEALED… (Please note that we also receive HEALING when we pray for one another).
In Luke 18:1 , Jesus said :
…that men ought always to pray, and not to faint.
Prayer and Forgiveness work together,
Mark 12:25-26 says:
” And when all of you stand praying, FORGIVE, if all of you have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may FORGIVE you your trespasses.
But if all of you do not FORGIVE, neither will your Father which is in heaven FORGIVE your trespasses.
•UNFORGIVENESS breaks our fellowship with God and it gives the devil entrance to our lives.
•Forgiveness from our hearts toward others keeps us in fellowship with God. Forgiveness is one of the many ways of submitting ourselves to God while resisting the devil so he the devil will flee from us.
•Remember UNFORGIVENESS is SIN, and if we have the SIN of UNFORGIVENESS in our hearts God will not FORGIVE us of our sins nor answer our prayers.
“Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.”[ Ephesians 3 :20-21 NKJV].

Hope and Enlightenment 
My prayer this night for you:
Lord, I thank you for Ozzie and the heart you gave him to minister to my soul and many others. You put Ozzie in this world for something; confirm, strengthen & encourage him that a major work life-purpose you have for him is to continue to feed your sheep, to pour out to others the way, the truth and the life you pour into him. Assure him that the Word he shares does not go out in vain, but accomplishes God’s purpose to teach, heal, and transform lives, mine being one of them. Hallelujahs to Jesus! Continue to enable him to glorify you in all that he says, in all that does, and with all that he has. Lord, you know the specific needs Ozzie has. Give him surpassing peace and rest in the knowledge that you are supplying, nanosecond by nanosecond, all his needs according to your riches in glory. Not in worldly riches, but riches in glory, to have the victory in Jesus to be an overcomer and sit with Jesus on his throne. And to be an exceeding great help to others on their pilgrimage. Bless Ozzie and all that pertains to him. In the mighty name of Jesus, Amen!!
