FIRST Take Control of Your Thoughts
+After you have put out of your mind everything thing that opposes and contradicts the Word and the Will of God you will experience inner peace.
Philippians 4:7
And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
+And to maintain your inner peace this is what you do.
Philippians 4:8
Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable, if anything is excellent, or praiseworthy, think about such things.
