“Then David and the people who were with him raised their voices and wept until they were too exhausted to weep [any longer]. Now David’s two wives had been captured, Ahinoam the Jezreelitess and Abigail the widow of Nabal the Carmelite. Further, David was greatly distressed because the people spoke of stoning him, for all of them were embittered, each man for his sons and daughters. But David felt strengthened and encouraged in the Lord his God”. (1 Samuel 30:4-6 AMP).
“At my first trial no one supported me [as an advocate] or stood with me, but they all deserted me. May it not be counted against them [by God]. But the Lord stood by me and strengthened and empowered me, so that through me the [gospel] message might be fully proclaimed, and that all the Gentiles might hear it; and I was rescued from the mouth of the lion. The Lord will rescue me from every evil assault, and He will bring me safely into His heavenly kingdom; to Him be the glory forever and ever. Amen”.(2 Timothy 4:16-18 AMP).
You Don’t Have To Give Up
2 Corinthians 4:16-18
16 For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.
17 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, works for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory.
18 While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.
(For we walk by faith, not by sight:)
+Remember what it means to go through something. Going through means you are passing through, and since you are passing through do not stop. Keep marching forward like a soldier in the army of God and you will eventually come out of it, or it will pass you by.
+You cannot be defeated unless you allow it.
+Give the Lord all that He requires from you in Love and Faith in Him.
+The Lord’s Victory is your Victory.
•Continue to let the WORD of God be the standard for your life. Always LOVING others like Christ Jesus loves us while keeping our faith, trust and confidence in Him.
•BLESSED you are and BLESSED you will always be and to God be all the GLORY. Amen!
