Anger has caused us to do,and say things that’s destructive to others and ourselves. That’s why God tells us not to get angry.

Spiritual Anger Management starts in Ecclesiastes 7:9 which state’s:

Be not hasty in your spirit to be angry: for anger rests in the bosom of fools.

Then Ephesians 4:26-27 says,

26 Be all of you angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath (or anger):

27 Neither give place to the devil.

•Anger out of control gives the devil entrance into your life.

•Uncontrolled anger causes violence, hurts, breaks in relationships and sad to say even deaths.

•When you walk in love, joy, and peace you nullify and bring to nothing the vicious beast of anger.

Spiritual Anger Management Pt. 2

James 1:19-20

“Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath (or to get anger); For the wrath (or anger) of man works not the righteousness of God.

•Resist and avoid anger at all cost.

James 3:18

…the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.

Philippians 4:7

And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ  Jesus.

•Where there is love, joy and peace anger must cease. Continue in love, joy

•When you are angry your peace can be interrupted. Release the anger and keep your peace.

•Peace is the fruit of the Spirit, Galatians 5:22-23. This means your peace is of God.

Matt 5:9

Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.

•Peacemakers are blessed children of God.

•Peacemakers are not angry people. Neither do they get angry easily and if they get angry they do not get violently out of control and sin.

•When anger comes your way remember Your Heavenly Father is your Jehovah Shalom and Jesus is your Prince of Peace.

The Lord passed in front of Moses, calling out, “Yahweh! The Lord ! The God of compassion and mercy! I am slow to anger and filled with unfailing love and faithfulness. I lavish unfailing love to a thousand generations. I forgive iniquity, rebellion, and sin. But I do not excuse the guilty. I lay the sins of the parents upon their children and grandchildren; the entire family is affected— even children in the third and fourth generations.”[Exodus 34:6‭-‬7 NLT]

+++Blessed you are and blessed you will always be and to God be all the glory. Amen!
