SCRIPTURES FOR DEPRESSION

It is no secret what God can do. What He has done for others, He will do for you. With arms wide open He will pardon.
1 Peter 4:7 “But the end of all things is at hand; be ye, therefore, sober-minded and watch unto prayer.”
1 Peter 5:7-8 “Casting all your care upon Him; for He careth for you. Be sober, be vigilant, because your adversary, the devil, like a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour. “But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after ye have suffered awhile, make you perfect, established, strengthen, settle you. To Him be glory and dominion forever and ever, Amen.”
Psalm 34:17 “The righteous cry and the Lord heareth, and delivered them out of all their troubles.”
James 1:2-4 “My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into various trials, knowing this that the testing of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire lacking nothing.”
“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28
V. “If God be for us, who can be against us? v.33 “who shall lay anything to the charge of God’s elect? v.34 “Who is it that commandeth? Jesus is at God’s right hand interceding for us.” v.35 “So what shall separate us from God.” v.37 “In all things we are more than conquerors through Christ who love us” v.39 “nothing can separate us from the love of God, which is Christ Jesus.”
Psalm 34:19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord delivereth him out of them all.
1 Peter 1:5-7 “We are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. In this ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold  trials, that the trying of your faith is precious than gold.”
