JEALOUSY

Most people, especially Christians, love to say that they are jealous like their heavenly Father, because God said, He is a jealous God in Exodus 20:5. But they fail to realize  that God’s jealousy does not have hatred, bitterness, strife or anything evil attached to it. Because if He did, He would have wiped everyone out instead of sending His only begotten son Jesus Christ to redeem us. Jealousy is defined as an emotion that stimulates intolerance of unfaithfulness. However, we serve a merciful God whose jealousy has unconditional and unfailing love attach to us.

God’s jealousy does not have malice or contention attached to it, only forgiveness with a clause that says, “If we confess our sins He is faithful and just to forgive us of our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness”(1 John 1:9). God, when He gets jealous, once we confess  our sin, He will forgive us and apply the soap called the Blood of Jesus to clean us and make us as white as snow. He does not hold it against us and add it every mistake we’ve made. It is so easy to use the Bible to justify our faults, but we don’t use it to do the right things that He requires us to do in the ten commandments. God’s jealousy is unlike ours in many ways;God’s jealousy has the fruit of the Spirit attached to it in Galatians 5:22-23.

BUT THE FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT IS LOVE, JOY, PEACE, LONG-SUFFERING, GENTLENESS, GOODNESS, FAITH, MEEKNESS AND SELF-CONTROL.”  When you are jealous and you portray these Godly characteristics, then you are behaving like your heavenly Father. However, if you portray the opposite then you are like your earthly father. So lets portray Godly jealousy that leads to happiness for everyone.

Nahum 1:2-7
God is jealous, and the Lord avenges; The Lord avenges and is furious. The Lord will take vengeance on His adversaries, And He reserves wrath for His enemies; The Lord is slow to anger and great in power, And will not at all acquit the wicked. The Lord has His way In the whirlwind and in the storm, And the clouds are the dust of His feet. Who can stand before His indignation? And who can endure the fierceness of His anger? His fury is poured out like fire, And the rocks are thrown down by Him. The Lord is good, A stronghold in the day of trouble; And He knows those who trust in Him.

GODLY QUALITIES

“To those who have obtained like precious faith with us by the righteousness of our God and savior Jesus Christ: Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and Godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue, by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escape the corruption that is in the world through lust.

But also for this very reason ,giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue,to virtue knowledge,to knowledge self-control,to self-control perseverance,to perseverance Godliness,to Godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love. For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective, and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. But if anyone does not have them,he is nearsighted and blind, and has forgotten that he has been cleansed from his past sins

Therefore, my brothers be all the more eager to make your calling and election sure. For if you do these things, you will never fall, and you will receive a rich welcome into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ” (2 Peter 1:1-11).

If you are not saved(through Jesus) it means you are not entitled to God’s promises. So take this opportunity to do so, by going to the top of this blog. Click on to the salvation page and follow the instructions. Trust me it will be the best thing that you ever did.

All praises, glory, honor, and thanks go to God for using me to get His message out to His children.

WHEN YOU KNOW

Colossians 4:2-4
Continue earnestly in prayer, being vigilant in it with thanksgiving; meanwhile praying also for us, that God would open to us a door for the word, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in chains, that I may make it manifest, as I ought to speak.
When you know God personally, no one can shut you up or stop you from speaking boldly. When you have studied, as  2 Timothy 2:15 tells us, to show ourselves approved of God, rightly dividing the word of truth, then like Apollos you will speak boldly, eloquently, with great enthusiasm and accuracy about Jesus Christ and what He did for us. When you know God you have no fear because He did not give us the spirit of fear or timidity (2 Timothy 1:7) but of power, love and a sound mind. And like Apollos we should not fear but be fierce, tenacious and fervent in the Spirit.

What I love about Apollos is that he was humble. Even though he knew a lot and was very educated, he never thought he knew everything and he let Aquilla and Priscilla broaden his knowledge by explaining and teaching him the perfect ways of God. Which as the saying goes, “You are never too old to learn,” and “There is always room for improvement.” You can never improve if you are not willing to improve or be taught. God comes up with new and improved ways for people to do their five fold duties or to teach or preach. One can’t be too pompous to the point where there is no room for improvement and God can’t use you if you are stuck-up, proud and prideful.

You have to admire the fire Apollos displayed; he was not ashamed of the gospel of Christ and he publicly divided the word of truth from the scriptures as we see in Acts 18:28. When you know God and have a relationship with him, no one can stand up against you because God never leaves or forsakes you, plus He raises the standard up when the enemy comes in like a flood.

No matter how articulate you are or how eloquently you put words together, if you are not open to suggestions or improvement then God cannot use you. That’s why Psalm 25:9 tells us that God will guide you and teach you His ways if you are humble. You must also remember Isaiah 55:8-9 tells us that our ways and thoughts are not like His; they are a very, very great distance apart. Yet, if we are willing to be humble like Apollos we can go a very long way.

If you desire to be humble all you have to do is ask God through prayer. But if you really want Him in your life to teach and direct you, then you need to have a relationship with Him. This you can do by accepting the gift of His Son Jesus Christ. Visit the Salvation page at the top of this blog site for more information.
2 Corinthians 3:9-18
For if the ministry of condemnation had glory, the ministry of righteousness exceeds much more in glory. For even what was made glorious had no glory in this respect, because of the glory that excels. For if what is passing away was glorious, what remains is much more glorious. Therefore, since we have such hope, we use great boldness of speech— unlike Moses, who put a veil over his face so that the children of Israel could not look steadily at the end of what was passing away. But their minds were blinded. For until this day the same veil remains unlifted in the reading of the Old Testament, because the veil is taken away in Christ. But even to this day, when Moses is read, a veil lies on their heart. Nevertheless when one turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is , there is liberty. But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.
All glory, honor, praise and thanks go to God for using me to deliver this message. I pray that He will give all who read this message the spiritual gifts necessary to comprehend and act upon His word. I exercise my power and authority in the name of Jesus to bind every tactic of the enemy that will try to stop, hinder, or prevent this word from reaching its intended people. I ask the Lord to loose the Holy Spirit and the Heavenly angels to secure this word so that it reaches its intended people, according to Matthew 16:19 and Luke 10:19 in the omnipotent name of Jesus, Amen.
As Ephesians 6:18-20 says,
praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints— and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.

THE THRILLS OF VICTORY

I John 5:4-5
For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith. Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?
No matter what we face, the fact is,we are victorious. Not because of what we did,but because of what Jesus did.The thrills of victory and the agony of defeat is not only associated with sports. One day those who believe and accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior will experience the ultimate thrills of victory, while those who don’t will experience the agony of defeat in the lake of fire. As Christians we do enjoy many victories over sickness and other things we overcome, but the ultimate thrill is when we are changed from this perishable body into imperishable heavenly ones that will never be destroyed, aged or become ill.

Some people love to make negative comments when you are celebrating a victory. Some call celebrating victories taunting, some say it’s unnecessary boasting, or showing off, but if they just for a moment think of where you are coming from, and all the obstacles, not to mention the trials and tribulation you have been through and endured they would be celebrating also. When you have overcome life’s challenges and taste the rewards of victory it brings tears to some people eyes, some dance, some shout, while others praise and thank God non-stop, and you have every right to, because Jesus did it as well.

In 1 Corinthians 15:55, it says, “O death, where is your sting? O  grave where is your victory?” Was Jesus taunting the devil or was He  just celebrating the victorious and successful mission He accomplished on our behalf, to make us more than conquerors (Romans 8:37); to make us children of God (John 1:12);and to redeemed us (1 Peter 1:18-19), the list of what Jesus did for us goes on and on. Jesus is the way, the truth and the life and no one has access to God except through Him (John 14:6). It’s because He lives, we can face tomorrow, and we have a future in eternity.

So lets start celebrating our victory, and living victoriously through Jesus Christ who made it possible, this is the reason for the Christmas season, it’s a mass celebration for the birth of Jesus Christ, God’s only begotten son, that was given to us, as a gift, and out of agape love, unconditional love, and a limitless love. Will you accept God’s gift this Christmas? If you did not, recommit your life  to God so that this Christmas celebration is meaningful to you. “Thanks be to God  who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ” ( 1 Corinthians 15:57 ).

Now unto Him who is able to keep us from falling, and to present us faultless before the  presence of His glory with exceeding joy; To the  Immortal, Invisible, and only wise God be the glory, praise, honor, and thanks for using me, to bring His message to you in Jesus name. Amen.

Blessed and Rejoicing

God requires that His righteous children consider themselves blessed and highly favored. Therefore, we should be glad in the LORD, rejoice and shout for joy. Because no matter what we go through His love, grace, mercy and compassion never fails to surround and protect us from all harm and danger, seen and unseen.

Remember they that dwell in the secret place of the most high God will always abide under His shadow, because He is our refuge and fortress, plus a very present help in time of trouble as Psalm 91 tells us. Psalm 32:7 also confirms that He is our hiding place and He will protect us from trouble and surround us with songs of victory. I am a testimony to that because He has increased my faith, trust, confidence and hope in Him. I did not suffer loss of anything during the storms of my life, because what earthly things I lost, was a gain to know Christ Jesus, and my heavenly riches which is untouchable,; Glory, praise, thanks and honor to God my Father in the omnipotent name of Jesus Christ His only begotten Son who made me more than a conqueror.

TRUE FAITH

Without faith it is impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6). Hebrew 11:1 tells us that faith is the substance of things hoped for, and the evidence of things not seen. Now, James 2:17 lets us know that faith without works is dead. That’s why people who don’t believe or trust in God are dead (spiritually). With all the evidence that proves that there is a God, not made by men’s hands, why would you not serve, fear (reverence), honor, praise and thank Him? People love to say that they need more faith, but Luke 17:6 says,
So the Lord said, “If you have faith as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be pulled up by the roots and be planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you. Therefore, you need to kill all doubts and fears,so that your little faith will grow.

“Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: show me thy faith without thy works , and I will show thee my faith by my works.” James 2:17,18

Christians put their faith to work by accepting Jesus Christ; believing that God raised Him from the dead, after He suffered and died for us. We put our faith to work by believing that Jesus is the only way, truth and life and no one goes to God without going through Him. Another way of adding works to faith is believing that Jesus gives us the power and authority to tread upon serpents and scorpions and all the power of the enemy and nothing shall by any means hurt us (Luke 10:19). When we exercise that authority it is putting our faith and works into action.
Unbelief will rob your faith,as Matthew 17:19-21 indicate.
Then the disciples came to Jesus privately and said, “Why could we not cast it out?” So Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you. However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.”

When you pray it is one way of applying your work to your faith. When you trust God and call on Him then you have activated your faith because you seek first His kingdom and righteousness so that He can add to you life. When you are obedient to God’s word and promises, then you have activated your faith by the work you do. Works include praying, tithing, praising, thanking, and presenting your body as a living sacrifice to God, which will be holy and acceptable. Are these works that activate your faith? Yes, they are. The ‘doing’ is what activates your faith in the God of the universe.

When you believe God without a shadow of doubt your faith has increased; remember without faith it is impossible to please God. Our works don’t produce faith; they are the evidence of faith (Ephesians 2:8-10).

“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.” – Ephesians 2:8-10

Works demonstrates faith when you willingly give up your all to follow Jesus by giving up your ungodly lifestyle because you know there is a heaven and hell.

The most important thing in life is faith that works, so that you can move the mountains in your life.

The only way to actively demonstrate your love for God is by accepting His gift of His Son Jesus Christ and to live by His standards, which are sinless.

Don’t let anyone steal or stop your works that activate your faith in God. Studying the Bible and praying are works.

Do you have the faith to accept Jesus into your life today? If yes, you can do so now by going to the Salvation page at the top of this blog.

WHO GOD TALKS TO

They claim they know God,and He knows their heart, yet they refuse to obey Him,that simple means that they don’t know Him. Because,Jesus said,in John 10:27-29
My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father’s hand”. Isn’t it amazing how
un-saved people think God speaks and reveals His secrets to them, but they fail to realize that the devil comes in many disguises, and if you are not totally committed to  the God of the universe, through his son Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit then the only person you are hearing from is the devil and his demons. My friends God only operates in and through holy and righteous people, and if you are not coming to Him confessing and begging for the forgiveness of your sins, then He does not speak to you, because you are not tuned in on His frequency (confessing your sins to God is the way to become righteous).

How do I know this? Well the Bible tells me so and I proved it for myself. For starters you must have a relationship with God before He is going to talk to you. Would you walk up to a smelly homeless person and start telling them your deep dark secrets? No, because the stench or odour will keep you far away, because you can’t stand the scent. Well that’s how it is with God. Your sins are so stink it drives Him away or keeps Him far from you. How many billionaires, celebrities, or rich and famous people do you see hanging out or listening to people who are filthy and stinky? So why do you think God would.

Isaiah 59:1-4 says,

” Behold, the Lord’s hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; nor His ear heavy, that it cannot hear. But your iniquities have separated you from your God; and your sins have hidden His face from you, so He will not hear. For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue has muttered perversity. No one calls for justice, nor does any plead for truth, they trust in empty words and speak lies; they conceive evil and bring forth iniquity.”

Then in 1 Corinthians 2 :14 we read,

“But the natural man does not receive the things of the spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.”

Which means God only tell His business to those who are spirit filled, those who serve him unconditionally, and faithfully, those who obey Him, those who acknowledge Him, those who trust Him, those who believe in His only begotten son JESUS CHRIST, and those who present their body as a living sacrifice that is Holy and acceptable unto Him. Do you fall under these categories? If so, then you know He walks and talks with you.

You can tell who are children of God, because they know without a shadow of a doubt the things of God, because the Holy Spirit resides in them, and greater is He who is in them than He that is in the world (1 John 4:4). They always walk around stress free, and happy; because they know that the effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much (James 5:16). We know that we love Him and serve Him and if our heart does not condemn us, then we have confidence towards God, and whatever we ask, we receive of Him, because we keep His commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in His sight…(1 John 3:21-23 ). Do you keep His commandments and do pleasurable things in His sight? Don’t forget that He sees and knows everything.

That’s why true Christians always rejoice, praise, worship, and give thanks in difficulties, because we serve a God who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think according to the power that worketh in us (Ephesians 3:20). And to top all that was mentioned before, it is written: ” Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” Now remember, who God talks to, only His true children who obeys Him, and the reason we know certain things is because, God revealed them to us through His Holy Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God (1 Corinthians 2:9-13 and Isaiah 64:4 ).

Now that you know who God talks to and reveals things to are you interested in joining that elite group of people-God’s children? Then go to the top of this blog, click on to the salvation page, and follow the instructions. It will be the best decision you ever make.
