CONFIDENT FAITH

“Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) ” (Hebrews 10:23 KJV).

Therefore do not cast away your confidence, which has great reward. For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise. (Hebrews 10:34-35 NKJV)

Did you know your ability to stand on God’s Word and stay focused on what you cannot yet see with your eyes will determine how much of God’s goodness manifests in your life?

Every promised victory we achieve in life is made up of these three components:

1. The initial assurance and confidence that God is going to come through.
2. The season where it appears as though nothing is happening.
3. The manifestation of the promise.

I’ve learned it is the second component that usually offers the greatest challenge to our faith. So, how do you remain confident and exercise patience when nothing appears to be happening?

You do what Moses did. The Bible says, “For he looked forward and away to the reward (recompense) … he never flinched but held staunchly to his purpose and endured steadfastly as one who gazed on Him Who is invisible” (Hebrews 11:26-27 AMP).

Moses kept his eyes on the reality of the invisible, not on the visible natural circumstances. This ability to stay focused on the reward ahead enabled Moses to be faithful and fulfill God’s calling on his life.

Every challenge you will ever face is an opportunity for you to build strength of character to endure the “nothing is happening” seasons of life. Determine to remain confident and endure these seasons with patience, and you will most certainly see the manifestation of God’s promise.

“O Timothy! Guard what was committed to your trust, avoiding the profane and idle babblings and contradictions of what is falsely called knowledge— by professing it some have strayed concerning the faith. Grace be with you. Amen.” ( 1 Timothy 6:20‭-‬21 NKJV).

Confession: I hold fast to my confident faith as I choose to continue in the will of God for my life. I fix my eyes on Him, fully assured that in due season, I will receive the promised victory.

Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, And to present you faultless Before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, To God our Savior, Who alone is wise, Be glory and majesty, Dominion and power, Both now and forever. Amen.

“Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the Lord your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the Lord your God will set you high above all nations of the earth. And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the Lord your God: “Blessed shall you be in the city, and blessed shall you be in the country. “Blessed shall be the fruit of your body, the produce of your ground and the increase of your herds, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flocks. “Blessed shall be your basket and your kneading bowl. “Blessed shall you be when you come in, and blessed shall you be when you go out.

“The Lord will cause your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before your face; they shall come out against you one way and flee before you seven ways. “The Lord will command the blessing on you in your storehouses and in all to which you set your hand, and He will bless you in the land which the Lord your God is giving you. “The Lord will establish you as a holy people to Himself, just as He has sworn to you, if you keep the commandments of the Lord your God and walk in His ways. Then all peoples of the earth shall see that you are called by the name of the Lord, and they shall be afraid of you. And the Lord will grant you plenty of goods, in the fruit of your body, in the increase of your livestock, and in the produce of your ground, in the land of which the Lord swore to your fathers to give you.

The Lord will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand. You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow. And the Lord will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath, if you heed the commandments of the Lord your God, which I command you today, and are careful to observe them. So you shall not turn aside from any of the words which I command you this day, to the right or the left, to go after other gods to serve them.” (Deuteronomy 28:1‭-‬14 NKJV)

“For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. This is what the Lord of Heaven’s Armies says: “I will send war, famine, and disease upon them and make them like bad figs, too rotten to eat. Yes, I will pursue them with war, famine, and disease, and I will scatter them around the world. In every nation where I send them, I will make them an object of damnation, horror, contempt, and mockery. For they refuse to listen to me, though I have spoken to them repeatedly through the prophets I sent. And you who are in exile have not listened either,” says the Lord.” (Jeremiah 29:11‭, ‬17‭-‬19 NLT).

“Blessed is the man Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, Nor stands in the path of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful; But his delight is in the law of the Lord, And in His law he meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree Planted by the rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season, Whose leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper. The ungodly are not so, But are like the chaff which the wind drives away. Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, Nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. For the Lord knows the way of the righteous, But the way of the ungodly shall perish.” (Psalms 1:1‭-‬6 NKJV).

“Do not enter the path of the wicked, And do not walk in the way of evil. Avoid it, do not travel on it; Turn away from it and pass on. For they do not sleep unless they have done evil; And their sleep is taken away unless they make someone fall. For they eat the bread of wickedness, And drink the wine of violence. But the path of the just is like the shining sun, That shines ever brighter unto the perfect day. The way of the wicked is like darkness; They do not know what makes them stumble. My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart; For they are life to those who find them, And health to all their flesh. Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life. Put away from you a deceitful mouth, And put perverse lips far from you.” (Proverbs 4:14‭-‬24 NKJV)

“Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by CHANGING THE WAY YOU THINK. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect. Because of the privilege and authority God has given me, I give each of you this warning: Don’t think you are better than you really are. Be honest in your evaluation of yourselves, measuring yourselves by the faith God has given us.” (Romans 12:2‭-‬3 NLT).

“This I say, therefore, and testify in the Lord, that you should no longer walk as the rest of the Gentiles walk, in the futility of their mind, having their understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart; who, being past feeling, have given themselves over to lewdness, to work all uncleanness with greediness. But you have not so learned Christ, if indeed you have heard Him and have been taught by Him, as the truth is in Jesus: that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, and be RENEWED IN THE SPIRIT OF YOUR MIND, and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.

Therefore, putting away lying, “Let each one of you speak truth with his neighbor,” for we are members of one another. “Be angry, and do not sin”: do not let the sun go down on your wrath, nor give place to the devil. Let him who stole steal no longer, but rather let him labor, working with his hands what is good, that he may have something to give him who has need. Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers. And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.” (Ephesians 4:17‭-‬32 NKJV).

“And I, brethren, when I came to you, did not come with excellence of speech or of wisdom declaring to you the testimony of God. For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified. I was with you in weakness, in fear, and in much trembling. And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God.

However, we speak wisdom among those who are mature, yet not the wisdom of this age, nor of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing. But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God ordained before the ages for our glory, which none of the rulers of this age knew; for had they known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit.

For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God. These things we also speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

But he who is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is rightly judged by no one. For “who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him?” But we have the mind of Christ.” (I Corinthians 2:1‭-‬16 NKJV).

LOVE IS ALWAYS HOLY, RIGHTEOUS, PURE,AND TRUE. .

“But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8 NKJV).

“And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. GOD IS LOVE, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him. Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the day of judgment; because as He is, so are we in this world. There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love. We love Him because He first loved us. IF SOMEONE SAYS, “I LOVE GOD,” AND HATES HIS BROTHER, HE IS A LIAR; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen? And this commandment we have from Him: that he who loves God must love his brother also.” (I John 4:16‭-‬21 NKJV).

WHY , MUST we LOVE one another? Because God COMMANDED us to do so.
Jesus said, in John 13:34:
A NEW COMMANDMENT I give unto you, that you love one another; as I have loved you…
Loving one another is not an option. It’s a COMMANDMENT of God!

“Love endures long and is patient and kind; love never is envious nor boils over with jealousy, is not boastful or vainglorious, does not display itself haughtily. It is not conceited (arrogant and inflated with pride); it is not rude (unmannerly) and does not act unbecomingly. Love (God’s love in us) does not insist on its own rights or its own way, for it is not self-seeking; it is not touchy or fretful or resentful; it takes no account of the evil done to it [it pays no attention to a suffered wrong]. It does not rejoice at injustice and unrighteousness, but rejoices when right and truth prevail.

Love bears up under anything, and everything that comes is ever ready to believe the best of every person. Its hopes are fadeless under all circumstances, and it endures everything [without weakening]. Love never fails [never fades out or becomes obsolete or comes to an end]. As for prophecy (the gift of interpreting the divine will and purpose), it will be fulfilled and pass away; as for tongues, they will be destroyed and cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away [it will lose its value and be superseded by truth]. And so faith, hope, love abide [faith–conviction and belief respecting man’s relation to God and divine things; hope–joyful and confident expectation of eternal salvation; love–true affection for God and man, growing out of God’s love for and in us], these three; but the greatest of these is love.” (1 Corinthians 13:4‭-‬8‭, ‬13 AMPC).

-No one has to pre-qualify in order to get the Love of God from us. As Children of God Love is who we are and Love is what we do.
-In the ACT of LOVE God reveals Himself to the giver and to the recipient.
-When God reveals Himself in the ACT of LOVE, things will always change for the better because God is Love and Love never fails.

Love and Correction
Proverb 27:5 tells us that Open rebuke is better than secret love.
Then Proverb 9:8-9 says :
…rebuke a wise man, and he will love you.
Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be yet wiser…
However, in Proverbs 3:11-12,God says :
My son despise not the chastening of the LORD; neither be weary of his correction: For whom the LORD loves he corrects…
Finally, Hebrews 12:7-8 says :
If all of you endure chastening, God deals with you as with sons…
But if all of you be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are all of you bastards, and not sons.

-Continue to be wise, disciplined and mature when receiving the corrections, rebukes and chastening of the Lord. Its for our betterment and, His loves towards us.

“For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, because what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse, because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened.

Professing to be wise, they became fools and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible man—and birds and four-footed animals and creeping things. Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves, who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.

For this reason, God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due. “Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. Because of these things the wrath of God is coming upon the sons of disobedience, in which you yourselves once walked when you lived in them. But now you yourselves are to put off all these: anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy language out of your mouth. Do not lie to one another, since you have put off the old man with his deeds, and have put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him who created him,..”(Colossians 3:5‭-‬10 NKJV).

“For the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the end of those who do not obey the gospel of God? Now “If the righteous one is scarcely saved, Where will the ungodly and the sinner appear?” (I Peter 4:17‭-‬18 NKJV).

… “Today, if you will hear His voice, do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion.”

And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.” ( Mark 16:15‭-‬18 NKJV).

“I charge you therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who will judge the living and the dead at His appearing and His kingdom: Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables. But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.” ( 2 Timothy 4:1-5 ).

For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, Who bring glad tidings of good things!” But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed our report?” So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. But I say, have they not heard? Yes indeed: “Their sound has gone out to all the earth, And their words to the ends of the world.”
(Romans 10:13‭-‬18 NKJV).

Oh come, let us worship and bow down; Let us kneel before the Lord our Maker. For He is our God, And we are the people of His pasture, And the sheep of His hand. Today, if you will hear His voice: “Do not harden your hearts, as in the rebellion, As in the day of trial in the wilderness,..” (Psalms 95:6‭-‬8 NKJV).

Therefore, as the Holy Spirit says: “Today, if you will hear His voice, Do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion, In the day of trial in the wilderness,..”(Hebrews 3:7‭-‬8 NKJV).

Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, And to present you faultless Before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, To God our Savior, Who alone is wise, Be glory and majesty, Dominion and power, Both now and forever. Amen.

If your mind is always occupied with the events happening in the world, you will never be at peace. God said in Isaiah 26:3-4 :
You will keep him in PERFECT PEACE, whose mind is stayed on You: because he trusts in You.

Then Jesus said : “PEACE I LEAVE WITH YOU, MY PEACE I GIVE TO YOU; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” (John 14:27 NKJV).

“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; AND THE PEACE OF GOD, WHICH SURPASSES ALL UNDERSTANDING, WILL GUARD YOUR HEARTS AND MINDS THROUGH CHRIST JESUS. Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.” (Philippians 4:6‭-‬8 NKJV). YOU HAVE THE GOOD NEWS, AND WORLD NEWS.
WHAT EVERY NEWS YOU CHOOSE TO LISTEN, AND BELIEVE IS THE ONE THAT WILL KEEP YOU IN PERFECT PEACE.

“But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; THE CHASTISEMENT FOR OUR PEACE WAS UPON HIM, And by His stripes we are healed.” (Isaiah 53:5 NKJV).

JESUS SAID : “These things I have spoken to you, THAT IN ME YOU MAY HAVE PEACE. In the world, you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33 NKJV).

Trust all of you in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength:
•As you continue to keep your mind on the Lord His PEACE will give you strength, stability, security and victory.
•Remember in Matthew 14:29-31
Peter walked on water to go Jesus, but when he took his eyes off of Jesus and more importantly he took his MIND off Jesus and put it on the wind (the situation) he began to sink.
•The LORD is with you. He will never leave you or forsake you. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will tell you “come” like He said to Peter. He will direct your paths.
•Remember those who belong to Christ has His Mind (the Mind of Christ), and in your new mind you think in the fruit of the Spirit. You think Love, Joy, Peace, Goodness, Faithfulness, Self-control… and so on.

Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, And to present you faultless Before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, To God our Savior, Who alone is wise, Be glory and majesty, Dominion and power, Both now and forever. Amen.

•Continue to keep your eyes and your mind on the LORD.

STUMBLING AND STUMBLING BLOCKS.
+A STUMBLING BLOCK is an obstacle or hindrance to progress.
+STUMBLING: to walk unsteadily.

“For it is written: “As I live, says the Lord, Every knee shall bow to Me, And every tongue shall confess to God.” So then each of us shall give account of himself to God. Therefore let us not judge one another anymore, but rather resolve this, not to put a stumbling block or a cause to fall in our brother’s way.” (Romans 14:11‭-‬13 NKJV).

“But beware lest somehow this liberty of yours become a stumbling block to those who are weak.” (I Corinthians 8:9 NKJV).

+Be very careful NOT to spoil people. Spoiling people become a STUMBLING BLOCK to them.
+When you spoil people you are creating an obstacle and hindrance to their Growth, Development and Maturation in life and in the Lord.
+Spoiled people are extremely unsteady in many areas. They are undisciplined and irresponsible. They cry and complain when they are not being spoiled by others. They are very needy, and they are deceived to think that it is the responsibility and obligation of others to meet their needs.
+Remember this if you were to pick up your baby every time it cries while crawling, your baby will never learn to walk.

1John2:10 says :He that loves his brother abides in the light, and there is no occasion of STUMBLING in him.

“Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you may obtain it. And everyone who competes for the prize is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a perishable crown, but we for an imperishable crown. Therefore , I run thus: not with uncertainty. Thus, I fight: not as one who beats the air. But I discipline my body and bring it into subjection, lest, when I have preached to others, I myself should become disqualified.” (I Corinthians 9:24‭-‬27 NKJV).

+Never make the mistake by thinking that spoiling people is loving them. Love people without spoiling them.
•Continue to let the WORD of God be the standard for your life. Always LOVING others like Christ Jesus Loves us while keeping our Faith, Trust, and Confidence in Him.

“For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.” (II Corinthians 10:3‭-‬6 NKJV).

BEFORE WE GO INTO WARFARE WE MUST PUT ON GOD’S ARMOR.

“Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints—..” (Ephesians 6:11‭-‬18 NKJV).

Every battle requires proper weaponry to fight and win . God’s weapons and armor are available to every believer, which will guarantee your victory at all times. Our most effective weapon is God’s Word, which is :

“For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.” (Hebrews 4:12 NKJV).

The truth is, without God’s divine weapons, we will struggle and sweat in the battles of life.
It’s high time you lay hold upon your divine weapons for total demolition of every satanic structure erected and built against your life. Rise up and fight through the word and prayer for your life, marriage, business, and career. VICTORY is yours today! REMEMBER as the scripture says earlier. “the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but they are mighty through God to the pulling down of every satanic stronghold.”

Most people don’t even know that the Name of Jesus is a weapon. “..that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” (Philippians 2:10‭-‬11 NKJV).

PRAYER
I pull down every satanic stronghold operating against my life ,and every satanic tree planted against my destiny and success will be uprooted now in THE ALMIGHTY JESUS NAME.

Today, I confess that I am what God says I am. I will do what God says i should do. Therefore, I am more than a conqueror in Christ Jesus. Amen/ Shalom.
