GOD’S POWER WITHIN.

The Power of God of God ,and His Word is in us.

I John 4:4 NKJV reminds us that :
“You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.”

” Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” ( Luke 10: 19 NKJV).

“For this reason we also thank God without ceasing, because when you received the word of God which you heard from us, you welcomed it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which also effectively works in you who believe.” (1 Thessalonians 2:13 NKJV).

Another translation puts it this way:
For this cause we also thank God without ceasing, because, when all of you received the Word of God which all of you heard of us, all of you received it not as the word of men, but as it is in TRUTH, the WORD of GOD, which EFFECTUALLY WORKS also in you who BELIEVE.
Effectual: capable of producing all intents and purposes.

However, (Hebrews 4:12 AMP) says :
For the Word that God speaks is alive and full of power making it active, operative, energizing, and effective…

+The WORD of God in us is Alive, it is Active, it is Operative, it is Energizing and it is Effective, and it is capable of producing all the intents and purposes of God in our lives.

God says  in Isaiah 55:11 NKJV :
“So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.” When  we speak His words, things happen.

” If anyone speaks, let him speak as the oracles of God. If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the ability which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.”(1 Peter 4:11 NKJV).

+When we take man made medication we have no issues expecting the intents and purposes of what that man made medication is supposed to produce.

+How much more then shall we expect the Word of God to produce in us the intents and purposes of God in our lives.
Amen, and Hallelujahs to Jesus.

” Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, And to present you faultless Before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, To God our Savior, Who alone is wise, Be glory and majesty, Dominion and power, Both now and forever. Amen.”[ Jude 1:24-25 NKJV]

•Continue to let the WORD of God be the standard for your life. Always LOVING others like Christ Jesus Loves us while keeping our Faith, Trust, and Confidence in Him.

LIVE BY EVERY WORD.

WHAT ARE YOU LIVING FOR, IF NOT FOR GOD.
“Every commandment which I command you today you must be careful to observe, that you may live and multiply, and go in and possess the land of which the Lord swore to your fathers. And you shall remember that the Lord your God led you all the way these forty years in the wilderness, to humble you and test you, to know what was in your heart, whether you would keep His commandments or not.  So He humbled you, allowed you to hunger, and fed you with manna which you did not know nor did your fathers know, that He might make you know that man shall not live by bread alone; but man lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the Lord.” ( Deuteronomy 8:1-3 NKJV).


But He answered and said, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.’( Matthew 4:4 NKJV).


” for in Him we live and move and have our being, as also some of your own poets have said, ‘For we are also His offspring.’( Acts 17: 28 NKJV).


“For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain.”( Philippians 1:21 NKJV).

“I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.” (Galatians 2 : 20 NKJV).

” Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution.  But evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived.  But you must continue in the things which you have learned and been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them, and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.  All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.” ( 2 Timothy 3: 12 -17 NKJV).

THE SPIRIT OR THE FLESH

” For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.  Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be. So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God. 

But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His.  And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.  But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you. Therefore, brethren, we are debtors—not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh. For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. 

For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.” The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together.” (Romans 8:5-17 NKJV).

” I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.  And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”(Romans 12:1-2 KJV).

” Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.”(1 Corinthians 6 : 9-11 KJV).

FORGIVENESS

” And forgive us our debts, As we forgive our debtors.”

[14] “For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. [15] But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.” (Matthew : 12,14 &15 NKJV).

“Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord.  Therefore “If your enemy is hungry, feed him; If he is thirsty, give him a drink; For in so doing you will heap coals of fire on his head.” Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.”(Romans 12 : 19-21 NKJV).

“Then Peter came to Him and said, “Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Up to seven times?”  Jesus said to him, “I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven.  Therefore the kingdom of heaven is like a certain king who wanted to settle accounts with his servants.  And when he had begun to settle accounts, one was brought to him who owed him ten thousand talents. But as he was not able to pay, his master commanded that he be sold, with his wife and children and all that he had, and that payment be made. 

The servant therefore fell down before him, saying, ‘Master, have patience with me, and I will pay you all.’  Then the master of that servant was moved with compassion, released him, and forgave him the debt.  “But that servant went out and found one of his fellow servants who owed him a hundred denarii; and he laid hands on him and took him by the throat, saying, ‘Pay me what you owe!’ So his fellow servant fell down at his feet and begged him, saying, ‘Have patience with me, and I will pay you all.’ 

And he would not, but went and threw him into prison till he should pay the debt. So when his fellow servants saw what had been done, they were very grieved, and came and told their master all that had been done.  Then his master, after he had called him, said to him, ‘You wicked servant! I forgave you all that debt because you begged me. Should you not also have had compassion on your fellow servant, just as I had pity on you?’ And his master was angry, and delivered him to the torturers until he should pay all that was due to him. “So My heavenly Father also will do to you if each of you, from his heart, does not forgive his brother his trespasses.” (Matthew 18 :21-35 NKJV).

MAKE IT RIGHT,WITH GOD AND MAN.

Heavenly Father, God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, for too long I’ve kept you out of my life. I know that I am a sinner and that I cannot save myself. No longer will I close the door when I hear you knocking. By faith I gratefully receive your gift of salvation. I am ready to trust you as my Lord and Savior. Thank you, Lord Jesus, for coming to earth. I believe you are the Son of God who died on the cross for my sins and rose from the dead on the third day. Thank you for bearing my sins and giving me the gift of eternal life. I believe your words are true. Come into my heart, Lord Jesus, and be my Savior.

Merciful Lord, Thank you for your gift of forgiveness. Your only Son loved me enough to come to earth and experience the worst pain imaginable so I could be forgiven. Your mercy flows to me in spite of my faults and failures. Your Word says to “clothe yourselves with love, which binds us all together in perfect harmony.” (Col. 3:14) Help me demonstrate unconditional love today, even to those who hurt me.

I understand that even though I feel scarred, my emotions don’t have to control my actions. Father, may Your sweet words saturate my mind and direct my thoughts. Help me release the hurt and begin to love as Jesus loves. I want to see my offender through my Savior’s eyes. If I can be forgiven, so can he. I understand there are no levels to your love. We are all your children, and your desire is that none of us should perish.

You teach us to “let the peace that comes from Christ rule in our hearts.” (Col. 3:15) When I forgive in words, allow your Holy Spirit to fill my heart with peace. I pray this peace that only comes from Jesus will rule in my heart, keeping out doubt and questions. And above all, I am thankful. Not just today, not just this week, but always. Thank you for the reminder, “Always be thankful.” (Col. 3:15) With gratitude I can draw closer to you and let go of unforgiveness. With gratitude I can see the person who caused my pain as a child of the Most High God. Loved and accepted. Help me find the compassion that comes with true forgiveness.

And when I see the person who hurt me, bring this prayer back to my remembrance, so I can take any ungodly thoughts captive and make them obedient to Christ. (2 Cor. 10:5) And may the confidence of Christ in my heart guide me into the freedom of forgiveness. I praise you for the work you are doing in my life, teaching and perfecting my faith. In Jesus’ Mighty  Name. Amen.

“But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.” ( 1 Peter‬ ‭2‬:‭9‬-‭10‬ ‭NKJV‬).

“He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.” ( Revelation 2:7 KJV).

HIS GRACE IS SUFFICIENT FOR US.

“Many are the afflictions of the righteous: But the LORD delivereth him out of them all.”(Psalms 34:19 KJV).

” In my distress I cried unto the LORD, and he heard me.”( Psalms 120:1 KJV).

“Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me, and know my anxieties; And see if there is any wicked way in me, And lead me in the way everlasting.”(Psalms 139:23-24 NKJV).

“I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, From whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the LORD, Which made heaven and earth. He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: He that keepeth thee will not slumber.  Behold, he that keepeth Israel Shall neither slumber nor sleep.  The LORD is thy keeper: The LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand.  The sun shall not smite thee by day, Nor the moon by night. The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: He shall preserve thy soul.  The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in From this time forth, and even for evermore.” (Psalms 121:1-8 KJV).

“And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.” (2 Corinthians 12:9 KJV).

“For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.  For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;  while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.” ( 2 Corinthians 4:16-18 KJV).

LET’S PRAY 🙏🏽 . HEAVENLY FATHER, GOD AND FATHER OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST.  You are right so right when You said  in , 2 Chronicles 7:14 KJV :
“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”

WE are so lukewarm towards you so much of the time, in so much of our lives.  We try not to admit it to ourselves, but we read your Word and we can see the gap between what you want for us, and what we do. We make excuses, You tell us to pick up our cross and follow Jesus, imitating Him in all we do, but the lure of money, property, politics, entertainment ,and  all of the cares of this world  ,has  powerfully blinded our eyes,to your Truth.  We concern ourselves with the lust of the flesh, lust of the eyes, and pride so much.  That we  constantly, ignore the plain and simple message of the Bible. We live too much in the secular world, anxious for status and concerned about my future. When you tell us not to.

Have patience with us, MIGHTY GOD, and forgive us . Do not spew us out, as you have warned you might do with the lukewarm. Fill our  soul with the fire of your Word and help us grow, to put more and more confidence in you and less and less in the world before us; forgive our  sins and help us to live in them less and less today, and every day, that we  might follow Jesus perfectly ,since He is our perfect example to follow .

Spirit of Truth, who reveals to us the things of God, we praise your name.
Spirit of Wisdom, who inspires the words we ought to speak, we praise your name.
Spirit of Power, who grants the courage we need to act, we praise your name.
Spirit of Love, who knows our nature and loves us still, we praise your name.

Now God himself and our Father, and our Lord Jesus Christ, I pray that you direct our  way unto you, and make us all , increase and abound in love one toward another, and toward all men, even as we do toward you; to the end that we may establish our hearts unblameable in holiness before you, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints. Amen.

GOD’S DIVINE PROTECTION

GOD PROTECTS AND DEFENDS
HIS PEOPLE . Sicknesses, diseases, hurricanes,guns etc, are weapons. But God says: ” No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, And their righteousness is from Me,” Says the Lord.” (Isaiah 54:17 NKJV).

“He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.] I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.” Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler And from the perilous pestilence.  He shall cover you with His feathers, And under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler.  You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, Nor of the arrow that flies by day,  Nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, Nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday.  A thousand may fall at your side, And ten thousand at your right hand; But it shall not come near you.” ( Psalms 91:1-7 NKJV).

” God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, Even though the earth be removed, And though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; Though its waters roar and be troubled, Though the mountains shake with its swelling. Selah”(Psalms 46:1-3 NKJV).

” The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.  He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters.  He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake.  Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.  You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the Lord Forever. Amen “( Psalms 23:1-6 NKJV).

“But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” (1 Corinthians 15:57 NKJV).

+God’s Holy Angels are used in His Protection Plan for His People.

+  As children of God we are Heirs of Salvation,through  Christ Jesus.

+This is a warning to the enemies of the children of God, and an encouragement to His Children.

+God always has at least one Angel assigned to every one of His Children as a part of His protection plan for us.
+We are never without His angels, and more importantly we are never without Him.

WHO IS YOUR FAITH IN?

-Understanding Faith
-Based on Hebrews 11:1
-FAITH in God is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed or ownership papers) of the things we trusting in God for.
-Faith in God is the proof that we have the things we do not see and being fully convinced of their reality.

-Faith in God is to foreknow and accept as real fact the promises of God that are not yet manifested or revealed to the senses.

Based on  Romans 4:14-22 KJV
“For if they which are of the law be heirs, faith is made void, and the promise made of none effect: [15] because the law worketh wrath: for where no law is, there is no transgression. [16] Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all, [17] (as it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were. [18] Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be. [19] And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sarah’s womb: [20] he staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; [21] and being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform. -Faith in God calls those things that are not as though they were.
-I didn’t say faith call those things that are as though they are not, (this is against scripture).
-Example: If a man is sick. His confession of faith shouldn’t be, “I’m not sick. I’m not sick.” His confession of faith should be, “I’m healed. I’m healed ” thus calling the things that are not as though they were.

2 Corinthians 4:13-18 KJV says :
“We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak; [14] knowing that he which raised up the Lord Jesus shall raise up us also by Jesus, and shall present us with you. [15] For all things are for your sakes, that the abundant grace might through the thanksgiving of many redound to the glory of God. [16] For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day. As Jude 1:24-25 AMPC says:

Amen (so be it).”

” But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”

Spiritual dullness and more.


•Remember Jesus is The Prince of Peace. He is our PEACE and to His PEACE there is no end, Isaiah 9:6-7.
•Your PEACE doesn’t come from having things your way. It comes from having things God’s way.
•Your PEACE is the Lord Jesus Christ Himself.
Jn 14:27 Jesus said:
Peace I leave with you, My peace I give unto you…
•We have the PEACE of the Lord by His Holy Spirit in us, Galatians 5:22-23.
Phil 4:7
And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
•No one or anything can steal your PEACE.
