BENEFITS

Benefit is advantage, favor, profit or good which some people have, and some don’t. When you start adding up your sorrows then you will increase your pain, and leave you, with a depressed and burdened down feeling. However, if you start adding up your benefits and blessings it will multiply your joy.

Here is a list of benefits that  multiply my joy: (1) God forgives all my sins through His son Jesus Christ. (2) He heals my sickness and diseases. (3) He redeems my life from destruction. (4) He crowns me with loving kindness. (5) He shows me tender mercies. (6) He satisfies my mouth with good things, so that I am renewed like the eagle. (7) When I am oppressed, He executes righteousness and judgment. (8) Once I abide or stay in righteousness and holiness, like Moses, He will reveal His will for me. (9) He is merciful and gracious. (10) He is slow to anger and plenteous in mercy. (11) He hath not dealt with me based on my sins. (12) He has not rewarded me according to my iniquities. (13) On top of all that. He wakes me up every day and gives me goodness and mercies, plus a whole lot more. All this is found in the Bible, Psalm 103:1-13; John 3:16; Proverbs 68:19.

Now you tell me, who else has a better benefit package than a child of God? Keep in mind,  this is just a few scripture verses and benefits.

Philippians 4:19 – He shall supply all my needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus, not by the government or some human.

Listen, it’s a privilege, honor and a blessing to serve God. Look at what’s taking place around the world. If it’s not war, it’s earthquake, then tsunami. You better take advantage of His benefits to be on the safe side, alive or dead. What are you waiting on? Look at what happened in Japan! DEATH OR LIFE

I wonder how many times God is going to save us from death and destruction, before we acknowledge and serve Him. I wonder if He decides not to wake us up or give us grace and mercies for a day, how would we feel, act, behave or survive? What if He decided not to give us any kind of light or oxygen, not to mention food or water. We would die in such a state. I think most of us take Him for granted too much.

Yes, Psalm 103:8-10, tells us, “The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger and plenteous in mercy. However, He will not always strive with us; neither will He keep His anger forever. He hath not dealt with us according to our sins, nor punished us according to our iniquities.”

If you know the Bible, it says, “The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life, through Jesus Christ, our Lord (Romans 6:23). For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Or what shall he give in exchange for his soul? (Matthew 16:26).

Don’t you think you are taking a big chance with your life? What if God decided, not to wake you up, or save you from an accident. You should know where you will end up, Heaven or Hell.

Jesus, in Luke 17:32-33 mentioned Lot’s wife in Genesis 19:17-26. The angels told her not to look back. I guess she was missing her old lifestyle before she started the new one, this led to her death). ”People who try to save their lives will lose them, and those who lose their lives will save them.”

In John 10:6, Jesus says, “I am the way, the truth and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for He is with me, His rod and staff comfort me. (Psalm 23:4)

THIS IS AWESOME

Is there anyone out there who see the things I see, and get excited like a kid in a candy store, when I see the breath-taking view of the sun peeking over the horizon, with  the different colors illuminating the sky, or the moon with the stars splattered all over the sky.

No! folks this is not a fallacy of mine, not even the meteorologist who gets paid to tell you the weather can describe it, I even wonder if they see it. No artist can ever capture the authenticity of these magnificent masterpieces, and you want to tell me there is no God.

Just do me a favor and get up early before dawn or when its dark, find a park or beach where nothing is blocking your vision and just look up, then just give Him the praise, glory, honor, and thanks for the view.

King David describes it so eloquently for us in Psalms 19, “The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of His hands, day after day they continually speak, night after night they make Him known. They speak without a sound or a word;their voice is silent in the skies. Their message has gone out to all the earth, and their words to all the world. The sun lives in the heavens where God placed it, (far enough, so it does not burn us up, close enough to warm us ,and give us light to see). How awesome is our God.

The sun burst out like a bridegroom, rejoices like a great athlete ready to run a race, rises at one end and slowly goes to the other end. This my friends is infallible proof that ,there is a God.

 His law is perfect, to convert you. His testimony is sure, making the simple wise. His statutes are right, rejoicing the heart. His commandments are pure, enlightening the eyes. The fear of the Lord is clean, it endures forever. His judgments are true and righteous, and is more desirable than the finest gold.’

FERVENT PRAYERS

Father I pray in the matchless name of Jesus Christ your son, asking you to remove the blindfolds and the cement casing off  of the eyes and hearts of  my friends, families and everyone who reads this prayer, who have not seen your light, or experience your love. Father allow the power of your word, which is sharper than a two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12) to cut the blindfolds and the cement cast off their hearts, piercing even to the dividing asunder(pieces)of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and clean up the thoughts and intent of the persons reading this prayer, have your way and your will in their lives Father, allow them to taste the goodness of your grace and mercies, in Jesus name I pray.Amen.

STANDARDS-HIGH OR LOW

Are your standards high or low. Standards is how you rate or grade yourself, how is yours? Is it high or low? Is it based, founded or established on your education, fame or fortune?

High standards, put you in class or category above mediocrity, it puts you among the elites, the best of the best, its privileges and choices are superior and endless.

Now I see why so many people will not accept or follow, serve or worship God, they use the high standards He set as an excuse and would rather settle for less, even die.

 But God sent Jesus, to show us that even though His standards are high, it’s attainable and achievable. (1 John 5:3-4)

Matthew 26-28 tells you about what Jesus went through and did for us to be free from the bondage of sin and Philippians 2:7 mentions what He did.

But for us to enjoy the privileges, we must raise our standards, the highest of which is righteousness. This means to be in right standing with God, the apple of His eyes, this is the foundation that you build on. Matt 6:33 tells us to seek Gods kingdom and His righteousness first and only then will He give you what you want.

I must inform you that you are not getting anything from God if you are not righteous, here are the scriptures to prove it. Romans 3:21-26; 2Cor.5:21; Psalms 11:7; Psalms 37:25; Matt.5:6; 1 John 1:9; Romans 5:17 and the list goes on.

Here are a few of the benefits of righteousness, Gods eyes are on you and He hears you when you pray (1 Peter 3:12) isn’t that good? It gets better James 5:16 tells us ,’the effectual fervent prayers of the righteous person availeth much.’ That’s just a taste of what will happen when you raise your standards to the height or level of Jesus.

To be victorious, a conqueror, a winner you must follow Gods only begotten Son, Jesus. He is the only way to God. You must repent of your sins and follow our leader and Savior – JESUS THE CHRIST. WHAT A BODY

Can you fathom or see the intricate details of our bodies.We are fearfully and wonderfully made.We are made up of 206 bones, 250 million cells is in a drop of blood, 200,000 hair follicles, 60,000 miles of blood vessels, ok, lets move on to simple stuff. Our hearts don’t rest for more than a second, you can sweat up to 3 gallons of perspiration per day, the eye is essentially an opaque ball filled with water like fluid, and can tell the difference between 7 million colors, oh! The brain processes more than 1 million messages per second, and that’s  just a glimpse of the body God created.

And you are wondering if there is a God, and if He exists, I have not read anything, heard or seen anyone coming close to making a specimen of this kind, that is why Psalms 139:14 ‘tells us to praise God because we are fearfully and wonderfully made; marvelous are His works..’

Then David said in Psalms 8:3 – 6 “when I consider the heavens, the work of His hands, the moon and stars, what is man in comparison to every thing else, why He loves us so.” But we are made in His image and likeness, we are His masterpiece, His pride and joy, that’s why.

And it grieves, hurt and break His heart to see how much He has put out and put up with, just for us to love, honor, respect, serve, worship and thank Him. and we are disappointing Him, day by day.

He went as far as sending His son (Jesus) to save us and we don’t accept Him, nor follow His examples He laid out for us to follow. I hope you know the penalty of not accepting His son, not turning away from your sinful ways is death. Which is Gods gift to us, and the only one who can save us from sin. What or who are you waiting on? please accept His gift before it’s too late. John 3:16 tells you God sent Jesus. John 10:6 tells you He is the only way, He is the truth, and the life, and no one goes to God except through Him. INFLUENCE

Who or what is it that influences you?

Is it music, family, friends, your boss, your spouse, or God, or is it a combination or blend of everybody and everything. Who or what drives you up the wall or calms you down?

Influences, sometimes  leads us to make choices, good or bad; right or wrong, which may bring us sadness or joy. Most of these influences in our lives sometimes leads to our demise or delight, no matter what it is still our choice to choose what influences us.

However, I have come to realize, that when you allow God and His word (the Bible) to be your influence and guide, you can’t go wrong. You will not make the wrong choices or decisions. It’s a no brainer. Trust God who knows everything, everybody and the owner of heaven and earth or trust your friends, family and whomever.

Proverbs 3:5&6 tells us to trust or be influenced by the Lord and don’t trust your own understanding, much less friends or family, instead acknowledge God in all your ways and He will direct your path.

(Psalm 119:11,105,133) David was a man after God’s heart, his success was attributed to God leading him, when he failed it was because he thought he could do it without God. In verse 11 he advises us to hide God’s word in our hearts, verse 105 he tells us God’s word is a lamp to his feet and a light to his path, verse 133 he asks God to order his steps in His word, so that no sin will have dominion over him.

Don’t allow people or places to institutionalize you. Replace them with God and His word (the Bible). Look at Job 23:10. God knows the way you need to take; (Jeremiah 29:11) God knows the plans He has for you, no friends or family do. (John 10:6) “JESUS IS THE WAY THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE” no one goes to God, except through Him.

DO YOU KNOW HIM? NOW WHO WOULD YOU RATHER LEAD OR INFLUENCE YOU? Someone who knows the way, or someone who is looking for the way? It’s your choice. Do you want to know him? If yes, then say this prayer.

Father, I am a sinner in need of your forgiveness. I ask you to forgive me of all my sins in Jesus name. I repent and turn from sinning and doing wrong, right now. I believe that Jesus died and rose again for my sin and I accept His payment. Jesus, I ask you to come into my heart, right now, and be my Lord and Savior. Fill me with the Holy Spirit. I thank You, Lord, for hearing my prayer and coming into my heart and saving me according to Your word. I love You Lord, and I ask You to seal me in the blood of Jesus and help me to live for You all the days of my life.In Jesus name, Amen.

PRIVILEGED

As Christians we are born with a gold spoon in our mouths, some of us either fail to realize it or don’t realize it yet. We are not taking advantage of it, utilizing its full potential, or exercising our rights as chosen people, as royalty, and as holy people (1 Peter 2:9).

God sent Jesus to retrieve what Adam lost. Jesus got it, and give it back to us, and we are here on earth walking around like defeated wimps.

We have the power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy; and nothing shall by any means hurt us (Luke 10:19).

We have the power to bind and loose things (Matt. 16:18-19). Tell me why aren’t we exercising our rights? Is it because you are half and half, double minded, which makes you unstable and powerless.

Hebrews 10:19-21 tells us we have direct access to God through Jesus Christ, so it’s time to exercise our rights, access our power from God our source through Jesus Christ, and drive those demons out of people, heal the sick, raise the dead, and take back our provisions. Come on people wake up! I’ve had enough of this, it’s time to rise up.

Jesus gave us back our rights: right standing; rightful place as citizens of heaven and right relationship with God.

Jesus said, “I will build my church (us christians) and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.” (Matt.16:18)

SO LETS TAKE BACK WHATS OURS!  Hold up now, are you a Christian in right standing? You better be sure otherwise you will be powerless, sorry to burst your bubble, but you better get right, before you enter this fight, lest you have to take flight, because you have no might.

REPENT, AND  ACCEPT JESUS, YOU WILL BE AN AUTOMATIC WINNER.

Do it today, tomorrow might be too late. Say this salvation prayer, “Father, I am a sinner in need of your forgiveness. I ask you to forgive me of all my sins in Jesus name. LETS PRAY

Lord, show us Your will and Your way clearly, hold us dearly, keep us daily, guide us rightly, until we meet in the heavenlies.

Allow us to praise You clearly, honor You dearly, thank You daily, love You wholeheartedly, live righteously, until we meet in the heavenlies.

Help us Father to be good stewards of Your unlimited grace, mercy, love, provisions, favor and everything good and perfect that You have given us.

We will use Your gifts wisely, administer it clearly, declare it daily, teach each other Your word rightly, until we meet in the heavenlies.

Father, bless and keep all who read this and even those who don’t in Jesus name. Amen

LIFE

I remember the song, “I only have one life to live, and I am going to live it.” The devil has allowed us to think that we only have one life to live so we must party, and do all kinds of illicit and immoral acts like you don’t care or you only have one life to live.

It’s amazing how we allow people and things to influence how we think, act or behave. Then we unintentionally become copy cats of the wrong things.

Please stop thinking like that. The devil comes to steal, kill and destroy your life, trying to make you think that you only have one life. But Jesus came so that we might have life, and have it more abundantly (John 10:10). So stop being fooled, because he is doomed, he wants you to follow him to hell.

This is why I say read your contract the Bible. It’s laid out for you plain and simple. Here are a few exclusive verses from the contract on life:

  1. Genesis 2:7 – God is the breath of life, and He did not say you have one life to live, and if that was the case live it for Him.
  2. Jer.21:8 – He set before you life and death. It’s your choice.
  3. Psalm 30:5 –  In His favor is life.
  4. Proverbs 8:35 – Whosoever findeth me (God) findeth life.
  5. Luke 12:15 – It’s not what you have that makes you live, otherwise rich folks would not die.

John 13:37 tells us that Jesus put His life on the line for us, so that we can live forever. So let us please live for God.

To accept Christ into your life say this prayer, “Lord, I am a sinner. Please forgive me of all my sins. Transform me from my head to my feet, come into my heart now, so I can be a new creature and live for you daily. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.”
