TRUST

Let Go and Trust God

•Are You ever at a loss for words?

•Have you ever had an issue to address with someone, but you just didn’t know where to start?

•Here are some fundamental principles of scripture that will help you.

Proverb 3:5-6

5 Trust in the LORD with all of your heart; and lean not unto your own understanding.

6 In all of your ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct your paths.

Matthew 10:19-20

19 …take no thought how or what all of you shall speak: for it shall be given  you in that same hour what all of you shall speak.

20 For it is not all of you that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaks in you.

Luke 21:14-15

14 Settle it therefore in your hearts, NOT to meditate before what all of you shall answer:

15 For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all of your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.

Philippians 2:13

For it is God which works in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.

•Let Go of all your worries, doubts, fears, and trust God.

•Have you ever had something to say to someone and wanted to say it the right way, at the right time, but you were also angry with the person?

•Here are some fundamental principles of scripture that will help us.

James 1:19-20

19 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:

20 For the wrath of man works not the righteousness of God.

Ephesians 4:26

Be all of you angry, and sin not…

Prov 15:1-2

1 A soft answer turns away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger.

2 The tongue of the wise uses knowledge aright…

James 3:2

…If any man offend not in word, the same is a perfect man…

Eccl 7:9

Be not hasty in your spirit to be angry: for anger rests in the bosom of fools.

+Always be willing to let go of anger while trusting in God and communicating to others in love.

•Continue to let the WORD of God be the standard for your life. Always LOVING others like Christ Jesus loves us while keeping our Faith, Trust and Confidence in Him.

•BLESSED you are and BLESSED you will always be and to God be all the GLORY. Amen!

SIN IS AN ASSASSIN

Sin entertains   before it assassinate . What sin is dragging  you to the grave ? REMEMBER  :

“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord”. (Romans 6:23).

“Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him. Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am tempted by God”; for God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He Himself tempt anyone. But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed. Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death. Do not be deceived, my beloved brethren. So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath; for the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God. Therefore lay aside all filthiness and overflow of wickedness, and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls. But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror; for he observes himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in  it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does. If anyone among you thinks he is religious, and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his own heart, this one’s religion is useless. Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world.”{James 1:12‭-‬16‭, ‬19‭-‬27}.

LISTEN  :

“The law of the Lord  is perfect, converting the soul; The testimony of the Lord  is sure, making wise the simple; The statutes of the Lord  are right, rejoicing the heart; The commandment of the Lord  is pure, enlightening the eyes; The fear of the Lord  is clean, enduring forever; The judgments of the Lord  are true and righteous altogether. More to be desired are  they than gold, Yea, than much fine gold; Sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb. Moreover by them Your servant is warned, And in keeping them there  is great reward. Who can understand his errors? Cleanse me from secret faults. Keep back Your servant also from presumptuous sins; Let them not have dominion over me. Then I shall be blameless, And I shall be innocent of great transgression. Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart Be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord , my strength and my Redeemer”.{Psalms 19:7‭-‬14}.

“……for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed, to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.”[Romans 3:23‭-‬26].

WAIT ON THE  LORD

“How long, O Lord ? Will You forget me forever? How long will You hide Your face from me? How long shall I take counsel in my soul, Having sorrow in my heart daily? How long will my enemy be exalted over me? Consider and hear me, O Lord my God; Enlighten my eyes, Lest I sleep the sleep  of death; Lest my enemy say, “I have prevailed against him”; Lest those who trouble me rejoice when I am moved. But I have trusted in Your mercy; My heart shall rejoice in Your salvation. I will sing to the Lord , Because He has dealt bountifully with me”. {Psalms 13:1‭-‬6}.

HELLO!

“Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord , The Creator of the ends of the earth, Neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the weak, And to those  who  have no might He increases strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, And the young men shall utterly fall, But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint”, {Isaiah 40:28‭-‬31}.

“The eyes of the Lord  are on the righteous, And His ears are  open to their cry. The face of the Lord  is against those who do evil, To cut off the remembrance of them from the earth. The  righteous cry out, and the Lord hears, And delivers them out of all their troubles. The Lord  is near to those who have a broken heart, And saves such as have a contrite spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the Lord delivers him out of them all. He guards all his bones; Not one of them is broken. Evil shall slay the wicked, And those who hate the righteous shall be condemned. The Lord  redeems the soul of His servants, And none of those who trust in Him shall be condemned”. {Psalms 34:15‭-‬22}

WAITING    BUILDS YOU UP

“Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, character; and character, hope. Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us”, [Romans 5:1‭-‬5].

“And lest I should be exalted above measure by the abundance of the revelations, a thorn in the flesh was given to me, a messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I be exalted above measure. Concerning this thing I pleaded with the Lord three times that it might depart from me. And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong”. (2 Corinthians 12:7‭-‬10}

TRUE WORSHIPPERS

How often do you praise and worship God?

Worship  is a lifestyle , and people who worship in spirit and truth, don’t  wait for a special day ,  time or place,it’s  consistent. King David  was a true  worshipper, and one of the best worshipers   God ever made. He said  :
“Seven times a day I praise You, Because of Your righteous judgments. Great peace have those who love Your law, And nothing causes them to stumble. Lord , I hope for Your salvation, And I do Your commandments. I keep Your precepts and Your testimonies, For all my ways are before You. Let my cry come before You, O Lord ; Give me understanding according to Your word. Let my supplication come before You; Deliver me according to Your word. My lips shall utter praise, For You teach me Your statutes. My tongue shall speak of Your word, For all Your commandments are righteousness. Let Your hand become my help, For I have chosen Your precepts. I long for Your salvation, O Lord , And Your law is my delight. Let my soul live, and it shall praise You; And let Your judgments help me”. (Psalms 119:164‭-‬166‭, ‬168‭-‬175).

The Bible  says  that , out of the abundance  of the heart the mouth speaks, and this is what came out of David’s mouth  from the abundance  of his heart  :

“I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul shall make its boast in the Lord ; The humble shall hear of  it and be glad. Oh, magnify the Lord with me, And let us exalt His name together”{Psalms 34:1‭-‬3}.

“Bless the Lord , O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name! Bless the Lord , O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, Who satisfies your mouth with good things, So  that  your youth is renewed like the eagle’s”.{Psalms 103:1‭-‬5}.

“Bless the Lord , O my soul! O Lord my God, You are very great: You are clothed with honor and majesty, I will sing to the Lord as long as I live; I will sing praise to my God while I have my being. May my meditation be sweet to Him; I will be glad in the Lord . May sinners be consumed from the earth, And the wicked be no more. Bless the Lord , O my soul! Praise the Lord !(Psalms 104:1‭, ‬33‭-‬35)”.

Bless the Lord , O my soul! Praise the Lord ! {Psalms 104:1‭, ‬33‭-‬35}.

God wants us to worship  Him like that,As  John  4:23-24 says, “But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.  God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”

And Mary said: “My soul magnifies the Lord, And my spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior”, {Luke 1:46‭-‬47}.

It’s  time to do as Psalm 18:3 says,I will call upon the LORD, who is WORTHY to be PRAISED.
+The Lord desires for us to praise HIM. May we be mindful to give Him all the praise, glory and honor  with a heart of thanksgiving, reverence and LOVE.  Hallelujah!

“Do you know, the difference between praise and worship?”

Knowing, thee difference between praise and worship can bring a new depth to the way we honor the Lord. Throughout the Bible, the commands to “praise the Lord” are too numerous to mention. Angels and the heavenly hosts are commanded to praise the Lord (Psalm 89:5; 103:20; 148:2). All inhabitants of the earth are instructed to praise the Lord (Psalm 138:4; Romans 15:11). We can praise Him with singing (Isaiah 12:5; Psalm 9:11), with shouting (Psalm 33:1; 98:4), with the dance (Psalm 150:4), and with musical instruments (1 Chronicles 13:8; Psalm 108:2; 150:3-5).

Praise is the joyful recounting of all God has done for us. It is closely intertwined with thanksgiving as we offer back to God appreciation for His mighty works on our behalf. Praise is universal and can be applied to other relationships as well. We can praise our family, friends, boss, or paperboy. Praise does not require anything of us. It is merely the truthful acknowledgment of the righteous acts of another. Since God has done many wonderful deeds, He is worthy of praise (Psalm 18:3).

Worship, however, comes from a different place within our spirits. Worship should be reserved for God alone (Luke 4:8). Worship is the art of losing self in the adoration of another. Praise can be a part of worship, but worship goes beyond praise. Praise is easy; worship is not. Worship gets to the heart of who we are. To truly worship God, we must let go of our self-worship. We must be willing to humble ourselves before God, surrender every part of our lives to His control, and adore Him for who He is, not just what He has done. Worship is a lifestyle, not just an occasional activity. Jesus said the Father is seeking those who will worship Him “in spirit and in truth” (John 4:23).

In Scripture, praise is usually presented as boisterous, joyful, and uninhibited. God invites praise of all kinds from His creation. Jesus said that if people don’t praise God, even the “stones will cry out” (Luke 19:40). When the Bible mentions worship, however, the tone changes. We read verses like, “Worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness” (Psalm 96:9). And, “Come let us worship and bow down” (Psalm 95:6). Often, worship is coupled with the act of bowing or kneeling, which shows humility and contrition (2 Chronicles 29:28; Hebrews 11:21; Revelation 19:10). It is through true worship that we invite the Holy Spirit to speak to us, convict us, and comfort us. Through worship, we realign our priorities with God’s and acknowledge Him once more as the rightful Lord of our lives.

Just as praise is intertwined with thanksgiving, worship is intertwined with surrender. It is impossible to worship God and anything else at the same time (Luke 4:8). The physical acts often associated with worship—bowing, kneeling, lifting hands—help to create the necessary attitude of humility required for real worship. Wise worship leaders know how to structure a worship service to allow participants to both praise and worship the Lord. Often, services begin with joyous praise songs and transition to a quieter, more introspective opportunity for worship.

Worship is an attitude of the heart. A person can go through the outward motions and not be worshiping (Psalm 51:16-17; Matthew 6:5-6). God sees the heart, and He desires and deserves sincere, heartfelt praise and worship.

IT’S TIME TO CALL

CALL ON GOD

…pray one for another (James 5:16)…

Psalm 5:3

My voice shall you hear in the morning, O LORD; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto you…

+I prayed for you this morning…

Dear Heavenly Father God,

In the Mighty Name of Jesus, I pray for this person whom I loved with your love and who is reading this prayer right now.

Lord Help this person to live their life to the fullest. Please promote this person and cause this person to excel above their expectations. Help this person to shine in the darkest places where it is impossible to love. Protect this person at all times, touch this person in every area of need. Keep them supernaturally safe on every side and always.

+In Jesus Name I pray with thanksgiving.

Amen!

+If you accept and agree with my prayer for you this morning, kindly  respond with an “Amen!”

•Continue to let the WORD of God be the standard for your life. Always LOVING others like Christ Jesus loves us while keeping our Faith, Trust and Confidence in Him.

•BLESSED you are and BLESSED you will always be and to God be all the GLORY. Amen!

PRAYER DOES WORK

Confidence in Prayer

+In Daniel Ch-10, Daniel prayed and fasted, and after 21 days an Angel of the Lord appeared unto him and said:

Daniel 10:12

…Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that you did set your heart to  understand, and to chasten yourself before your God (in prayer), your words were heard, and I am come for your words.

+Daniel’s prayer was INSTANTLY heard, and answered by God.

+Please notice that though the prayer was INSTANTLY answered Daniel did not experienced the answer until 21 days later.

Hebrews 10:35-36

35 Cast not away therefore your CONFIDENCE, which has great recompense of reward.

36 For you have need of patience, that, after you have done the will of God, you might receive the promise.

1 John 5:14-15 says,

14 And this is the CONFIDENCE that we have in him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us:

15 And if we know that he hears us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we desired of him.

Principles of Prayers:

1. Make sure you have Faith, Trust and Confidence in God before you pray.

2. Prayers go where we cannot go.

3. Prayers do what we cannot do.

4. Prayers give God access to the situations.

5. Whatever we pray according to God’s will He hears us and He answers us.

•Continue to let the WORD of God be the standard for your life. Always LOVING others like Christ Jesus loves us while keeping our Faith, Trust and Confidence in Him.

•BLESSED you are and BLESSED you will always be and to God be all the GLORY. Amen!

JUST  PRAY ABOUT  IT

Fundamental Principles of the Word of God

-If something is worth doing, do it right.

-Never murmur and complain to God.

-God doesn’t answer murmurs and complaints.

-God answers PRAYERS that are prayed in FAITH, and PRAYERS that are based on His WORD.

Mark 12:24

Therefore I say unto you, What things whatsoever all of you desire, when all of you pray, believe that  all of you receive them, and all of you shall have them.

1 John 5:14-15

And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he hears us,And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired  of him.

-Pray the problem don’t murmur and complain the problem.

Another thing is:

How Often Do We Pray For One Another?

+Do we pray more for things than we pray for one another?

+Do we wait for others to call us with a problem before we pray for them?

James 5:16

Confess your faults one to another, and PRAY ONE FOR ANOTHER, THAT ALL OF YOU MAY BE HEALED. The  effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.

EMPHASIS:

1.  PRAY ONE FOR ANOTHER…

2.  THAT ALL OF YOU MAY BE HEALED… (Please note that we also receive HEALING when we pray for one another).

Luke 18:1 (Jesus said)

…that men ought always to pray, and not to faint.

+Please pray for me as I continue to pray for you.

•Continue to let the WORD of God be the standard for your life. Always LOVING others like Christ Jesus loves us while keeping our faith, trust and confidence in Him.

•BLESSED you are and BLESSED you will always be and to God be all the GLORY. Amen!

JESUS THE ONLY WAY TO GOD

Having and Living the Abundant Life

In John 10:10 Jesus said: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it MORE ABUNDANTLY.

Galatians 3:13-14

13 Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us…

14 That the (ABUNDANT) BLESSING of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ…

+In looking for the manifestation of the ABUNDANT BLESSINGS in our lives…

1. What happens if our Faith is not strong enough to obtain it?

2. What happens if our Wisdom is not Enough to Manage it?

3. What happens if our capacity is not enough to accommodate it?

+Just simply ask the Lord in prayer to strengthen and keep you in faith so your faith will not fail.

+Ask the Lord for His Wisdom to manage the ABUNDANCE that’s coming to you.

+And finally ask the Lord to increase your capacity to receive His ABUNDANCE.

•BLESSED you are and BLESSED you will always be and to God be all the GLORY. Amen!

NOT MY WILL OR WAY; BUT YOURS LORD.

Give Yourselves to the Truth and Wisdom of God in Christ Jesus.

James 4:17

Therefore to him that knows to do good, and does it not, to him it is sin.

+They that refuse wisdom and instruction will reap the bitter consequences of having their own way.

Proverb 21:2

Every way of a man is right in his own eyes…

+It is never about what’s right to us, but it’s always about what’s right according to the Lord and His Word.

+Wrong conduct is based on wrong beliefs, and what we believe sets the stage for conduct, character and destiny.

+May the thoughts we think, the words we speak and the actions we take be the Good, Acceptable and Perfect Will of God.

•Continue to let the WORD of God be the standard for your life. Always LOVING others like Christ Jesus loves us while keeping our faith, trust and confidence in Him.

•BLESSED you are and BLESSED you will always be and to God be all the GLORY. Amen!

CHOICES

All Decisions are Important

“Now it shall come to pass, when all these things come upon you, the blessing and the curse which I have set before you, and you call them to mind among all the nations where the Lord your God drives you, and you return to the Lord your God and obey His voice, according to all that I command you today, you and your children, with all your heart and with all your soul, that the Lord your God will bring you back from captivity, and have compassion on you, and gather you again from all the nations where the Lord your God has scattered you. If any of you are driven out to the farthest parts under heaven, from there the Lord your God will gather you, and from there He will bring you. Then the Lord your God will bring you to the land which your fathers possessed, and you shall possess it. He will prosper you and multiply you more than your fathers. And the Lord your God will circumcise your heart and the heart of your descendants, to love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, that you may live. “Also the Lord your God will put all these curses on your enemies and on those who hate you, who persecuted you. And you will again obey the voice of the Lord and do all His commandments which I command you today. The Lord your God will make you abound in all the work of your hand, in the fruit of your body, in the increase of your livestock, and in the produce of your land for good. For the Lord will again rejoice over you for good as He rejoiced over your fathers, if you obey the voice of the Lord your God, to keep His commandments and His statutes which are written in this Book of the Law, and if you turn to the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul. “For this commandment which I command you today is not too mysterious for you, nor is it far off. It is not in heaven, that you should say, ‘Who will ascend into heaven for us and bring it to us, that we may hear it and do it?’ Nor is it beyond the sea, that you should say, ‘Who will go over the sea for us and bring it to us, that we may hear it and do it?’ But the word is very near you, in your mouth and in your heart, that you may do it. “See, I have set before you today life and good, death and evil, in that I command you today to love the Lord your God, to walk in His ways, and to keep His commandments, His statutes, and His judgments, that you may live and multiply; and the Lord your God will bless you in the land which you go to possess. But if your heart turns away so that you do not hear, and are drawn away, and worship other gods and serve them, I announce to you today that you shall surely perish; you shall not prolong your days in the land which you cross over the Jordan to go in and possess. I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that  I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live; that you may love the Lord your God, that you may obey His voice, and that you may cling to Him, for He is your life and the length of your days; and that you may dwell in the land which the Lord swore to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give them.”(Deuteronomy 30:1‭-‬20).

REMEMBER  :

Deuteronomy 30:19 says,

I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both you and your seed may live:

-Our lives are composed of your choices.

-A decision is not made in a moment of time it is already rooted in your character and experiences.

-Be wise in making decisions. All decisions can become habits, and all habits can become your character.

-Choose not what you want but what God has already chosen for you:

-Choose Jesus not satan.

-Choose life not death.

-Choose blessing not cursing.

-Choose health not sickness.

-Choose riches not poverty.

-Choose victory not defeat.

-Choose the Kingdom not the world.

-For an extended list of things to choose please consult with your Holy Bible from Genesis to Revelation.

+++Blessed you are and blessed you will always be and to God be all the glory. Amen!
