Prayers go where you cannot go. Prayers do what you cannot do. Prayers invite God into your,situation, problems, and business.

SEVEN TYPES OF PRAYERS :

1. PROCLAMATION AND DECLARATIONS.
   +Taking the Word of God and proclaiming it and declaring it over our lives and circumstances in the Name of Jesus.
   “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.  He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters.  He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.  You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over.  Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the Lord Forever.”( Psalms 23:1-6 NKJV). Also psalms 27:1-14
2. SANCTIFICATION, CONSECRATION AND DEDICATION.
   +To set aside someone or something in service to God.
   ” When He came to the place, He said to them, “Pray that you may not enter into temptation.” And He was withdrawn from them about a stone’s throw, and He knelt down and prayed, saying, “Father, if it is Your will, take this cup away from Me; nevertheless not My will, but Yours, be done.” Then an angel appeared to Him from heaven, strengthening Him.  And being in agony, He prayed more earnestly. Then His sweat became like great drops of blood falling down to the ground. When He rose up from prayer, and had come to His disciples, He found them sleeping from sorrow.  Then He said to them, “Why do you sleep? Rise and pray, lest you enter into temptation.”( Luke 22:40-46 NKJV).
3. INTERCESSION.
   +To pray to God for others. ” Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.”( James 5:16 NKJV).
4. THANKSGIVING, PRAISE AND WORSHIP.
   +To give God acknowledgements with appreciations, glorifications, and to deify (treat Him like the God He is).
   Ephesians 5:20 NKJV says:
   “giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,..” Read also,Psalm 34:1,
   and John 4:23-24.
5. PRAYING IN THE SPIRIT.
   +The Holy Spirit praying Spiritually and Supernaturally through us.
   Romans 8:26-28 NKJV says:
   ” Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.  And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.”
   And Jude 1:20-21 NKJV,says this :
   “But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit,  keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.”
6. PRAYERS OF PETITIONS.
   +to ask, beg, call for, crave, desire, to require of the Lord.
   John 14:13-14 NKJV says:
   “And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in My name, I will do it.” Read also John 15:16,and John 16:23 .
7. PRAYER OF BENEDICTION.
   +To bestow blessings upon the people at the end of a service.
   Numbers 6:24-26 NKJV says :
   “The Lord bless you and keep you;  The Lord make His face shine upon you, And be gracious to you;  The Lord lift up His countenance upon you, And give you peace.” Read also,Hebrews 13:5b,and Exodus 33:14
