BLESSED.

“Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the Lord your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the Lord your God will set you high above all nations of the earth.  And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the Lord your God:  “Blessed shall you be in the city, and blessed shall you be in the country. “Blessed shall be the fruit of your body, the produce of your ground and the increase of your herds, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flocks.  “Blessed shall be your basket and your kneading bowl.  “Blessed shall you be when you come in, and blessed shall you be when you go out.”( Deuteronomy 28:1-6 NKJV).

Psalm 1:1-2
Blessed is the man
Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the path of sinners, nor sits in the seat of the scornful; But his delight is in the law of the Lord, and in His law he meditates day and night.

My 🙏🏽 Prayer…
Heavenly Father,
On this sacred Prayer Sunday, we humbly come before Your throne of grace, recognizing You as the source of all blessings and the giver of every good gift. We acknowledge Your unfailing love and faithfulness, grateful for the abundant blessings You have bestowed upon us.

Lord, we thank You for the gift of prayer, a divine avenue that connects us intimately with Your heart. As we gather together on this special day, we seek Your blessings to be poured out upon us and our fellow believers around the world. May Your presence fill our hearts and homes, infusing our lives with Your divine favor and grace.

As we lift our voices in prayer, we ask for Your blessings to overflow in every aspect of our lives. Bless our families, dear Lord. Strengthen the bonds of love and unity among us, as we strive to follow Your teachings and honor You in our relationships. Grant us wisdom and patience as we navigate the challenges of life, and may Your peace reign in our homes.

Father, we pray for our church family. Bless our pastors, leaders, and volunteers who faithfully serve Your kingdom. Grant them discernment, courage, and anointing as they shepherd and guide Your flock. Pour out Your blessings upon our ministries, enabling us to make a meaningful impact in our communities and beyond.

We also ask for Your blessings upon our nation and its leaders. Grant them wisdom, integrity, and a deep sense of responsibility to govern justly and compassionately. Guide them in making decisions that honor Your principles and promote the well-being of all people. May Your blessings of peace, unity, and prosperity flow through our land.

Lord, we lift up those who are in need of Your healing touch. Bless the sick, the afflicted, and the hurting with Your divine restoration and comfort. Grant them strength, both physically and emotionally, and surround them with Your love. We also ask for Your blessings upon the caregivers and medical professionals who tirelessly serve and minister to those in need.

As we embark on this new week, we seek Your blessings in our endeavors and pursuits. Bless our work and our studies, that we may find fulfillment and make a positive impact in our spheres of influence. Open doors of opportunity, grant us wisdom in decision-making, and bless the work of our hands.

Lord, we desire to be vessels of Your blessings to others. Show us ways to extend Your love, compassion, and generosity to those around us. Use us as instruments of Your peace, bringing hope and healing to a broken world. May Your blessings flow through us, touching the lives of those in need.

Finally, we thank You, Lord, for the abundant blessings You have already bestowed upon us. Help us to be grateful stewards of Your blessings, using them to glorify Your name and further Your kingdom. May our lives be a testament to Your goodness and grace, as we walk in obedience to Your will.

We offer this prayer with hearts full of gratitude and anticipation, knowing that You are a God who delights in blessing Your children. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

“Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, And to present you faultless Before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy,  To God our Savior, Who alone is wise, Be glory and majesty, Dominion and power, Both now and forever. Amen.”[Jude : 24-25 NKJV].

WALKING IN THE SPIRIT

“There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.  For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.  For what the law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh, God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin: He condemned sin in the flesh, that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit.

For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.  Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be.  So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God.  But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His.  And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.”( Romans 8:1-11 NKJV).

” I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law. Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness,  idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.  But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.  And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.  Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another.”(Galatians 5:16-26 NKJV).
