JESUS  OUR REDEEMER AND RESTORER

”The Lord  redeems the soul of His servants, And none of those who trust in Him shall be condemned”(Psalms 34:22. Jesus Christ is our Redeemer ,sent by God.

“But now, thus says the Lord , who created you, O Jacob, And He who formed you, O Israel: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are Mine. When you pass through the waters, I will  be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame scorch you”{Isaiah 43:1‭-‬2}

“And if you call on the Father, who without partiality judges according to each one’s work, conduct yourselves throughout the time of your stay here in fear; knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers, but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot. He indeed was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you who through Him believe in God, who raised Him from the dead and gave Him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God. Since you have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit in sincere love of the brethren, love one another fervently with a pure heart, having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever”, (1 Peter 1:17‭-‬23 )

Gal 3:13 Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us…

WHEN YOU THINK OF THE GOODNESS OF JESUS,AND ALL THAT HE HAS DONE. You will cry out:

“Bless the Lord , O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, Who satisfies your mouth with good things, So  that  your youth is renewed like the eagle’s”{Psalms 103:2‭-‬5}.

As Job 19:25 says, For I know that my redeemer lives, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth:

•The Lord Jesus Christ is our Redeemer. He has delivered us from sin and all the consequences from sin by means of His sacrificial death on the cross and His shed blood (His Redemptive Work).

•As the redeemed people of God in Christ Jesus we have a renewed life and eternal life.  We have available to us in Christ healing, deliverance, protection, provision, prosperity, godly authority and supernatural power.

•All that we have given up and have lost for Christ will be restored to us. Christ our Lord is our Redeemer.

Therefore  as children  of God,let’s  boldly  declare , “Into Your hand I commit my spirit; You have redeemed me, O Lord God of truth”(

Psalms 31:5).

OUR  RESTORER:

“The Lord  is  my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake”(Psalms 23:1‭-‬3).

Mark 10:30 But you shall receive an hundredfold now in this time…

(Joel 2:25 ERV) …I will pay you back for those years of trouble.

•Let the Word of God be the standard for your life. Blessed you are and blessed you will always be and to God be all the glory. Amen!

BE CAREFUL  WHO YOU LISTEN TO.

1 John 4:1…”Dear friends, do Not believe everyone who Claims to Speak by the Spirit. You Must Test them to See if the spirit they have Comes from God. For there are Many False prophets in the world.”

🔥Psalm 1:1-6…”Blessed is the man who Walks Not in the counsel of the wicked, Nor stands in the way of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of scoffers; But his Delight is in the Law of the Lord, and on His Law he Meditates day and night. He is like a tree planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does Not wither. In All that he does, he Prospers. The wicked are Not so, But are like chaff that the wind drives away. Therefore the wicked will Not stand in the judgment, Nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous; …

🔥2 Timothy 3:16-17…”All Scripture is Breathed out By God and Profitable for Teaching, for Reproof, for Correction, and for Training in Righteousness, that the man of God may be Complete, Equipped for Every Good Work.”

Our God, the God we serve is the One and Only ALL- KNOWING GOD!

+HE IS OMNISCIENT, HE has ALL-KNOWLEDGE, and HE is UNLIMITED in UNDERSTANDING and WISDOM.

+HIS KNOWLEDGE IS INFINITE and INEXHAUSTIBLE. God’s KNOWLEDGE cannot be exhausted (run-out).

+GOD’S KNOWLEDGE cannot be QUANTIFIED. You can’t total it up, add it up or sum it up.

+This AWESOME KNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTANDING and WISDOM of God is in us by His Holy Spirit.

1 Corinthians 6:17

But he that is joined unto the Lord is ONE SPIRIT.

1 John 2:20

But you have an ANOINTING from the Holy One, and YOU KNOW ALL THINGS.

+We should never be frustrated, confused or lost for information about anything when we are connected to God Who knows ALL THINGS.

+Our God does not keep His people in the dark.  He reveals to us Spirit to spirit all that pertains to life and Godliness.

James 1:5

If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all men liberally, and reproaches not; and it shall be given him.

+James 4:2 Says we have not because ask not…

+John16:24 Jesus said:

…ask, and you shall receive, that your joy may be full.

•Continue to let the WORD of God be the standard for your life. Always LOVING others like Christ Jesus loves us while keeping our faith, trust and confidence in Him.

•BLESSED you are and BLESSED you will always be and to God be all the GLORY. Amen!

GOD KNOWS EVERYTHING

Our God, the God we serve is the One and only EVER-PRESENT GOD!

+GOD IS OMNIPRESENT (present in all places at all times).

Psalm 139:7-8

7 Where shall I go from your Spirit? or where shall I flee from Your PRESENCE?

8 If I ascend up into heaven, You are there: if I make my bed in Sheol, behold, You are there.

+As Children of God one of the ways we operate in God’s OMNIPRESENCE is by praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, Ephesians 6:18.

+Remember these principles of Prayers:

1. Prayers go where we cannot go. This is the Omnipresence of prayer.

2. Prayers do what we cannot do. This is the Omnipotence of prayer.

3. Prayers give God access to the situation. This is the Omniscience of prayer.

+From right where you are you can send prayers to God for anyone, at anyplace and at anytime, and God will MOVE (divinely intervene) on your behalf. PRAYER WORKS! Amen!

•Continue to let the WORD of God be the standard for your life. Always LOVING others like Christ Jesus loves us while keeping our faith, trust and confidence in Him.

•BLESSED you are and BLESSED you will always be and to God be all the GLORY. Amen!

BENEFITS OF PEACE

•Without the PEACE of God in our hearts and minds ,life can become very difficult.

•The lack of PEACE has caused…

1. Sleep deprivation

2. Unnecessary worry and stress

3. Mental and emotional imbalances

4. Spiritual dullness and more.

•Remember Jesus is The Prince of Peace . He is our PEACE and to His PEACE there is no end, Isaiah 9:6-7.

•Your PEACE doesn’t come from having things or going places.

•Your PEACE is the Lord Jesus Christ Himself.

John 14:27 Jesus said

Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you…

We have the PEACE of the Lord by His Holy Spirit in us, Galatians 5:22-23. Then, Philippians 4:7 says,

And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

+++No one or anything can steal your PEACE.

2Thessalonians 3:16 Now the Lord of PEACE himself give you peace always by all means…

+++Blessed you are and blessed you will always be and to God be all the glory. Amen!

WHAT EVER YOU. DO YOU WILL BE JUDGED

Ecclesiastes 12:14

For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether  it be evil.

1Corinthians 3:13-15

“Every man’s work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man’s work of what sort it is.

If any man’s work abide which he has built thereupon, he shall receive a reward.

If any man’s work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.

•In Christ we have all that pertains to life and godliness.

Colossians 3:23

And whatsoever all of you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men.

•Knowing that God’s work done His way will never lack His supply.

•Put the Love of God in everything you do, and in everything you do put your Faith in God.

•You will reap many rewards in this life and in the life to come.

•Continue to let the Word of God be the standard for your life. Blessed you are and blessed you will always be and to God be all the glory. Amen!

FAITH

Hebrews 11:6

But without faith it  is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

LISTEN CAREFULLY:

“What does  it profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him? If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food, and one of you says to them, “Depart in peace, be warmed and filled,” but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does  it profit? Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead. But someone will say, “You have faith, and I have works.” Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works. You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe—and tremble! But do you want to know, O foolish man, that faith without works is dead? Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he offered Isaac his son on the altar? Do you see that faith was working together with his works, and by works faith was made perfect? And the Scripture was fulfilled which says, “Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.” And he was called the friend of God. You see then that a man is justified by works, and not by faith only. Likewise, was not Rahab the harlot also justified by works when she received the messengers and sent them out another way? For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also” {James 2:14‭-‬26}.

Great Faith

•The greatest faith anyone could ever have is to believe in and receive the Lord Jesus Christ the Son of the Living God as there Lord and Savior, born of a virgin, died on the cross, risen from the dead, ascended to Heaven and is coming back for His Church.

•In this great belief, trust, confidence and faith, you not only have salvation, but you have healing, deliverance, protection, prosperity and the list goes on.

•Many believers only exercise faith in Christ for salvation and eternal life and not for the healing, deliverance, protection and prosperity.

•When we received Christ in our hearts we received everything else about Him. Yes, we received all His promises also because all His promises are in Him and in His redemptive work.

Romans 8:32

He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?

+++Blessed you are and blessed you will always be and to God be all the glory. Amen!

SUFFERING FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS

These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”(John 16:33)

”Therefore, since Christ suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves also with the same mind, for he who has suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin, that he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh for the lusts of men, but for the will of God. For we have  spent enough of our past lifetime in doing the will of the Gentiles—when we walked in lewdness, lusts, drunkenness, revelries, drinking parties, and abominable idolatries. In regard to these, they think it strange that you do not run with them in the same flood of dissipation, speaking evil of you.  They will give an account to Him who is ready to judge the living and the dead. For this reason the gospel was preached also to those who are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit. But the end of all things is at hand; therefore be serious and watchful in your prayers. And above all things have fervent love for one another, for “love will cover a multitude of sins.” Be hospitable to one another without grumbling. As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. If anyone speaks, let  him  speak as the oracles of God. If anyone ministers, let  him  do  it as with the ability which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen. Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you; but rejoice to the extent that you partake of Christ’s sufferings, that when His glory is revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy. If you are reproached for the name of Christ, blessed are  you, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests upon you. On their part He is blasphemed, but on your part He is glorified. But let none of you suffer as a murderer, a thief, an evildoer, or as a busybody in other people’s matters. Yet if anyone  suffers as a Christian, let him not be ashamed, but let him glorify God in this matter. For the time has  come  for judgment to begin at the house of God; and if it  begins with us first, what will be the end of those who do not obey the gospel of God? Now “If the righteous one is scarcely saved, Where will the ungodly and the sinner appear?” Therefore let those who suffer according to the will of God commit their souls to  Him in doing good, as to a faithful Creator”.{1 Peter 4:1‭-‬19}

But may the God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you.  To Him be the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.[1 Peter 5:10‭-‬11]

DEMONSTRATION AND APPLICATION BEATS SPECULATION.

After we have DEMONSTRATED the LOVE of God to others and APPLIED the LOVE of God to the situation, those who continue to rise up against us need to be very careful because they have put themselves in the path of God’s judgment.

+God will DIVINELY INTERVENE on our behalf.

2 Thessalonians 1:6

Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you;

Romans 12:18

If it be possible, as much as lies in you, live peaceably with all men.

Matthew 5:44

But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them who despitefully use you, and persecute you;

Romans 12:19

Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is Mine; I will repay,  says the Lord.

+We cannot do wrong and we cannot lose when we walk in the LOVE God.

•Continue to let the WORD of God be the standard for your life. Always LOVING others like Christ Jesus loves us while keeping our faith, trust and confidence in Him.

•BLESSED you are and BLESSED you will always be and to God be all the GLORY. Amen!

WHO IS  YOUR SHEPHERD ?

Psalm The Twenty Third; My Commentary
“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.”
The Lord IS, not was, not will be, but is my shepherd, this very minute, this very second, this very day, this very week, this very month, this very year.  Right now, God is my shepherd! And the result of Him being my shepherd is that I shall not want for anything!
The word, “want,” in the Hebrew means, “to lack, to fail, to decrease, to have need, to be diminished.” The Shepherd provides! It’s the first thing mentioned here in Ps.23. It’s the Shepherd’s duty to provide everything that the sheep need. And, He does. It’s His nature and character to provide and take care of those who are His. Everyone is not His! He created everyone, but everyone does not belong to Him. That does not mean that He is unkind and uncaring to those who are not His because He is good to the wicked and the righteous. But there is a people in the earth who belong to Him in a unique way, and to them and only them, He is their Shepherd.
John 1:9-13 (ESV)
9  The true light, which gives light to everyone, was coming into the world.

10  He was in the world, and the world was made through him, yet the world did not know him.

11  He came to his own, and his own people did not receive him.

12  But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God,

13  who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.
The Lord is MY shepherd. Yes, He is the Shepherd to many, but He does not handle us as a group, but personally, intimately, individual by individual. The Good Shepherd knows the names of His individual sheep and He calls each of us by our names. That’s how familiar He is with us on a one by one basis. That’s why the Scripture is not written, The Lord is not OUR Shepherd, but rather The Lord is MY Shepherd!   And, in His role of Shepherd, He provides everything I need – food, nourishment, shelter, clothing, finances, safety, as well as all of the needs of my heart! He alone is capable of providing for me. No human being on earth can meet the needs of my heart and soul, but He who was later named, The Bread of Life!
When you expect any other human to be able to fill the longing of your soul, you are placing that person in the position where they will fail, because no mother, father, grandparent, husband, wife, child, brother, sister, friend, etc., will ever be the Bread of Life! A human being does not have the ability to fill the longings of your heart. Only Jesus can do that! That’s why many enter marriage only to discover that marriage is empty without Christ. The man or woman you pinned your hopes on did not have the ability to satisfy your heart and soul. You may have ended up greatly disappointed and disillusioned because your expectations were way off base. I’ve been married for 42 years and marriage is wonderful, but your spouse is not Jesus! And they cannot be to you what only Jesus can be. If you enter marriage knowing ahead of time that your husband or wife is not going to completely fulfill you, you will be prepared for holy matrimony!
Prayer: Lord Jesus, be MY Shepherd. I need You! Only You can meet my deepest needs and longings. Yes, I’ve made mistakes, so please forgive me. Come into my heart and life and take over! I give myself to you right here, and right now.
To be continued
