IT WAS MURDER

It was premeditated murder. Can you imagine being murdered in broad daylight and in front of witnesses? My best friend was killed, or should I say murdered, actually He was executed. No matter which word you use or how you look at it, it is the same thing; murder. On top of the crime itself the people who did it had no shame or regret. What is sad is that He sacrificed His whole life so that others will have a better life. Yet all He did is not enough for some people. was it jealousy, greed, or just God’s will?

The Bible tells us in Romans 8:28 that, “All things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose.” So is this considered justifiable homicide, because it was for the benefit of good over evil? “But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon Him, and with His stripes we are healed, all we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned everyone to his own way, and the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all” (Isaiah 53:5-6).

It’s amazing that celebrities who never did anything as dramatic as what happen to my friend get more praise and notoriety, than what my friend did on Calvary. Is He your friend also? If not He could be. Listen, He could have come down from the cross and saved Himself. He could have stopped the whole fiasco with one word, but He decided to die, just to save us so that we could live with Him forever in paradise. Wasn’t His death enough of a price or sacrifice to save, redeem, and liberate you?

What will it take? How long must He wait for you? How many hurricanes does God have to send to alert you? How many more messages does He have to send you? When will you see the light and be drawn to Him? Yes, Jesus was God sent. He wants you to accept Him, and believe that God raised Him from the dead? How many other friends do you think will die so you might live? There will be no more messiah to warn you? No one else is coming to save you? Jesus Christ paid it all.

CHRISTIANAIRE

You have billionaires and millionaires who have all the riches this world can offer. We as Christianaires have all the riches heaven has to offer. What I love about all this is that the millionaires and billionaires die physically and leave everything behind, but when the Christian dies a physical death they will get to go and enjoy their riches in glory through Christ Jesus.

The millionaire or billionaire has to buy or build their own houses, but Jesus went to prepare ours. It says in John 14:1-3, “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me (Jesus); In my Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you, I(Jesus) go to prepare a place for you; And if I go to prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself, that where I am, there you will be also.”

Being a Christianaire is better than being a millionaire or billionaire because the Christianaire’s treasures, assets, or money is not upon this earth where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal; it is layed up in heaven where it is untouchable (Matthew 6:19-21). Yes indeed, my friends we are in this world but not of this world, our heart, soul, mind and body is on heavenly things.

Proverbs 23:4-5 tells us not to labor to be rich, cease from our own wisdom, and stop setting our eyes upon perishable things, because riches make themselves wings and fly away like an eagle towards heaven. Then 1 Timothy 6:7 reminds us that we brought nothing into this world, and it’s a fact we can’t physically or otherwise take anything out. So now that you know this who do you think is better the Christianaire or the billionaire?

Who do you think has more riches? The person who serves the God of the universe or the person who serves the god of this world? Which do you prefer to have? Riches now and perish later or riches later and enjoy it forever?  The choice is always ours. When it comes to our life, either we live for Christ or die with the devil. Accept God’s special gift Jesus Christ (John 3:16-17) or perish.

THE DEVIL DOES PREACH

Most people don’t seem to realize that the devil not only quotes scriptures, he can also preach. That trickster will tell you some things that can make you feel so good you will think it’s of God, and it’s right. That is why as Christians you must know the word of God, so that you can tell what is from God and what is not. Knowing the Word of God allows you to know right from wrong.

Because of the lust of the flesh and eyes, our desires and emotions tend to take off in the wrong directions. That’s the main reason God tells us to seek Him first, His kingdom and righteousness and everything will be added unto you (Matthew 6:33). We must realize that just as there are ministers of Jesus Christ sharing the good news of His death, burial and resurrection, the devil has his ministers disputing, falsifying, criticising, and counteracting God’s ultimate and divine plans for His children.

They are called false prophets for a reason, because they are false. As children of God we must be able to identify them, they have been in existence in the days of old until now. Jeremiah 5:30 says,”An astonishing and horrible thing has been committed in the land; the prophets prophesy falsely, and the priest rule by their own power; and my people love to have it so, but what will you do in the end?”

Ezekiel 13, speaks about false prophets and the judgement they will face, but I love verse nineteen; it reads, “And will you profane me among my people for handfuls of barley and for pieces of bread, killing people who should not die, and keeping people alive who should not live, by your lying to my people who listen to lies?” If all God wanted was for us to prosper on this earth with sin, then He would not have sent Jesus to redeem us from the curse of sin.

The new testament confirmation of false prophets and teachers can be found in Matthew 7:15 where Jesus tell us to, “beware of false prophets who come in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves.” 2 Peter 2:1 and 1 John 4:1 warns us about them, and if you watch closely you will realize that they are exposed daily. If Jesus should come today, you can’t blame them because God gives everyone spiritual wisdom, knowledge, and discernment, so you better know in whom you believe and trust.

If you are following and listening to someone who is not following Jesus Christ, who is the way to God, the truth about God, and the only one who can give you eternal life, the only one who can do anything for you, stop following them and follow Jesus.
