This world is like a dark room filled with serpents, which is the deadliest enemy known to man, because it’s subtle, silent and deadly. Serpents are very deceptive and they will get you in a comfortable position where you let your guard down then it strikes. Most people don’t realize that they are living and hanging out with serpents and scorpions until the lights come in and reveals or expose who or what they really are, and the only way of escape is through the only door that’s available. There is only one person who knows the way out and has defeated the enemy; this person is Jesus Christ. Serpents come in various shapes and sizes, they are disguised as real people, when they are really thieves whose intent is to destroy you. So find the door, get out of the darkness, and into the light away from the serpents of this world.

Jesus says in John 10:9-10, “I am the door, by me if anyone enters in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out and find pasture; The thief cometh not but to steal, and to kill, and to destroy, I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.”  Jesus is also your only way out of the serpents nest, which leads to destruction. In John 14:6 He says, “I am the way, the truth and the life; no man cometh unto the Father,but by me.” You have a choice or decision to make. Jesus is waiting for you, if you are ready to get out of your trap or imprisonment with the serpents; He said, “Behold, I stand at the door, and knock; if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to Him, and sup with him, and he with me.” – Revelation 3:20

“I know thy works; behold, I have set before you an open door, and no man can shut it; for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.” – Revelation 3:8 God knows everything about you, and He is ready to pull you out of the serpents snare. Are you ready to get out and exercise your right to tread upon serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy that Jesus gives us the right to do in Luke 10:19?
